Spent 2 weeks honeymoon here in October and had a very good time. The staff is second to none, know exactly what you want and memorize your preferences to personalize your experience. The hotel is clean, modern and beautifully kept. There is loads to do with activities happening all the time. The food is incredible, definitely the best food I've ever had in an hotel. The wifi is fast enough and all together it's a great experience. The only small downside is that the beach/reef is a little underwhelming but you there are much nicer beaches all around that you can walk, drive or paddle to.

The Oberoi Mauritius is a top notch and nearly faultless hotel. From arrival to departure, the friendliness and level of service from hotel staff were next level. The rooms were large, modern and clean. The hotel staff go above and beyond to make your stay personalised, remembering preferences about how you have your breakfast, and how youu organise your room. Many activités are offered complementary and advertised, and with Port Louis and Grand-Baie so close, you would find yourself hard pressed to run out of things to do. My prior stay in Mauritius was at The One & Only Le Saint Géran, so I wasn’t particularly looking out for the beach, which is fairly small and nothing special for the island, however it was pleasant and an excellent and quiet place from which to view the sunset. The food in the restaurant was unparalleled - excellent and high quality every night without fail. The chefs took extra care in the presentation of their food, and made the whole experience all around great. Off-menu requests are honoured and done excellently, nothing feels like too much trouble for the restaurant staff. A small number of tame animals roam the grounds, including the restaurant, and make up much of the ambience. Cats (who are very happy to accept a pet!) may come and sit by you while you eat your breakfast and dinner. On our first night we were very lucky to meet Shaan, who worked in the restaurant. He was incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel very welcome and providing us with plenty of information about the hotel and surrounding area. He made time to speak to us every day and talked to us about the Mauritian way of life, as well as recommended us dishes to try (all of which were spot on!) At night time, the lack of light pollution makes the stars in the night sky clearly visible. I had the pleasure of visiting in winter, which meant I could see and photograph the Milky Way myself, which was absolutely incredible. Towards the end of my stay I was unfortunate enough to break my foot whilst out in Port Louis, and was worried that my lowered mobility would make it difficult for me to enjoy my stay at the hotel. This was not the case at all. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as easy as possible, providing transportation to various parts of the grounds via golf cart and assisting me in standing up and sitting down. The hotel doctor was quick, professional and very knowledgeable, I was taken to a nearby clinique on her recommandation, from which I was released after being given a diagnosis and treatment within just a few hours. On my final day, I was given a get well soon card and some chocolates, which was a very pleasant surprise and made me feel very looked after. Huge thanks to the housekeeping manager for everything. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience at this hotel, and I can thoroughly recommend the Oberoi to anyone looking for an excellent hotel in an authentic part of the island.

We went there only for dinner, as external guests. The location and the hotel look fantastic, the beach and the bar dreamy. The staff both at the bar and at the restaurant were outstandingly friendly and attentive. Thanks to Oomar we had a perfect date night!

We enjoyed a 10 day stay at Oberoi. The hotel is -even though not small- very peaceful and quiet and we could perfectly relax. The service was excellent (no additional wish was ignored) and therefore we felt the pricing was adequate. For us the breakfast set up and dinner a la carte was great. But if one prefers 3 full meals a day we recommend to book this in advance. The hotel offers a daily snorkeling trip and other activities which was also great.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been, the staff were amazing and they made our stay beyond our expectations and they have treated us very well. One of the things I like about the staff they will make you feel like you are the one only gust they are having and they will do whatever to make you feel more comfortable and happy. We arranged for a taxi from their hotel and upon dropping off back the taxi asked for more money which was not what we agreed with the management and when we informed them about this they took very serious and the day after they offered us a luxury car in regular taxi prices which made us speechless. Thanks to everyone there and for sure we will be back.

I recently spent four incredible days at the Oberoi Beach Resort in Mauritius, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location of the resort right on the beach was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing and stepping out onto the pristine white sand was a dream come true. The staff at the resort were simply amazing. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made me feel truly pampered throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions, and their genuine smiles created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The food at the resort was beyond fantastic. Each meal was a delightful culinary journey, with a wide range of exquisite dishes to choose from. The flavors were exceptional, and the presentation was exquisite. The talented chefs truly knew how to create a dining experience that satisfied both the palate and the eyes. One aspect that truly stood out was the generosity and flexibility of the resort's check-out policy. Despite our late flight, the Oberoi Beach Resort went above and beyond by extending our check-out time from 11am to 7pm. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to maximize our time in paradise and made our departure stress-free. Overall, my stay at the Oberoi Beach Resort Mauritius was nothing short of exceptional. From the stunning location to the amazing staff, from the fantastic food to the considerate check-out policy, every aspect of this resort exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating escape in Mauritius. It's a true gem worth every bit of its five stars!

