Super comfortable bed, good breakfast, variety of food to choose, good coffee, I had dinner included but I haven’t had it. The staff was friendly! Lobby was modern, I was expecting that room to be the same, but it wasn’t, looked so outdated! I could hear guest next to me flush the toilet! Room it was disgusting at least the one I have it (which it was pet room, I guess) stains of coffee on pillow, very dirty floor, stains of wine and so on… I suppose that room its just for guests which have pets, in my opinion the room doesn’t need to be that bad and dirty just because I come with my dog which anyway I have to pay extra for. I stayed in 3⭐️ hotel and the room (even pet room) was nicer and cleaner than this one! So I cannot even compare! Booking shows me that hotel has parking spot, but actually it has limited parking spots (16) which you have of course to pay extra and not always available, in my case! For 1200kr/night I was expecting much more than I get!

Stayed here twice now. Great hotel! Location is wonderful- central to the town, and located right next to the marina. Getting there from the airport is easy, as there's a bus stop right outside. Can't fault the hotel at all- comfy rooms, good food, friendly staff. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Went in November and rooms were very warm. Good breakfast and dinner which catered for vegetarians. Fika (cake and tea) between 3-5pm was nice. Tea / coffee was available 24/7. Restaurant service was great and staff are very friendly. Location is perfect off the harbour and a few minutes walk from all excursion pick-up points. Only feedback is dinner times are strict. We arrived to the hotel on the first night after 8pm and we're unable to get some dinner (although a cold plate was offered for 75NOK). Overall had a great time! Recommended.

The rooms could have been a bit more and it was a bit warm in it also. But the service and the position of it was great. They also have parking outside the hotel, but it costs to stand there also

Great hotel, not so great room; musty smell, tired furniture, few hangers. Breakfast, fika and evening meals is very good. It's hygge time 🤩. Slow, but excellent service in the reception.

Hotel was great! All meals included, hot tub on the roof with amazing views. Location was ideal, close to shops and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but that's not why you go to Tromsø.

We liked everything starting from entering the hotel until we left. The best thing was every meal is included and the tea/coffee/water bar was open 24/7. Also the staff was perfect and very kind. One of the best thing about the kitchen was that there were options that include vegan and gluten free meals and indications for them even tho we eat meat, we liked that they think about everyone

The fact that dinner is included is an insane perk. Service is great. Rooms are basic but good. Sauna good with a view. Outside jacuzzi for a small fee. It has it all except a gym. Its not a gym when the biggest weight is 6 kg.

Excellent hotel with fantastic food and restaurant staff are wonderful too. Location is near meeting points of most tours. The hotel n room WiFi is very strong. The only minor complaints are the weirdly anaemic looking gym which is more sparse than others, and the very thin pillows. But the gym has a gorgeous view...

Excellent location, very close/ opposite the Tromsø harbour, the restaurant is overlooking it. The breakfast buffet was always outstanding, afternoon tea and dinner complimentary. Rooms are made up only every 2nd day, and beds not made, only towels exchanged and bins cleared. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. We scored a bigger room as the room we were given was not cleaned after the previous guest. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in a very good location. With breakfast, tea and cake , and light evening meal included in the price!!! Staff was extremely nice and very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!!!

Amazing Hotel and Great value with Bed Breakfast and evening meal. Tromso is pretty expensive for food and drink so the free evening meal saves you some Kroner. The full buffet Breakfast options are very impressive, cake and coffee is a nice touch in the afternoon.

Location is convenient and surprisingly quiet. Parking is limited and hard to find. Customer service is good in person but slow to answer on the phone. They allow pets with an extra charge. Rooms are ok but windows are sealed and there is no thermostat to control temperature or air flow.

We stayed there for 4 nights on half board basis. Room was very spacious and had a wide variety of food during our stay (both morning and evening, as well as afternoon tea). Staff was very friendly. Plenty of attractions were walkable and public transport very easy to use.

Love this hotel. Staff is so efficient and accommodating. Great deal on the meals being included because Norway restaurants are so expensive. The meals are well prepared, colorful, fresh and tasty.

The free food is pretty average. Looks like a good chef doing what they can with limited ingredients. Still, it's a lot cheaper than eating out. Shame they cancelled our room cards (and some other tourists too) part-way through. Tried to fob us off with "the cards are sensitive". Naah. Free coffee/tea is welcome. Nice cake in the afternoon .

A very nice hotel. The hotel is very close to the main centre of Tromsø; and most museums are a short walk or bus ride away. The staff are always helpful and are happy to answer any questions that you have. They are even willing to show you the ironing room (when I was unable to find it). You can find the ironing room on level 3; opposite room 330. There are plenty of options for breakfast and dinner to suit those with various dietary needs. If that is unsuitable then the hotel is willing to accommodate this, and cook a meal for that need. The evening meal changes everyday. You also have the option to add an alcoholic drink or a dessert at an extra cost. The rooms are a good size, but there was a lack of draws available in the standard room, but I was able to manage with what was available. The jacuzzi is nice and warm, with good photo opportunities while enjoying it.

Nice hotel to stay in tromso. The location is very convenient seeing that it’s close to most of the departure points of the activities (sledding, northern lights). A huge plus is that breakfast and dinner are included in your stay and it was quite pleasant. However, I kind of wish they served something other than turkey for three days straight. Overall the food was great and the staff was incredibly helpful and willing to help. You can check out online which is always convenient. The rooms are spacious with wide windows and a nice bathroom. Rooms are cleaned every other day for environmental purposes and towels can be reused.

