I would like to share my review of this hotel from June 2023. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature, however, it is worth noting that the beach area is relatively small compared to the neighboring hotels. The staff is friendly and accommodating. However, I did find it a bit bothersome when the staff approached us frequently, checking if everything was okay and asking about the food almost every 3 minutes. While it is understandable to check on the satisfaction of guests, being asked about the food multiple times during a single meal felt excessive and invasive. It would be more appropriate to limit such inquiries to a reasonable frequency to ensure a comfortable dining experience. What I found to be unprofessional was staff insistence on asking guests to leave reviews and even suggesting what we should mention and what ratings to give in TripAdvisor. Firstly, this approach is not fair, and secondly, it feels like they are pressuring us into doing something we may not want to do. I believe this is below the level of service we expected for the price we paid. Additionally, the room service was not easily accessible, and the timing for room cleaning was inconsistent. Moreover, we experienced the inconvenience of staff attempting to enter our room while we were present, which occurred almost every evening. Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention the presence of mold in the shower, which can be highly dangerous for the health of your guests.

Wow! What an incredible hotel, this was undoubtedly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We were here for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, from swans and rose petals on the bed to special tables at dinner time and vouchers for spa treatments they made us feel so special. The rooms were large and stunning and kept so clean, our room was beachfront and quite simply breathtaking. Everywhere in the hotel is simply beautiful and so clean. You are treated like royalty from the moment you arrive and nothing is ever too much trouble. The food is quite simply amazing and the restaurant staff can not do enough for you, especially Kevin who made us feel so so welcome and Ivan for his simply amazing cocktails. The location of the hotel is perfect for the weather as where other parts of the island may be raining, in most cases we had sunshine and only occasional showers. The sunsets were epic every evening and we had the most amazing holiday here. From swimming with dolphins and turtles to seeing sperm whales and daily snorkelling trips. We were so sad to leave. Thank you to the whole team at Westin!

so we were really a lot of travel around the world but the west in turtle bay is really an outstanding hotel. Great rooms that are clean and well maintained. The room maid is on site twice a day. Great pool area and the food is wonderful. The Beach area is very beautiful umformt or the Hotel. Several restaurants from sushi, buffet to Indian cuisine. The beach grill is particularly noteworthy with Kevin the Restaurant Manager, he always has a smile on his face with a funny saying. Thank you for the great service and stay.

It is our first time in Mauritius and I can’t be more satisfied by Westin. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They let us have a very late checkout and we kept our room until 6pm. The internet is very good, the food is various and the drinks are good. I used my Marriott application for almost everything and I did not experience any bugs. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a deluxe room with an ocean view.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Service is excellent and everyone smiles. Both pools are lovely with plenty of loungers around. All of the restaurants are fantastic. Food quality is brilliant and even the buffet is good although perhaps a little repetitive. But which buffet isn't? The other restaurants make up for this The SPA is excellent and the prices are reasonable. WiFi is good with good coverage everywhere The only slight gripe I have and it's a slight gripe are the beaches that the hotel resides on. There are 2 very small beaches that are claimed quickly on a morning. You come to Mauritius for its beaches and its a bit of a let down in a hotel as lovely as this. I would definitely recommend it as a place to come though.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Western Turtle Bay in Mauritius, and it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. He was not just diligent in his duties but also displayed a level of professionalism and attention to detail that was truly commendable. Each day, we returned to our room to find it immaculately made up, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The location of the resort, nestled in a picturesque setting, provided breathtaking views and easy access to the serene Turtle Bay. The amenities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a rejuvenating stay.In conclusion, our time at Western Turtle Bay was memorable, largely thanks to the exceptional service by Zabir and the entire staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a blend of natural beauty, comfort, and outstanding service.

We, family of four including 2 kids spend 4 nights at this beautiful property and must say it was very comfortable and relaxing stay. The views are totally amazing and the hotel staff are very friendly and ready to help with anything. The food is also very good, special mention to the staff at the restaurants and Mr Nithish who was kind enough to pack sandwiches for kids on our check out day that was very helpful for our travel back. Such small gestures really make a memorable holiday more memorable.

Just spent a week at this resort, and have nothing but great things to remember it by! The staff are extremely welcoming, and they really do their utmost when it comes to children and families. Our 22 month old was really well looked after when it came to restaurants, with the chef available to prepare any meals that were desired. Pasta, pizza, chicken nuggets, etc! Would highly recommend this resort. We went for full board as we don't drink alcohol and this worked perfectly for us, with a good selection of restaurants to enjoy. Looking forward to going back soon!

