Really lovely, family friendly zoo. When we went (March) some exhibits were being updated/adjusted for different occupants. It is still a relaxing place to visit, especially mid week. Had great time communing with the Orangutans, giant tortoises, butterflies, geladas (cute rather than loud when we were there), many reptiles and amphibians. Great ace, good value for a day out and great food/drinks in the cafe.

Absolutely amazing time here! We spent a couple of hours here and seen a lot of animals. The zoo is very peaceful and quiet and the staff are so friendly and informative! They offer experiences at certain times for example feeding of animals and this was great! Would definitely recommend if you are in Jersey!

A very big zoo with a lot of areas that you can enter to feel immersed in the wildlife. All the animals seem very happy and you can often see them interact with both eachother and the visitors. The animal talks scheduled through the day offer a lot of interesting information, and the staff are all super friendly. The zoo can easily take you 3-4 hours or more, especially if you want to see everything, and the cafe food is very nice. Highly recommended for both families and friends.

Visited the zoo on a very quiet, foggy November day but despite the attendance being quite low, it was still a fantastic experience going around seeing all of the amazing animals, particularly the reptiles being my personal favorite. The captivity quality is fantastic here, and the staff were very accomodating even in the miserable weather. The bat and turtle talks in particular were very interesting. I may not be back in Jersey for a while but when I do, I will be sure to visit the zoo again.

This is an amazing zoo, for one reason only 👍. You get a sense that the animals are very well looked after🙏. Their individual habitats really are tailor made for them, and the habitats are all so lush. The whole zoo is very lush and enjoyable to walk through. Some comments here suggest you can't see some of the animals very often, and I agree. However, we have to remind ourselves it's all about keeping them in a natural habitat as possible, and that sometimes means, the animals keep themselves out of sight of predators, us human beings 😰. Overall a great lovely zoo where the No1 priority is the welfare of the animals 👍👍. The staff are all excellent especially the volunteers wandering around answering visitors questions 👍👍. Plenty of toilets on the routes and very clean. Highly Recommend with 5stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Small but enjoyable zoo, set in pleasant surroundings. Not too busy when we visited. Unfortunately, some of the animals were a bit shy that day.

Fantastic zoo. Great range of animals to see. We spoke to volunteers and staff and all were happy to talk and give information. Displays have enough information but not too much that a child would get bored. Took around 5 hours to walk around everything with an 8 and 6 year old. There is a large charity shop on the site which is worth a visit too. We visited on a Friday during school holidays and wasn't too busy but would recommend pre booking to save some money. The gorillas are amazing to see

Beautiful animals, well taken care of. I am happy the zoo tried to replicate their natural habitat in some cases and gave them enough space to roam
