I am very satisfied with the check in and the door opening process. Everything worked smoothly. The WiFi works, the seating area is great. The rooms are also good, when I visited it was too hot and AC, though running could not cool the room at all. Whole night could not sleep well and was sweating. This is the only issue that I faced.

Thinking about it after the fact I realize that this automatized hostel is quite good. The only two issues are the noise coming from this central street and the beeps when you enter your pin for the doors and your locker. Everything works, you'll do it as social as you want, probably is quite nice in summer. Bratislava is a surprise by the way.

It seems a shame to give a place a lower rating because of a negative personal experience which is likely not the average experience that others will have and normally, for that reason, I try to be lenient. However, given that the hostel is ENTIRELY contactless (good or bad, really a matter of opinion for the most part) I wasn't able to ask for assistance or resolve any of the issues that I DID end up having. My experience was lessened by the ignorance of the one and only other guest in my room who decided to fake me out by settling down early and turning out the lights, only to then spend literally the ENTIRE night making as much noise as possible, going through their belongings, getting in and out of bed non stop, opening and closing their locker over and over again as well as leaving and re-entering the room consistently. How is this the accommodations fault? Well besides the aforementioned lack of staff at the facility that could have assisted with a number of concerns I had, the staffless set up is only possible because literally everything has a keypad attached allowing people to admit themselves as necessary....the loudest, fickle and most annoying keypads I have ever interacted with. The location seemed prime but I'm not all too familiar with the city of brataslava and I only spent one night there. I wish I could improve my score and it's worth noting that this system might be MORE beneficial to others than it was for me. There was a cozy common room equipped with washer and dryer for your clothes (not free obviously and I didn't see the price, sorry) and a couple showers for males and a couple of showers for females per floor (presumably, at least on my floor there was) and an easily accessible balcony for smoking on. Separate female dorm as is likely a standard in all hostels again I don't mean to tarnish the score with a personally negative experience but I have the score there as a reflection of the fact that most if not all of my issues could have been solved with a little human interaction. If you come here be prepared to just put up and shut up if you're unlucky enough to have ignorant co inhabitants. At least the place seemed clean.

Bad experience! Booked with them in February and they cancelled my booking 2 weeks before my arrived. They even didn’t give me another accommodation or hotel.

One of the best hostels that I have stayed in. The check in and check out process in all automated so no need to wait at the reception for hours in waiting. You are given a code that works for entry gate, room and lockers as well. You can come and go any time without diaturbing anyone. The place gets clean everyday and they have a kitchen with enough utensils to cook a small meal. The location is perfect as well next to slovak pub, kgb pub and other restaurants walking from the bus or train station. Definitely staying here next when I visit Bratislava.

Hostel is fully automated with very less hastle. The upper bunk bed is a big falling hazard. It's very high and not well designed to get up. Noise coming from the bust street makes sleeping disturbed Location is great.

Really good self check in service & pin entry system. Clean & they even hacve ear buds in every room to block out people who snore. Toilets were clean, just the w/c room was a little small. Hence the 4*. Otherwise brilliant location aswell.

Really frustrating experience from the start. Improper communication at the beginning about what's required for check-in procedure. (Be warned that you need to download a different app to scan your ID and don't book last minute because then the 6 codes needed to enter, won't get sent. (Got in, but it was a much longer and unnecessary process City tax in other hostels in Bratislava is posted as 1.75€ City tax in this hostel was unposted on the site and it's 3.50€ Bathrooms are clean, but there's no soap in the actual toilet room- so if someone is showering there's no way to your wash hands. Not to mention that the sinks are still clogged. Rooms are facing the street, while not a big issue because the windows do block out alot of noise- even with the trams. Another guest wouldn't let the windows be closed and all the cigarette smoke from the street came up into the room. The large box of ear plugs can't help with that. Curtains only cover half the bed and are totally see-through so no actual privacy or light blocking. Lockers are like the ones from highschool and only 2 people (us) in a room of 6 could fit bags (bigger than purses) into them. So luggage was unfortunately everywhere and it felt like false advertising. Beds were clean and a nice size. The common areas were also tidy. Location is great. But I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend it.

Good hostel with a nice location, autonomous check-in is quite convenient, nice that it has a kitchen and a balcony. One thing is that sinks are always clogged, I think it could be improved. Otherwise 4/5, would recommend.

One of the worst Hostels I have stayed in. The rooms are okay, but because everything is online you can not get in earlier. Even if it's raining outside you have to wait untill you can get in because the doors will not open. In addition, please look at the answers of the owner in Maps. That is so unprofessional and rude. The price is also to high, I mean I have stayed in better Hostels in western-europe for half the price.

Was here before war in Ukraine for uni exams. Great location and clean rooms. Met the owners, they were very friendly. I still remember this wonderful trip to Bratislava.

The location is just perfect and you can reach it by taking a tram from Bratislava Hv. St. This hostel is neat and tidy equipped with a nice kitchen. No need to take public transport to go to the historic city center as it's within walking distance. 100%recommended. Goed gedaan!

I stayed here in November 2019. Ot is a great place to stay in Bratislava. Almost everything in accomodation process is electronical and easy. There is close to the old town. You can travel by walking arond old town. You do not need to use public transportation. I stronglu recommend staying here for the travellers.

This is really a great place to stay, the room is spacious, the beds have curtains, super very clean, good sleep with real mattresses and comfy quilts, great location, kitchenette and free washing machine, coffee shop downstairs Great! I got four nights of perfect rest, thanks to the kind hosts.👍👍👍

Awesome new hostel at a perfect location. The rooms look slick and the owner is very helpful. There were some problems with our reservation, but he came with a good solution. Would stay there again for sure!

All the furniture and decoration is brand new, therefore very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of windows, which help keep the room well lit and fresh. The toilets and bathrooms were very clean. A small drawback: suitcases don't fit in the lockers. I would definitely recommend the hostel, it's great value for money.

Very easy to locate, and very secure building. The entrance is located in an alleyway that's obvious with a big gate that requires a key code to unlock which is provided well in advance. The facilities are very decent and really clean! Would recommend any backpacker looking for cheap and good sleeps here and they have an instant booking feature if you suddenly find yourself here without a place. Just scan the QR code and fill in the details and someone will let you in. Located in the heart of the centre with plentiful options of food to choose from and local places to visit and spend your day. Personally I would love to come again :)

Very nice hostel, much better than a lot of them that I've stayed in. Cleaned everyday. Early check ins available. Cafe downstairs with discount for guests. And a big bonus for me was a jar of ear plugs on the window for light sleepers. Bed was very comfy and did not squeek or creak at all. Always had hot water. Radiators and room heating worked. Common room had water filters in there too and you didn't have to rent a towel which is rare for a hostel. Would definitely stay again.