Extremely satisfied with the service provided by Mr Seeam and team. We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday, all our guests were very well welcomed by the staffs and enjoyed the food. I 100% recommend this hotel for your events.

This is my first time here in this beautiful island, and i couldn't wish for a better place to stay then the westin hotel. The hotel staff are amazing, very professional, very friendly and very helpful! The food is amazing! There's 5 different restaurants and they are all great! The view from every spot here is just like paradise! Can't wait to be back!

We spent 5 nights here last week and we absolutely loved it! The staff were amazing, always so polite and friendly. A very special thanks to the girls in the kids club - Azor, Ash, Francesca, Virginie and the rest of the team; you guys were fantastic at entertaining our little ones, so much so that they didn't want to leave! Our suites were really nice and large, (although we were told that we had to book 2 because one room would not be big enough to fit a family of 4!), with great views of the beach. Food was good, but the desserts were the best - really enjoyed the "honey mouse" from the Beach Grill. Breakfast was standard but the chefs were always willing to make anything we might like! The facilities were good, there was an adult only pool and a family pool which probably needed a good clean or a refurbishment. Apart from the treatments and the gym, the other facilities in the spa were closed due to Covid, which was a shame! Overall, a really nice hotel with amazing staff who have made our staff really memorable, so thank you 🙏

I would highly recommend the Westin hotel, rooms are clean, service is great at all levels. If you are ever there make sure Nitasha checks you in, it was our wedding anniversary and she made wonderful effort with multiple surprises in the room. As well don’t miss drinking at the main bar with Adam, he is as well the best guid for night life in Mauritius. Thanks for all the rest of the staff for their kindness and hospitality.

The Hotel is fantastic. We visit a lot of countries before and we were in many Hotels before but this Hotel is different! If you Rent a car you can See a lot of different, beautiful beaches (its the Same Standard like on maledives) and you can drive to Shopping malls in 10-15 min. We have Never Seen so nice staff before! All the people are so friendly -especially Kevin From the Beach Grill-. People always smile to you and are truly Interested in your well being. The rooms are big and modern. They are cleaned 2 times a day and you get everything you Need. Also the Food changes every day and is always fresh and perfect! We will come back for sure. - we are a couple from Germany (26, 27 years Old)

It was an incredibly enjoyable experience that we won’t soon forget! The rooms at the Westin Hotel Resort are simply stunning. They are spacious, clean, and exquisitely decorated. We were able to relax in ultimate comfort, and we felt right at home. We also enjoyed the delicious food that was offered within the hotel. The menu had a great variety of local and international dishes, and the flavors were incredible. The service was second to none. Everyone at the Westin Hotel Resort was extremely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a pleasant stay. In particular, we’d like to thank Mr. Seam for his outstanding hospitality. He was always there to greet us with a smile and answer any questions that we had. We felt like we were part of the family. Overall, our stay at the Westin Hotel Resort in Mauritius was a wonderful experience. All i can say is 'WOW'. Had visited here for my honeymoon and ev everything was just perfect. They even gave us complimentary wine and services as we were a honeymoon couple. The location and luxury is unmatched. Only suggestion would be to have some items in their buffets to cater to Indian palettes or little bit spicy. Apart from that, one of the best vacations i have had so far.

Our stay at Westin Turtle Bay was amazing. The room was so spacious and cleaning staff were so happy to assist at any time. Kamini from cleaning service was especially amazing, she was always so friendly and helpful. This is really the best hotel I've ever had the privilege to stay at. We were there for 10 days in October and were made to feel so welcome by all the staff we encountered. The location is excellent in the North West of the island, with easy access to the beaches and the surrounding area as well as the opportunity to view some of the most stunning sunsets in the world with a cocktail in hand. The rooms are lovely and spacious - perfect for a long holiday, with very comfortable beds, showers, baths and lots of storage space. The food is excellent in all of the restaurants, and one of our couple is coeliac and the hotel were very good at making us feel comfortable with the allergy, even making specific meals for us on request. Above all, however, this is the best service I've ever had. The personal touches from all the staff from management to chefs, waiters, concierge staff, and cleaners are world class and make you feel important and looked after. Nothing is too much for the hotel staff and they really ensured we had the best, most relaxing break possible. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful relaxing time to recharge in the best settings, with plenty activities available on offer and the most amazing dining and drinking experiences throughout. A real gem.

