Waste of time and total nuisance to the Toyota name. One guy says car available in stock other guy says car not available for the next three months. Useless set of people saying “oh this is a small island that’s how we are” Amazing excuse!

Nice and enough spacious showroom displaying the various Toyota models offered.. Staff helpful too.

Poor customer care. Sales persons unavailable and do not call back. Cars not readily available for purchase unless you are ready to wait for 8 months for the car to arrive!

Riche terre branch; cannot give 3 stars upwards. They have different prices of facebook and on spot. Cars have only basic safety features.

Servicing is very efficient.. They do it in not more than 2 hours. Only one thing is, service cost is a bit expensive. Can’t do anything with that, since it’s the company owned..!

Customer lounge provides WiFi and coffee. Nice air conditioning, great view over the maintenance area. However, I was taken aback when I learnt that everyone got an appointment for eight o'clock on that day. My car was serviced as from 9:30, in spite of my reaching there at 7:20!!!