We had the most wonderful time staying with you! Everything was just perfection! The staff was so friendly making our time at the Oberoi special for us. Thank you so much for that. The rooms are great, the beach and hotel park breathtaking. We loved just everything about it. Special thanks to Ronnie, who is an amazing personal trainer! Had great workouts with him in the mornings! Best guy!

A stunning resort matched by exceptional staff and service. We originally booked a 2 night stay after 5 nights at the Lux* Grande Gaube, but extended our stay. From the greeting in the welcome pavilion, to the thoughtful gifts for our 9 month old daughter. The staff were always on hand to help and make our stay special

Best hotel resort I've experienced. Service is top notch. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Beautiful location and great food. I advise to book all things such as spa, On the Rocks, Garden Path as early as possible as they are limited.

The OBEROI resort was just amazing. We booked this place for our honeymoon. Though we did not get any upgrade in our stay, we stayed our 5 nights in Luxury Pavilion, which is mainly meant for honeymooners. Rooms were pretty clean including the bathroom and outdoors. Staff welcomed us at the front pavilion with a drink and asked us to follow through a short walk to our room. Staff let us check-in bit early as the room was available and also was cleaned, which is a plus for us as we had travelled over night. Every staff did greet us whenever we met them outside the room. That was always a feel good factor. Staff comes for morning clean up as well as during sundown. They also set the bathtub on the second night, but on our request, they did set the bath 2 times in total. So sweet of them! Next comes food. They have few restaurants onboard, all the restaurants except for the main one needs reservations. So plan ahead! Breakfast buffet at the main restaurant is really good. They have good variety of breakfast options from Indian to Western to Turkish. But our experience with respect to dinner wasn’t good. The food seemed okay and that staff assigned to the table wasn’t attentive to us. On the other hand, we were treated royally at On The Rocks. Their lobster is just WOW! (Gave a separate review on that). Staff is amazingly friendly and considerate to our requests. The resort is quite big, so roam around and click some pictures whenever you get sometime. Activities through resort seemed bit expensive and sport related staff lacked that enthusiasm. Resort did arrange for airport transfer. Other way around was through taxi (for us). Resort and normal taxis charged pretty same price as govt fixes the charges. Being a luxurious resort, the location felt bit isolated and remote. Cabs will charge more if you are returning after 5.30/6pm. So going out for partying or shopping is not a good idea. Anyway we wanted to just sit by the beach and relax. I would like to visit again and enjoy the resort once again. So a big Cheers! :)

Wonderful place, amazing staffs/excellent service, great amenities. Our stay from start to finish was enjoyable. We had 2 rooms book next to each other, short walk from reception whilst our luggage were taken care of. The pools as there are more than one, one reserved for Adults only has its own jacuzzi. Lots of water sports activities, yoga, spa facilities (premium). There are few restaurants, à la carte menu service only, in the Main restaurant no need for a reservation. However, a reservation is required for On the Rocks restaurant, mostly grilled food. Staffs in both restaurants were amazing and very friendly at your beck and call. Overall the stay was satisfying and relaxing. The only negative was no proper beach area to swim. The shallow waters were full of rocks as this part of the island the reefs are very close to the beach. Certainly for our recommendation and will certainly revisit in the future. Thank you

Probably one of the best hotels we've ever been at! The friendliness and attention to the detail of the staff was just beyond anything we had seen before and made us feel so at home. The food was just simply delicious - the breakfast buffet was not extensive but very fresh and of high quality and every dish you could imagine could be ordered in addition. Dinner was always fantastic. The chef once even prepared a delicious 3-course meal specially for us based on the fish my husband had caught during a deep-sea fishing trip earlier that day. A special call out to the room service who always kept our room immaculately clean, to the ladies at the spa who gave the most amazing massages and to Tim from the fitness centre who was an amazing coach!