Paradise island!!! From the moment I walked in, there was something that just felt like home. Not only is the hotel incredibly beautiful, but the staff are even better. The staff are always happy to go above and beyond to make your trip extra special. Words can not describe how amazing this trip was, and I would definitely recommend staying here at the Westin. Kangan restaurant is also a must try if you like spicy foods. Overall, my stay was everything and more... just the tranquil break I needed.

Very poor management of the hotel. Room was shabby, outdated. Literally every cocktail I ordered was not available. Staff enters your room while you being inside without knocking or ringing the door. The bar was ok. Beach restaurant was terrible. They served 4 course menu at the Beach restaurant and we only got 3/4 courses over almost 3 hours! No apology, and the audacity to serve a bill for the whole 4 course menu when only 3 were served. Reservation desk rude and inflexible. We were told that all restaurants were booked out for dinner when in reality they were half empty. General mood of the staff is not very motivated. The only good place was breakfast. Staff there was quite good. Nice sunset views but no proper beach and sea to swim in due to rocks and shallow water.

This Hotel and Staff are excellent. The rooms are well presented and spacious. The Restaurants under Nitesh's supervision were great and run like clockwork. The staff are very helpful and there is always service with a smile. Soonita in the International Restaurant Seasonal Tastes is genuinely charming and accommodating as is Pamela. Manager Jameel has answers to all your queries and more. Ask for The Whisper zone on check if you want a quieter experience sans squeals of children from the pool.

We had an exceptional stay at Westin. We stayed for 4 nights. Firstly we are strictly vegetarians. We had informed the hotel via email. From our check-in to check-out, they made sure our vegetarian requirements were handled for every meal. Our tables were reserved. Chef Chef took extra care and made sure that the food was cooked separately. The staff is brilliant. We learnt snorkeling from the trainer. Our suite room cleaning (Lalitha and one more lady) were happy warm ladies. Overall very comfortable stay.

We had the privilege to visit The Westin Turtle Bay Resort a couple of weeks ago. The entire experience was absolutely outstanding. They have the best staff on board, who went out of their way to make it an unforgettable experience. Beautiful, spacious family bedroom with an exquisite ocean view. Shout out to Vikash and his team at the main restaurant - their service was exceptional. We can't wait to visit The Westin again!

It is located in Balcalava. The entire area has many similar luxury resorts. Our stay at Westin Turtle bay was great. They have private beach and some water activities. The service is great. The rooms were huge and very comfortable and clean. The beach facing view of the room was great. The food was tasty. I found really good Indian food here. I stayed in two places one in Westin and in some other hotel where I couldn't find Indian food. The breakfast was the best in Westin. I had celebrated my husband's birthday here and they gave a nice free cake. I had enjoyed my stay at Westin. Only thing is it is bit of isolated area but that too because only luxury resorts are there in this area. It is in between Port Louis and Grand Bay.

What an amazing experience at this hotel!! One of the best hotel’s we’ve ever stayed in. I would recommend for anyone to stay here if you’re planning on coming to Mauritius. The staff are just amazing.. they make you feel very welcome and are always on hand if you need them. They also go out of their way to make sure you have a very good stay here! I really can not find the words to describe the experience here but all I can say is it’s really been amazing!!!! Oh and they helped organise the wedding proposal for me too which was really nice! The place is nice the hotel is beautiful and the infrastructure is very good, however 3 things brought down the experience. 1. The location - the beach is not the best you can get in Mauritius, full of rocky and dark water (not what u get in Mauritius) 2. Concierge - doesn’t seem to be a concierge service to provide good recommendations and plan your stay. Ex. Dolphins during winter stays close to the hotel, the boathouse team informed us by chance… also I’ve asked some recommendation to short tours with small kids, the guy told me to research on google and they can book a taxi. 3. The food. Omg the food was so bad, I cannot even praise any single meal…. It’s a shame for such a category hotel. I thought it could be something local, but after some days I moved to JW and the experience was completely different. A shame same company has such a different service level specially with food. Points to praise: The staff are supernovae and the drinks were amazing .

