extremely
unprofessional,
inconsiderate,
no
time
management
skills,
understaffed.
I
was
a
walk
in
customer.
First
red
flag
while
waiting
was
hearing
the
2
staff
members
at
the
front
desk
gossiping
about
the
other
staff
member
who
was
alone
attending
to
TWO
customers
in
the
back.
Many
red
flags
followed.
The
owner
insisted
that
i
pay
for
the
FULL
pedicure
service
when
i
wanted
to
leave
after
an
HOUR
of
waiting
with
my
feet
soaking,
and
not
being
attended
to.
She
said
that
i
am
the
one
who
decided
to
end
the
service
so
i
still
need
to
pay
the
whole
cost,
and
started
ranting
about
the
fact
that
she
is
a
business
woman,
even
voiced
that
she
can
be
very
aggressive.
I
decided
to
let
them
complete
the
pedicure
since
i
was
being
bullied
into
paying
for
the
full
service.
They
hurridly
slapped
on
polish
to
my
toes
and
i
was
most
distressed.
My
toes
had
not
even
seen
a
nail
file
and
they
did
a
very
sloppy
job.
It
was
complete
waste
of
my
money
and
time.