5* is not enough they deserve a 10*! From start to end the experience was tremendous. The service of the entire team has exceeded our expectations and they have indeed created indelible moments for us and a memorable holiday. From the point you arrive there the staff is well aware of all your special requests and the personal touch is what makes them exceptional. Upon my arrival I was greeted and welcomed by Natacha and Bhavna from reservations team who explained me in detailed about the facilities of the resort and all the activities. We stayed at luxury pavillion with private pool and I couldn’t be happier with the choice! Cleanliness, room service and the beauty for this villa is unbeatable! A big BIG thanks to Manusha Seeparsad (Sales & Revenue Manager) for all her hospitality. To add on to the above, food is delicious as well speciall at “ On the Rocks”. Their steaks are to die for! In a nutshell, The Oberoi Resort is without doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in and is highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the Oberoi as part of our week-long anniversary celebration trip to Mauritius. The hotel and grounds were beautiful, calming and restful. We greatly appreciated the upgrade to a villa with private garden. The food was consistently excellent, both at breakfast and dinner. Many activities are included eg yoga/Pilates classes, water sports eg waterskiing, snorkelling and bicycle hire, which we used to cycle up to Trou aux Biches one day. The gym is small but well equipped, and whilst we did not use the spa it looked lovely. However, what makes this hotel truly special is the personal touch from the staff, which exceeded anything we have experienced in our extensive travels. Every single member of staff we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasurable, with a genuine desire to be of service. Particular thanks go to Tanya at reception, and Akshay and Pritam at the restaurants. Highly recommended, we would return again in a heartbeat.

Our recent stay at the Oberoi Beach Resort, Mauritius was planned for 2020, but delayed due to Covid. It was well worth the wait. The Oberoi is a tranquil, luxurious resort offering excellent food and outstanding service. From the warm welcome on arrival; the attentive service; excellent food; the range of inclusive activities; through to the slick checkout and airport transfer; everything makes for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Accommodation is set in 20 acres of well-kept gardens, our room had views overlooking the bay. Spacious, comfortable and equipped with all modern amenities, including free WiFi and a Nespresso coffee machine (for UK visitors there are even 13A sockets, so no adapters required), but with a traditional feel. Large windows allow plenty of natural light and glorious views. We were on half board package through Kuoni, which was excellent. The ‘extras’ (wine in the restaurant; drinks in the bar; lunch; etc.) are not cheap, but ultimately you are paying for quality; for staffing levels (front of house and behind the scenes) that provide excellent service and the tranquil surroundings that only having 72 rooms in the resort provides. We ate in the main restaurant and ‘On the Rocks’, the food and service at both are second the none. The main restaurant menu changes twice a week and provides a range of European and Mauritian cuisine including excellent quality fish and sea food. The beaches are idyllic, although not ideal for swimming (shallow and rocky), however the resort has 2 large swimming pools, one of which is designated for adults only. The sunsets over the Indian Ocean are spectacular and best appreciated from the bar with one of the range of cocktails available. There are numerous inclusive activities available, we tried a rum tasting, a wine tasting and one of the boat trips available via the on-site water sports. Every single staff member made us feel welcomed and valued guests. They all work incredibly hard, but a particular thank you to Amanda in Guest Services for whom nothing was too much trouble; to Prakash and his team (Khooshal in particular) for looking after us so well in the restaurant; and to Ocean whose beaming smile and attentive service never flagged from early breakfast to late evening in the bar. Highly recommended. We would love to return in the future. Certainly, if we visit Mauritius again, it would be difficult to choose anywhere else.

Amazing service from everyone from front desk to bartenders. It was a work trip for me but also my wedding anniversary and the staff went the extra mile for my husband and me, delivering a divine chocolate cake, wine and running us a bath with rose petals while we were at dinner. Greatly appreciated. The only thing I did not love was the tasting dinner at The Gunpowder room, which was a little bland for us, despite being largely local food. Perhaps because we do not eat much meat or shellfish, we has a lesser experience on food but the rums we tasted were also not phenomenal. The best dining was a la carte at the main restaurant. Lots of activities are included on the room rate. We enjoyed borrowing the transparent-bottomed kayaks and my husband did the included snorkeling tour. We missed the star gazing but did hear some Divali fireworks. Bar snacks and mixed drinks were great and the beach is cute. Every bungalow seems to have gorgeous views. Really an idyllic location, clean - thanks to discrete but neverending housekeeping! - calm and safe. Instead of a $20 taxi, I walked down the beach about 40mins to the Marriott Meridien past the Victoria Beachcoomber every morning for my work event. I wished the event had been at the Oberoi!