I had a pleasant stay at The West Inn hotel. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. However, the room design left something to be desired; it felt outdated and could use a refresh. Additionally, the cleanliness could have been better; I noticed some dust and stains. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable. The hotel's location is fantastic, and the service was commendable. With a little room makeover and improved cleaning, it would easily earn a five-star rating from me.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Mauritius im The Westin Turtle Bay Resort. Das Personal war stets sehr freundliche, die Anlage war sauber und wurde auch stets während unseres Aufenthalts gepflegt und gesäubert. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und das Abendessen/Buffet lies kaum wünsche offen - es war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Auch die Animation im Hotel sowie Angebote waren super. Es gibt einen Meerzugang der von größeren Steinen geschützt und der Boden im Meer mit Sand bedeckt ist. Wir können das Hotel und die Anlage empfehlen und würden dort wieder hingehen. Wonderful. No one could want or expect better. The resort is perfectly placed to chill; the staff could not have done enough for us; the choice of food was extensive and tasty and the room/accommodation was very comfortable. A particular mention of Soonita and supervisor Seam in the dining area who were extremely accommodating friendly and efficient. The restaurants were all good and provide a good choice of foods and drinks. 10/10 for everything.

Hotel is amazing, from the views to the service. Very clean and all staff have been amazing. We have been well taken care of by the food and beverage team and everyone has accomidated to our needs. Myself and Mr Dickson will be visting this hotel in the future.

We have booked at Westin through a holiday package (half board). Lobby interior is great and entrance to the hotel with the trees and lilies is calming. The service is excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful. Food: hotel breakfast has many varieties which could fits anyone from meat eaters to total vegan. The cakes on the other hand is tasteless. Dinner: the hotel offer different dining resturants for dinner. The annoying thing about them is that you need to make reservation in advance. And with half board it is confusing that some resturants gives credit limit to dine with and one others are open buffet. The live music is really a nice touch. Room: room is specious but not luxurious and doesn't feel like 5 star hotel. it looks outdated and it is very dark. Need renovation and add more lights. Beach: for beach resort, the beach area is bad it is rocky beach and not attractive to be honest ans it is not what you expect a beach to be in Mauritius. Also it can create a hazard for kids to swim! Other hotels provide much better looking beaches. Boathouse: nice and lovely staff providing support and help with water activities. However it seems staff are overwhelmed by activities and work. Helping guests, cleaning beach, disembarking from/off boats.,,, etc Location of the hotel is in the north of the island. Any taxi round trip from the hotel to anywhere in the island is costly. But i think this the same case for most of the resorts.

Fantastic rooms, modern and comfortable. Room service and housekeeping is also top notch. The landscaping is also impressive. Facilities are really the only downside of this resort: - Spa is mediocre - Beach is non existent - Breakfast is always crowded and the omelet is always burnt. - Pools are not heated. Overall I would recommend this hotel for those who go outside the resort most days.

My family and I had the pleasure of spending our vacation week at this amazing resort. From the welcoming staff at the lobby to the breathtaking views and all the way to the rooms, we were treated like royalty. My daughter made friends at the kids club and would always beg us to drop her off there because it was such joyful experience for her. I am so thankful to every single staff member who made our experience so memorable. I wish this resort all the success and accolades it deserves. Merci!!!!

Amazing hotel. Beachfront room out of this world. Service truly 5 stars from all staff. Food also amazing. We were all inclusive package. Note that the sushi and seafood restaurant require additional supplements despite all inclusive. Wasn't particularly expensive given food quality. Beach is a bit rocky in places (to be expected given volcanic origins). Overall well worth it for a special occasion.

It's about an hour drive from the airport but most nice hotels are about that same time from the airport. Hotel is by the beach. Staff are always ready to help and make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast buffet is quite good with a wide variety. For families, the family rooms are nice and there's kids play area were staff are available to keep kids entertained while the adults can truly relax. Food and drinks are well priced

Excellent spot for a quiet retreat. Value for money. Staff is very helpful and works well. Location is not so windy like east of Mauritius. and weather is hot quite that you need to jump in the swimming pool several times.

Excellent resort. Staff was very pleasant and very helpful. Food was good and Mystique was the highlight of restaurants on property. Club lounge was absolutely fantastic. About 1 hour via car from the airport.

The westin turtle bay is really one of the best resorts in mauritius. The service was great. The staff was kind and helpful, the food was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. It really is worth to go there again.

The whole place is a beautiful haven, but what makes it special is the customer service. The personnel provides an outstanding customer care , and this is so welcoming in these challenging times.