Right in city centre on the waterfront! Sure, the room doesn’t have a view and is a little small, but the bathroom does have heated floors and the bed is soft and warm. Best of all, 24/7 free coffee in the lobby! We also really enjoyed the 3-5pm tea and cake. Meals always had something for vegetarians and gluten free items were clearly marked. All staff were approachable, friendly, and happy to help. Zero complaints! Would visit again!

It was a super pleasant stay in the hotel. The lunch, brunch, and dinner were awesome. Just go for it without any second thought. The location is perfect and just 2 mins away by walk from market and other attractions. Most of the tours start from nearby to the hotel only. All staff is so friendly and always there to help you out as and when needed. They are really quick to fulfill and customer request and always go beyond to make your stay wonderful. Keep it up and all the best!

The location of the hotel was great, the food was fine, and one member of staff in the restaurant was particularly helpful. However our stay was somewhat marred by the lack of opening window in the bedroom and absence of any air conditioning to compensate. When we asked at reception about it we were told the window can’t be opened because it’s a fire exit - which is an interesting explanation. Our view from the room was of a skip and scaffolding. To make matters worse, our room was only ‘cleaned’ once during our four-day stay, despite asking at least twice for our room to be cleaned. It’s not acceptable to pay so much for a hotel, yet have to collect clean mugs and towels yourself. Reception staff whilst pleasant, were ineffective in getting anything sorted, to the extent that in the end we gave up asking. We wouldn’t recommend the hotel, despite the lovely jacuzzi on the roof (which you have to pay extra for).

Nice hotel at the harbor of Tromsø. It is in the mittlerweile of town, so you can walk around to the main attractions. Dinner is simple, breakfast - enough to catch for the 'frokost'.

A place to stay with great views from rooftop jacuzzi. Meals included and thus worth every penny. Sauna a great plus even with the destroyed and ridiculous bucket and scoop.

Great all-inclusive hotel 👍 Spacious room, great breakfast and simple yet delicious dinner. You can also enjoy fika and unlimited coffee! My only complaint is the bathroom. Water flowed everywhere during shower and we had to cleanup ourselves afterwards. A mop was provided in the bathroom for that purpose. Otherwise functional enough bathroom.

Room quite small, very helpful staff and good food

Friendly and flexible staff, easy payments, great view and comfortable rooms. WiFi is easy to connect to, with good connection and food being inclusive is a great perk! Well isolated, I was not disturbed by neighbours. Being able to finish your meal without stress even after they're done serving the food makes for a comfortable experience. The sauna, exercise room and jacuzzi is a fantastic addition! Adding extra beds for children is also possible if needed. The hotel is just what we needed; neat and clean facilities, kind staff, low price (got an offer at the time of booking). The food is generous and delicious (snacks for tea amd dinner included). Excellent location. I totally recommend this hotel.

For over $200/night, I would expect the hotel to invest in some improvements to the rooms. Water in the sink and bath was brown, there were no electric outlets near the beds, and it just felt like a very outdated chain motel. That said, the staff was very nice and the jacuzzi on the roof was good.

Excellent service and great location. Special thanks to Isak and the chef for taking the time to ask about and accommodate our dietary requirements. The food was always fresh and delicious Bedrooms were very cosy and comfortable We especially loved the heated floor in the bathroom and Rituals amenities in the room. Would highly recommend and will book again

The hotel is average, not really a 4-star. The meals are okay- repeatative breakfast, more like a basic lodge. Some of the staff are uninspired/rude to be in the service industry. They also managed to have only 3 rooms with any view, everything else faces back alleys. The jacuzzi is the reason to stay here with a great view.

We had a great stay over New Years Day, our highlights were the pool, sauna and fitness room with a beautiful view. I was very happy about the sign that said you can ask for vegan dinner options. They were very delicious every night, also for breakfast there was almond milk and both buffets had great variety. We‘d love to come again!

Very simple and old hotel my room was full of totally very used chairs the floor covered by a stinky old carpet+ the room cleaning is done after 2 full days. Zero view the windows were in a noisy court!!!

Location 5/5 and able to have beverages in the Sauna. But parking area was rather small and also parking was extra, around 200NOK / 20 euros (?) per 24 hours.

Very nice hotel in great location, just at the marina and surrounded with hills. Beautiful landscape. Clean, large rooms with good housekeeping. Not much variation of food, but fresh and tasty. Fantastic relax zone, with sauna, small gym and open jacuzzi.

Best spot to stay in Tromso. The room cost also includes breakfast and dinner which is a huge saving. The hot tub on the roof was a highlight and the bed is the comfiest I have had the past 3 weeks in Europe!

Dinner was a buffet and all food was cold which should have been hot. Was down to the dinning room for it opening of breakfast and although the choice was not to bad the food was once again cold.

Not sure where to begin. The room was not cleaned properly, we discovered a thick layer of dust under the bed, I can only assume that that amount of dust takes weeks or months to build up. The sofa table was missing parts and now looked like some kind of design experiment gone wrong. Dinner and breakfast is included but I can not recommend any one to accrually eat there. Food where bland and unevenly cooked. The bolognesee they served one evening was just lumps of ground meat devoid of ant kind of flavor or moisture. In general a very unpleasant experiance. Ohh and the keycards are sooo sensitive that you should carry it in a lead lined pouch so it dosent get demagnetised. The staff where very polite and service minded thou but I guess lacked a competent manager.

The hotel is a good value for money. Not luxurious but not basic. Excellent breakfast with wide range of food. Included buffet style dinner with basic option but tasty food. Handy hot tub at the top level that needs to be booked in advance. Overall service of very good quality.