The beach is rocky and the breakfast is not as great , these are the only downsides of the hotel. Just finished 5 days in this incredible resort. Absolutely everything from the first meet, the in house dining, the rooms, the bar, the waiters was impeccable and worthy of a world class star. No matter what i wanted or requested at any time of the day it was always greeted with a happy yes. Great location. Beautiful property but villas were small. For the price we were expecting much bigger villa. Beach is rocky. You have to be careful going in Food is very good. Service is good. Too many steps all over. People stumbling and falling. Staff needs better training.

We recently stayed here to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. We have been to Mauritius several times but always stopped on the east of the island previously. We decided to try somewhere different and we are so glad we did. Normally after a holiday there are members of staff who are deserving of special mention. This is not the case here as EVERYONE was amazing, friendly, helpful, always with a smile, all the way from management to restaurant staff, to housekeeping, gardeners, pool maintenance staff. The restaurant staff managed to stay cheery and professional despite some incredibly rude and arrogant guests who thought a click of the fingers should bring everyone running or were constantly ordering things at breakfast which they then didn't eat. The attitude was very much can do, unlike some 5 star hotels where if you want something bespoke the answer is usually no. Which had a luxury villa with private pool which was amazing, spacious, bright a pool big enough to swim in, large sunken bath, garden and a raised platform with table and chairs for relaxing or eating. On my wife's birthday we had requested dinner on the beach, however, the weather forecast was not great for later in the evening so the food and beverage manager phoned to ask if we wanted to rearrange and they would put something special on in the restaurant. In the end my wife opted for private dining on the villa. They laid a beautiful table, brought the menu from the restaurant for us to choose from and made it really special. They also brought a birthday cake as a suprise and decorated the room. When I called to book dinner on the beach later in the week they gave the option of the same night, even though the information states 48 hours notice required. The other good thing about dinner on the beach is you choose from the restaurant menu and just pay a setup fee for the table. We had a dedicated waiter for the meal and the restaurant manager came to see us and check everyting was OK. It seemed everyone knew it was her birthday as all the staff were wishing her happy birthday. There are daily activities put on free of charge, from painting to stargazing to visits to a local temple to wine tasting. At lunchtime the chef came out to speak to every table to make sure they were enjoying the food, and we also had two chefs including the head chef at dinner one evening and they all seemed like they really cared about your experience and not doing it because they had to. The only slight negatives for the holiday were out of the hotels control. There is not anywhere to swim in the sea off the beach as the lagoon is very shallow. There were also a lot of mosquitoes, but repellant spray was provided in the rooms as well as coils for outside and they also had repellants spread throughout the resort at night as well as regularly fumigating the whole resort in the evenings. All in all it was probably one of the best holidays we have ever had and we will be returning definitely in the future.

Had gone for a sundowner + dinner Mevin took good care of me. They really go out of the way to take good care of you. They push you to order things out of the menu and nothing is a no for them. Couldn’t recommend them more. The property is on the beach and very nice . Good vegetarian options as well. The bar has nice live music

Top class hotel in a quiet part of the island but not too far from either Port Louis or Grand Baie. The luxury villas with pools are large, secluded and have a very decent sized plunge pool - perfect for cooling off. The quality and range of cuisine was very good indeed, and the staff were friendly, efficient and very competent. There was plenty of sea front for sunbathing and all the water sports were free. Was this good value for money? In my opinion yes - you get what you pay for.

Let me start by saying this has been a splendid stay in the beautiful Mauritian sanctuary “ The Oberoi”! 1. Checkin and checkout were seamless which exactly what you’d expect of the luxury resort. 2. The service and the people are the genuine secret to what gives this resort an edge over another luxury 5star hotel we stayed in Mauritius before. The reason I say that is that we were celebrating our honeymoon in our first stay at Mauritius in FS Anahita and everything went well but no one did anything extra to make our stay special, but here literally everyone from room service, yoga team, breakfast crew, dinner crew, duty managers, chefs, and general manager ensured that we were pampered! I will mention couple of names but I simply couldn’t mention the entire resort 1. Prakash, for his lively demeanor and laser-focus on clients’ satisfaction 2. Chef Singh for his lovely sage advice on food, tips and secrets to a healthy diet! 3. Chef Sanju( grill master!) and chef Anish for their amazing generosity with us on several occasions. 4. Shaan, Oomar, Rohan, Aum, Prathan, Rohan, and Nivish and many more members of the crew! 5. Last but not least, Executive Chef Tomas for his overall oversight and designing such a refined food experience for all the residents, no matter what their dietary restrictions are. The menus change every couple of days with options for vegetarian, pescatarian, meat-lovers, and virgin fresh drinks for everyone. 6. Great variety of free activities like snorkeling, yoga classes, star gazing, evening walks, sculpture and cooking classes as well. 7. The facilities and pools were well maintained despite being one of the first luxury resorts on the island. My advice try to book the herb trail dinner experience and it is a must for anyone that loves slow cooked meat. In a nutshell, if you want superior service, genuine hospitality, traveling as a couple for special event, or with your family that makes you feel like you are part of their generous extended one, then this is your place! We will definitely be coming again and making the Oberoi our new fav luxury hotel brand.