Myself and my husband have just returned from a 15 night stay for our honeymoon at the Westin Turtle Bay and we simply cannot recommend it highly enough. Mauritius was not our original destination but due to COVID we decided to change our plans at the last minute and we are so glad we did. The country is beautiful and the hotel was amazing but it was the people that really make this place special. They are simply wonderful and cannot do enough for you. If we could we would list everyone but from Ravi and the management team, to Ram and the catering / room service team in particular Sinetta, Pamela & Kevin, the bar staff (sorry we can’t remember their names) and housekeeping they are all so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. We’ve never had such attentive and friendly service and we have travelled to many places. On our final morning it was my birthday and they made me feel like royalty with everyone wishing me a happy birthday, to a specially decorated table with wine at breakfast and a cake it was overwhelming and so kind. The hotel itself is lovely and kept spotlessly clean and maintained. It is a good size with 2 swimming pools and also small beaches to spend lazy days. We decided as it was our honeymoon to book a Junior suite (room 810) which had the most amazing terrace and was well situated right in the centre of the resort. The food at all the restaurants was amazing with a good selection. Honestly we can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you to all the staff at this beautiful hotel, we just loved it and cannot wait to go back again very soon! Mr and Mrs Lucas x

My family received a very warm welcome and all the members of the team made their level best to make us feel special all during our stay there. The buffet was so delicious and the rooms very cozy and comfortable. Hat's off Team👍👍👍👍 Will surely make it again

Fabulous!!! As a family of 3, we just spent over a week at this resort, and it was absolutely amazing ! The service are extremely welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble ( bar, housekeeping, reception, waiters etc !) We Would highly recommend this resort. We went for all inclusive package as we do drink alcohol and this worked perfectly for us and was great value - would definitely recommend this. The buffet was a bit repetitive but with the additional speciality restaurants it helps ! Also, no nearby shops so you do maximise the resort! Would definitely do this place again to relax and unwind .

Shocked with mind boggling policy of the resort wherein they were not allowing guests to come in and have food and drinks at the restaurant and bar. In a scenario where occupancy is low and resorts are struggling with revenues, its strange to see that customers are being turned away with fake pretences that the bar is fully booked ( really?? At 4pm in the afternoon it's fully booked??) At least have the decency to explain the proper reason! P. S :I had all the vaccine documents and everything else handy. Never have I encountered this at any westin internationally but seems to be a special trait of the Mauritius resort.

Beautiful resort with quality fixtures, large rooms, spotlessly clean, amazing buggy service took us around the large resort. Excellent quality breakfast with a range of fresh juices and super hospitable service in the buffet restaurant. General service was also brilliant except for the restaurants which really need to speed up service, missed the entertainment both nights as it took so long (first night there was no entertainment as the act did not have covid vaccination) so out of 3 nights we stayed, we couldn't see any entertainment. Hotel forgot to place birthday cake in room on arrival as promised and when I mentioned the hiccups, they did try hard, if not too hard to keep us happy and kept on mentioning 'good review' I did find this pressurising. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel, best if you have a hire car to get around as it is in a secluded area, but fabulous if you want to just enjoy resort.

We spent a week in April 2022 at the Westin Turtle Bay and it was superb - highly recommended. Excellent rooms (beachfront really does mean beachfront…), excellent food, drinks and top quality service. The room was immaculate (thank you Pratima and Sahil), the service at the beach grill top notch (particular mention to Kevin, Avanash and Mehfooza) and the great boat house team (Ben was an excellent guide on our boat trips to the turtles and dolphins). A very family friendly hotel with an adults only pool and a huge family pool. We did the all inclusive which I would recommend. Thanks to all the team for an unforgettable stay. We loved it.

Spent a great family holiday at the Westin - beautiful property with impeccable service. Highlight was our dinner at the Mystique restaurant where we had both lunch and dinner. The taste of the Thai food was one of the best we tasted and as vegetarians they could still offer us 6 to 7 main course dishes. Special mention to Seam and his staff who took care of our every need and always willing to go the extra mile. Seam helped us with so much knowledge about the hotel and ensured we had a great time at the property. Highly recommend both the Westin and its Mystique

Hospitality, service and employees gesture is amazing. Yet I was bit disappointed about the quality of food as I expected more gastronomical experience as I would envisage from five stars hotel. We've stayed in a junior suite, amazing location and room yet I would recommend Installation of a card reader on the back garden open shower area for a better customer experience. One last thing that disturbed me, every time a request a cola it is followed directly with the Invoice to sign - I understand this would be required at some instances whereby the guest would drink alcohol and forget to sign, yet I was only drinking Cola! I felt that they they are afraid I will run away! Apart from the above, I was pleasantly satisfied experiencing our stay at Westin Turtle beach. cleanliness and room service is remarkable

