I phone for some details on smartphone promo they told that its not available. But i can make reservations and payment. But once there the sales agent told that no its not available and no reservations can be made.. Am very disappointed.

A bit disappointed with Management and the staff. Lack of consideration to Frontliners.. I do agree that they respect the alphabetical order but though.. there should have been enough consideration for frontlines who are working despite the difficult situation.. I am disappointed with the fact that the shop was empty with no customers but only a couple of employees, I was denied entry! Very inconsiderate.

Galaxy has appalling customer service. The terms of their warranty they do not honor - I bought a computer that never worked from them. They "repaired" it 4 times and seven months later I still don/'t have a computer that works. It would have been easier to throw money into the street than waste my time trying to get them to honor the terms of their warranty. I would never suggest buying anything from Galaxy.

Visited the place for a personal business ...this place sells TV sets ..refrigerators..cookers ..mobile phones ..laptops ...the price is quite reasonable and staff are very co operative and helpful