I am generally suspicious when reviews mention only good points and give 5 stars, but I must say our 5 nights stay was nothing short but perfect. The location and landscaping of the hotel is amazing, and the limited number of rooms with small villas made it so much more cozy than large international resorts. The gardens are extremely well looked after, and there were no insects or crawlies that I really don’t like. Only a few cute lizards here and there, and those beautiful giant bats far above at night. The rooms are very large (and we went for the normal ones) and very well equipped, with a view on the garden and the sea, just perfect to open the curtains in the morning. The beaches are not huge but very nice and well supplied with lounge chairs and thatch umbrellas. One nice touch is the button on the umbrella to cal for a waiter when you need anything. The sea is very clean and ideal for snorkelling. The pools are very big (much bigger than they seem on the website photos) and very beautiful (you must watch the sunset from the beach or pools). The restaurants are just incredible. Both the main restaurant, or the alfresco grill. We have been in a few 5 stars resorts, and here the chefs are playing in another league. BTW I wouldn’t recommend the half board option, as we ended up with a similar price all in all including the drinks, while in the half board option they are not. Plus we could choose which restaurant we wanted every night. To be honest, I never thought Indian fusion food could be that good and not burning spicy. Kudos to Sumita we did the cooking classes with :) The service is also incredible. I can not remember the name of the staff members we interested with, but all are extremely helpful, humble, genuinely smiling and really doing the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. From the waiters at the restaurant or at the bar (they gave us a l’an improvised rhum tasting session for my birthday), the cleaning staff, and also the water sport instructors. I must also name Vinay our amazing driver, so kind and knowledgeable about the island and it’s history. I would highly recommend the helicopter tour to see the underwater waterfall, the south island car tour with Vinay, the tai chi (Henrio was so didactic and patient as we were beginners), the star gazing and the cooking class. Snorkelling was also very nice with a lot of fishes (even though Maldives was better). The other activities might also be good but we ran out of time. We were not sure when we picked this hotel, as there are many other hotels on the island, but this was an absolute bulls eye. If we come again in Mauritius (and we probably will if we can as the island has a lot to offer) we will definetly choose the Oberoi resort. I am now even curious about the other hotels from the same chain. I *loved* it

What a wounderfull hotel. The staff are attentive but not obtrusive. Nothing is too much effort for them. The buildings are clean and well maintained. The grounds are kept to a very high standard. The beach is combed every morning to give you that new untouched feeling. It is very peasefull. The food is fantastic. I cannot praise this hotel enough , especially the staff, from the cleaners to the management, all try to make your stay as good as it can be. You feel like you are a vip no matter who you are. We WILL return to this hotel. That is a promise. It is a little slice of paradise I did not want to leave.

The Oberoi is hands down my favorite hotel brand. Everything about the resorts, it's service, food, rooms are top notch. Visited October 2022 for a week and we were upgraded on arrival; we booked a massage after a long trip on arrival and it was the perfect way to begin vacation. The beach is beautiful, quiet and the hotel has a number of water activities available. The staff made us feel like family, Amanda, Rossan, Kavish, Baboo & Amal (the bartender who makes different flavors of rum. Coffee & Pineapple Chili were our faves). Unfortunately on our first night of dinner in the gunpowder room, I, a person with many food intolerances, was served a peanut chutney and began my tongue began to swell. The staff was helpful in getting us a cart to take us back to our room where I had medicine. After speaking to the hotel manager the next day our concerns were assuaged (we were ready to check out & leave) although I suffered from swollen eyes and lips for a couple of days the rest of the week went on without a hitch. My food was specially prepared by the chefs, and Chef Singh & Suarez dishes were always amazing. The highlight of the vacation was dinner in the garden where we met a lovely couple and staff surprised us with a chocolate cake for our anniversary (still have no idea how they knew!) that I could eat. Although the staff almost killed me with a peanut chutney the first day they almost made up for it and I somehow still had a blast and would go back.