Beach side resort in a quiet location on the north west shore of Mauritius. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Resort ambience is excellent. Bedrooms are spacious and facing the beach. Depending on the bedroom location it can be a bit of a walk to get to the main dining areas and reception. Buffet has a wide variety but the items were repeated. Ala Carte orders resulted in being served recycled food and service was also not upto a global luxury hotel standard. The friendly serving staff more than made up for lapses on the food front. The location of the hotel is difficult for guests intending to see the islands tourist attractions. The resort is better suited to guests who intend to stay in the resort and enjoy rest and relaxation and the resort facilities - swimming pools, gym, beach, water sport activities, etc which are more than enough to compensate for the distance and time it takes to visit outside attractions.

We had a fantastic stay. The room facilities were excellent and all staff were extremely attentive, pleasant and helpful. Some definitely went the extra-mile. Kevin and his Beach Grill team were particularly great (Avanash, Pascal and Mehfooza were notably professional and delightful). The food was delicious at all the restaurants in resort. Mystique was particularly delicious for dinner whilst the Beach Grill was ace for lunch - the Fisherman’s dinner night there was also fabulous and well worth the money. All the activities and trips we did on the island were fine, but we were always glad to get back to the resort itself, it has so much to offer. I would highly recommend going all inclusive and booking a massage (they are incredible!). Take a load off and relax.

Mauritius is very beautiful Island. The hotel is nice, also the pools are cool. We see that the hotel is a bit older, but all is OK. The Service is very fast, if you have a problem in the room. What I miss here is a plate warmer. It is there but it's off. I don't like cold food. All the people are very friendly. We are happy with our holidays. Greatings J. Rau

Amazing resort where you'll sleep well and eat well! A weekly activities board which contains optional things like yoga classes, juice making workshops, live performances, bingo, and jogging etc. The staff are lovely and make you feel valued. The only slightly negative thing is that the location doesn't have any nearby shops in walking distance, so hiring a taxi or your own car for exploring is essential. If you intend on staying at the resort for all or most of your holiday then this isn't a problem for you! Also to warn you about the restaurants at the resort, the sushi restaurant and beach grill restaurant are not included in packages. You do however get 1000 MRU off the bill per person. Everything gets charged to your room so no need for cash at the resort.

Outstanding experience staying at the Westin for a week in March. Very comfortable hotel and top notch service — the staff go above and beyond to make sure you focus on relaxing and enjoying your holiday. Having stayed at quite a lot of Marriot group hotels, this one really stands out as one of the best looked after and well managed. Special shout out to Ravi from the front desk who went out of his way to enable a very late check out for us. Highly recommend this place!

We have enjoyed and have savored every single moment of our stay at this wonderful and stylish hotel with excellent facilities, beautiful gardens and wide variety of restaurant choice. Not to forget the outstanding attention of their warm and welcoming employees. There is a great and positive vibe in this place. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

We spent a week at this lovely resort. The location is on the beach, overlooking beautiful blue waters, and is away from the main roads, so quiet all around. The service provided by staff is very polite and friendly, and people genuinely try to help. We even requested housekeeping at 11pm once and they arrived swiftly and happily. However, the hotel started to feel dated. We had to call maintenance for a dodgy sink and toilet seat. Some areas of the resort need a clean, and others just need some TLC. However, the bar, the restaurants, and the food was excellent, and we were happy to spend our time there otherwise.

It was an amazing experience I had here in August,2018. The resort is simply amazing. Staff is extremely courteous and responsive. Only issue I had was food. Location is excellent. Beach at the resort is splendid and grand. Rooms are very comfortable and extremely spacious. Enjoyed a lot. Will visit again whenever I'll travel to Mauritius ❤️

Situated in the north west of the island. Staff across all sectors were fantastic. Made our stay extra special as we were celebrating two special events.Only concern were that there were too many flies whether at t gy e main restaurant or by the beach. Otherwise we had an enjoyable time.

Me and my wife had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort for 6 days and are so happy with our experience! Firstly I would just like to say thank you to Ravi, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and provided great hospitality. Secondly I wanted to mention Seam and the team at Mystique restaurant, where we found ourselves dining at most nights. They always took great care of us and offered a friendly and professional service and of course the food tasted amazing! A huge thank you to both Seam and Ravi who have made our stay here unforgettable. We will definitely be back again soon and look forward to our next stay.
