Had the most relaxing and fun experience at Zi - The Beauty Bar. Very friendly and accommodating team, excellent service, food and drinks all in one place. The Zi signature cocktail was delicious, definitely try it!

My first experience was lovely. The staff were welcoming and friendly. My package came with a beverage and a fruit platter. It was well prepared /laid out and delicious. I enjoyed every minute of my appointment.

Amazing service! They were kind and professional. Also very informative for future upkeep. The massages were delightful, pedicures are beautiful and the atmosphere is charming. Had a relaxing session will return!!!

As a first time guest, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. My full body massage and pedicure services were done to my liking as I relaxed and enjoyed the ambiance of the spa. The staff were very professional and friendly making the stay an enjoyable and comfortable experience!

This is my first time getting my nails toes and lashes done at the new Zi beauty bar. I had a great experience with Ebony, she was very gentle and accommodating. I got a gel X full set and I love it. However I’m less pleased with the lashes, which I booked volume as based off of the photos online and on the website but my lashes ended up looking like a classic set. I did mention this to the lash tech and she stated “this is how I do my volume” which I don’t find to be a good excuse as a volume set in every other country is a full and fluffy set of lashes . I am fine with the sparse look however for the price I paid I do think she could have done a much better job at making them more full. I will not be getting my lashes done there again. But I would definitely go back for the nail salon, the owners were lovely and very accommodating too. Complementary drinks and a beautiful salon. So the lash tech was the only downside to my experience. I am from the UK and the last time I visited I came to this salon to do my lashes (by a different lash artist) and they were great, very thick and fluffy. I do understand all lash artists have their own styles but volume lashes should never look thin and gappy.

One of the most relaxing experiences ever! All staff were friendly, helpful and took interest in my comfort and care. Will definitely be a returning customer and trying other services. Simply went for a Day Out pedicure with my sister (both being first-time customers) and received treatment like queens. The space even smells great and is such a relaxing atmosphere! Definitely give them a try. You won't regret it!

My friend and I really needed to relax and unwind from working nonstop , then I came across this page on Instagram, screenshot and send it to her , she went through a few post and was sold so she booked us a spa date which included but not limited to massage,pedicures,back scrubs ,drinks of our choice and finger foods and fruits ,let me tell you everything was great but girllll that massage did it for me , was so good that we both was knocked out a few minutes in ,now when I tell you the customer service was 1000/100 , BESTTT, My friend didn't read the email that was send when she made the booking in entirety so we had no idea that we couldn't pay with card as it's CASH only , you know SIR at the front desk said no problem let us both leave to go get cash at the ATM ,who does thattt??? I'm for sureeee going back ,Zi beauty spa can take all my money anytime,and ladies did I mention "Aesthetics ON POINT- Top Tier

Today was one of the best day at zi beauty bar staff was really nice helpful massages was great pedi was great the place is so relaxing first time for both my husband n I we took the couple package for our bdays it was amazing thank you guys will be back soon.

I must say the staff is very welcoming and made my experience very comfortable. The ambiance was 100/10 for me given the aesthetic of the place. I definitely recommend getting a pedi here , you won’t regret it.
