I cannot fault the service from Nads. We were recommended by a fellow holidaymaker, who just said stop wasting time and get a car from these guys. Glad I did, made my holiday absolutely brilliant. Something like £30 a day for a perfectly clean, well kept Hyundai, we did a full tank of driving, which was £45, covered the length and breadth of Mauritius, nearly 500 kilometres. Hotel drop off/pick up, WhatsApp communication really quick. If you are gonna hire, get it from these guys.

Perfectly satisfied. I rented a Hyundai i10 for a month. Nad's cost was much lower than the bigger, well known rental agencies. The agent (Sohail) was pleasant and helpful. The car was clean and just what I needed - small (some Mauritian roads are narrow), easy to drive and reliable. At the end of my rental Sohail kindly collected it from me - no charge! Nad's will be my first choice if I ever need another rental in Mauritius :-)

The car was well maintained and we had a smooth experience with the rental. The rates are reasonable, they don’t charge a premium for being a tourist like a lot of services do in Mauritius. They got reasonable price, they transfered the car to our hotel. Everything went smoothly with them. The car was clean, in good condition and they were able to provide child seat as well. If you’re looking for a car rental whilst in Mauritius, Nads Car Rental was simply amazing! These guys are extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much, all our queries were answered, they made our experience on this wonderful island all the better. Collection at the airport was swift, even with our late notice on our arrival time, they were with us shortly after our flight landed. A day later we noticed a leak coming from the front of the vehicle, I thought it was just the condensation from the air con, but they rushed out to check and confirm this, even though they’re based in Triolet and we were in Mahébourg. When we arrived in the north they were kind enough to meet us at our hotel and provide us with a phone holder for our vehicle, going out their way again to ensure we were comfortable! Also checking the air con condensation again. We then proceeded west, where on a rainy day we came out to a flat tyre. We tried to remove the wheel ourselves, however the chuck was rounded out and we were unable to turn the nuts. They responded immediately, sending someone to us to help remove the wheel with a new chuck, again it was all so smooth and we were so appreciative of their cooperation and professionalism. To top it off we were due to fly home at 8am, arranged the exchange of the rental car from the airport departures at 5:30am. At 2:30am our airline emailed to say our flight was delayed until 12:30pm. Taking our changes we messaged Nads, explaining the situation and asked if we could exchange around 9:30am instead, and to our surprise, regardless of it being 2:30am, they replied and confirmed this would be absolutely fine. We exchanged at the airport at 9:30am with no issues. This company doesn’t stand out as one of the most reviewed or popular when searching on comparison sites, but let me reassure you, they’re brilliant and I can’t praise them enough for everything they done for us whilst in Mauritius.

The company is a little hard to find but when you find it you’re in good hands. We rented a car (Kia) and it was kinda new. The car was in very good condition and was easy to drive. The price is kinda normal for what you pay in that area. We’ve paid 3600MRU for 3 days. The car was delivered very fast and there is a protocol which is given to you what makes it transparent for both sides. Communication is also very good over what’s app. And they also do transfers which I can highly recommend because there is so much information that you get from the driver when you’re going to be brought for your destination. I can truly recommend the company and their staff.
