Dear
Sir/
Madam,
I
just
wanted
to
thank
the
personnel
at
your
hotel,
specifically
Melissa
and
Steve
Hill!
I
was
recently
admitted
to
the
Bar
of
Trinidad
and
Tobago
at
the
Hall
of
Justice,
Port
of
Spain.
My
parents
were
so
pleased
with
the
occasion
that
they
decided
to
treat
me
to
dinner
afterwards.
They
chose
the
Marriott
Restaurant,
and
I
was
really
impressed
with
the
experience,
particularly
the
customer
service
provided
by
Melissa
and
Steve
Hill.
We
were
met
kindly
at
the
door
by
Mr.
Steve
Hill,
who
took
us
to
the
restaurant.
When
we
arrived
at
the
restaurant,
we
were
greeted
by
Melissa,
the
most
customer
service
oriented
employee
I
have
ever
met.
She
greeted
us
kindly,
led
us
to
our
seats,
and
served
us
drinks.
She
then
provided
us
with
the
menu
and
provided
our
meals
with
a
smile.
With
her
personality
and
a
warm
attitude,
she
shared
some
light
conversation
with
us
while
she
was
indeed
busy
and
kept
ensuring
we
were
comfortable
and
if
she
can
do
anything
for
us
to
help
us
enjoy
our
stay
there.
But
I
will
never
forget
what
Melissa
did!
When
her
shift
was
done,
she
politely
informed
us
that
it
was
a
pleasure
serving
us
and
presented
us
to
our
new
waitress.
In
all
humility,
my
father
explained
why
we
were
having
this
dinner
(my
admission
to
the
Bar
of
T&T),
and
she
was
overjoyed
and
congratulated
me
as
if
she
had
known
me
her
entire
life!
She
was
about
to
leave
and
she
asked
the
other
waitress
for
a
few
more
minutes
with
us
,
and
she
surprised
me
by
bringing
a
small
congratulatory
cake
for
my
special
occasion.
She
then
asked
my
father
for
his
camera
and
snapped
shots
of
all
of
us,
and
left
us
in
a
state
of
happiness
and
comfort.
In
my
opinion,
the
finest
things
about
restaurants
and
hotels
is
not
so
much
the
food
nor
the
accommodations,
but
the
pleasant
customer
service!

at
Marriott
Trinidad.