Off the scale fabulousness! Best hotel (we'll its actually a resort) I've ever stayed in. Staff, food, drink, location, space, villas, grounds, you name it its sublime. Its rare to find somewhere that's faultless, but I've been here 8 days and not found a single fault!!! A true 'must visit' place.

Spent 5 days here for our honeymoon. Everything was absolutely fantastic. The hotel went above and beyond with a few extra things to make sure our experience was special. The staff were all welcoming, prompt and helpful. The hotel grounds are stunning and the food/drinks were top notch. Yes, this kind of experience comes with the 5-star price tag but if that is the kind of experience you are going for then it's worth it. Would definitely come back.

There is a sense of tranquility here with the hotel designed not be crowded. The hotel staff were very responsive. We had a much needed break here before the rush of our wedding.

One of the best resorts I have been to. Not only exceptional food, but also first class service! One of the best pasta dishes I have ever tasted. Compliments to the chef. Also tried the Indian Thali. Very very good.

If you know the brand, you know that it stands of exquisite quality and a timeless elegance—and if you don't know the brand, it's time you find out more. There is something unique to the property and team: a soulfulness that can't really be captured in words. But I'll try. The staff are warm. Genuinely warm. With an authentic playfulness that makes every moment a delight. The design is classic, tasteful, and luxurious. The food is divine (and makes you grateful that there is a gym). The setting is pure bliss. The spa is a perfect escape. A massive heap of gratitude to Dhiren and his team, especially Natacha and Nishal, who made us feel more like friends than family.

What a wonderful stay it was at the Oberoi Mauritius. Rooms - spacious, clean with lovely bathrooms that overlook a small garden. Service - we were thoroughly impressed by the service. It was personal, the staff were genuinely warm. ( some hotels the smile is almost forced. Here I must mention Natacha, Nishal, Mr Sona, Melvin, Aravna, Amanda, Nivis) Food and restaurant- no buffet, but a la carte menu in true 5 star style. Food was well presented for example the thali. Activities in the hotel were plenty and different from rum tasting to star gazing. Will recommend and go back.

I have been to hotels all over the world and all around Mauritius but i assure you that this hotel is by far one of the best. I have never seen such a service in a hotel. The room was sublime, the food was to die for and the staff were the nicest staff I have seen anywhere else. If you are thinking of going to a hotel i highly recommend this one. Worth every penny. Special thank you to Baboo, Pawan, Nishal, Roshan, Bavna, Natahsa, Vyash. I will be back.

Right from the time we were picked up by hotel car till our last day today, everything was taken care with a smile. Each and everyone one from hotel team is Fantastic and true assets and genuinely nice!!!! Nischal (restaurant mgr) and his entire team, Preeti and Maya from spa team, Thomas(Head Chef), Anisha (sundown service), entire private dining team, all were superb!!! I must say we experience the excellent Oberoi hospitality and will return back with fond memories of our stay at Oberoi Mauritius and its team!!!

It’s impossible to share enough superlatives about Oberoi Beach Resort Mauritius. It really is superb, so much so that my husband and I have holidayed here on six occasions and are due to return later this year. Absolutely everything is ‘off the scale’ such as the stunningly landscaped and tranquil property spread across extensive beachfront grounds, the beautiful and immaculate rooms / villas with every amenity you could wish for, and the delicious and superbly presented food and beverage experience. The ultimate is Dhiren and his wonderful team of the most lovely, smiley, friendly people for whom the only goal is to make you happy. We’ve travelled extensively to luxury hotels around the world and can truly say that Oberoi Beach Resort Mauritius is our absolute favourite and our ‘happy place’. The highlight of our calendar is our annual trip here and hence we can’t recommend it highly enough. Don’t think twice - just book it - you’ll have a wonderful time in a stunning beachfront paradise.

There are two things that make a holiday magical and they are the staff and the premises. This hotel achieved both in abundance and we leave with some sadness but also feeling well rested thanks to the unfaltering attitude of all the staff be it ground maintenance. Restaurant and housekeeping. Staff should be very proud of what such a high standard they have achieved. Many thanks to all Adrian and Patsy
