We
visited
La
Golosona
twice.
Once
without
reservation
in
the
late
evening
and
they
did
everything
they
could
to
accommodate
us.
Our
first
visit
was
rather
lengthy
as
they
were
short
staffed,
but
the
food
was
great.
The
owner,
Andrea
explained
everything,
told
us
his
story
and
struggles
he
has
to
overcome
daily.
Our
interaction
made
us
want
to
come
again
and
try
their
pizzas.
As
we
came
very
late
the
first
time,
they
already
ran
out
of
pizza
dough.
For
our
second
visit
the
following
day
we
made
a
reservation
in
advance.
As
we
wanted
to
come
for
pizza
specifically,
Andrea
asked
me
how
many
pizza
doughs
he
should
reserve
for
us,
which
was
really
thoughtful.
Our
second
visit
was
great,
the
pizzas
were
delicious
and
service
was
really
quick
and
attentive.
What
a
delight!
I
had
the
classic
-
the
Margherita
which
always
shows
you
whether
they
know
what
they’re
doing.
In
La
Golosona
they
certainly
do
-
it
was
superb.
Few
things
to
be
aware
of:
-
Lasagna
portion
is
huge
(600g)
and
it
is
easily
enough
for
two.
-
Better
make
reservation
in
advance.
-
The
food
is
delicious!
