Advice to members of the public.....heavy road constructions are currently taking place near Quatre Bornes Bus Station as of 16th Jan 2021. Expect huge traffic on Victoria Avenue especially during peak times.

Brand new service. Less than 30 minutes Quatre Bornes to Port Louis for Rs 40.

The bus station is located in the center of the town which make easy access to the market and shopping complexes. Despite of the size of the bus station, you will get bus to the bus for major destinations. Such as Port Louis, Curepipe, Vacoas, Flic en Flac. The town market is exactly in front of the bus station where you can find vegetables (wed and sat), cloths (sunday), Meat market, flowers, snack etc.

The ratings and reviews for this location have become misleading since they aggregate reviews given for the old, inefficient bus station and the brand new light rail station which was launched in June 2021. I think the station is OK but could have been better. Very crowded at many times of the day.
