Came for dinner and had their curry of the day, poulet aux crevettes and also had a pizza as takeaway. The curry was so authentic and delicious. Also enjoyed the pizza. Definitely recommend this place 💯

Tried their Hunter’s Burger and it was absolutely delicious. The texture was perfect and presentation was on point. The meat was tender and juicy. I also tried two of their signature mocktails, Hangout Passion and Baby Yoda, and I absolutely loved them both. On top of that the staff members were very friendly and welcoming which made this already good experience an even better one. Keep it up guys! I will definitely be back to try more of your menu!

We visited this restaurant based on reviews. We were a little surprised that it was completely empty, but that didn't deter us and we sat down for a dinner. We were very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. As soon as the restaurant owner seated us, he brought toys for our 2-year-old daughter. He was very communicative and willing to talk to us about traveling around Mauritius and gave us some good tips. The food was not only delicious, but quickly prepared and nicely served. I would very much like more customers for this restaurant as it has more potential than nearby competing businesses.

We felt at ease as soon as we entered this cozy restaurant. We received a very warm welcome from Narvesh. We tried their Cendrillon mocktail which was satisfyingly refreshing and beautifully presented. Their prawn toasts for starters were tasty. For the main course, we had the Hunter's lamb burger ; the patty was full of flavour and the accompanying sauce made the burger really worth it. Definitely a must try. The passion fruit ice tea we had with the main course was also very refreshing, just like the Cendrillon. We also tried their pizza which was flavourful; a good combination of cheese and toppings with a nice dough. We finally enjoyed some coffee and ice cream for dessert. I would strongly recommend Hangout Grill & Bar for its great food, service and location.

Highly recommended bistro run by an awesome couple. We got simple but fresh and tasty food - fish and calamars. The owner is super friendly and goes above and beyond to treat you well. The decoration is minimalistic, bright, and clean. Given the affordable prices, this restaurant do deliver the value. IMO, in the area of overpriced or straight shabby restaurants, this one is worth checking!

The prices are very reasonable as well, the food they prepared was very good. We highly recommend visiting.
