My first appointment, and they were not on time. I must say the staff is very friendly. I noticed they do not have a drying station for Toes or nails. I had a Pedicure and manicure, after that process my toes were not dry and it smudged with the other toes and ruined the whole process. The building needs some serious upgrades. I find in very concerning that there is no people of color or other ethnicity in there advertising on social media or in the pictures on the walls in there Clinic.

The best spa I have been too. Everytime I visit Tobago I absolutely must indulge in a few of their spa services. Facials by Divine and massage by Cindy..awesome

My review score is based on the following elements: Location- relatively convenient, Facility- would benefit from a facelift, Cosmetologists- are good for the most part. Overall the experience was ok, but I am still in search for a clinic that checks all the boxes.

Excellent service the staff is very friendly and give great advice. If your looking for a place to unwind then this is the place for you. I prefer the St Augustine location because of the convenience. The chocolate body wrap is exquisite. They have added some new body treatment like the Lavender and Pomegranate scrub, wrap and massage. Also brand new location 2 buildings across from the old location on Alexander Street. Do not use the entrance on Gray street that's the back entrance. Their main entrance is on 11 Alexander Street.

Great service and atmosphere clean

I know persons reading my reviews would see a trend of late. I'm observing who's doing temperature checks before allowing you into their establishment. The Face and Body Clinic really impressed me. Not only are they doing temperature checks but someone is wiping the door knobs and all other high touch areas that customers may encounter. Thoroughly impressed.

We've gone to a few of their locations and have received the best massages! Highly recommend!

POS branch is wonderful.. but St. Augustine's branch needs work. I went to POS.. they charged me one price each time... I went to St. Augustine once and they charged much more for the same service and less quality. Consistancy is necessary at all branches
