Look, dont have any expectations and youll be fine. Message to owners: i been stuck there with my wife in UNN operation for 4 days, on breakfast i noticed that salmon and other smoked fish (on the same dish btw) wasnt changed once for 4 days! In corona time or not - that puts a big stain on your hotellier knowledge. Good luck.

Had a pleasent experience. Been there few days before new year. Hotel is convenient as it's connected with a hospital and a lady from reception was very helpful.

An okey hotel with the feeling of being an hospital client. No free parking (quite expensive). Friendly receptionists, no coffee / tea or an hairdryer on the room. The bedroom has a small bed and thin pillows. The minibar is empty and the esthetics are that of an ordinary hospital room (solid and clean, but nothing of an hotel feeling). The breakfast is good, and there is a small cold dinner buffet for around 130 NOK (13 euro) a person.

Nice and beautiful place with great view of the city.

Don't stay at the hotel or eat at the restaurant. The hotel cost more per night than anything in the city. The standard is also well under anything in the city. The food is poorly prepared, Protein is undercooked and potatoes and vegetable are overcooked. I would not eat here again even if they dumped the price to 1/3.

The room was nice and new. Good bed. It was a bit far from the city centre but the bus are just outside the hotel. Good price. The person on reception and not very friendly. The breakfast buffet is correct.

From 22.-30. nov 2019.Thank you for the great modern room on 16th floor. Super view on water and town. Very big showerroom with floorheating, also perfect for handicapped people. Singlebeds comfortable. 2 long windows until floor (one oft hem to open) and also long windows on corridor right before the roomdoor. Almost 360view. 2 comfortable seats. Reasonable hotelprice including breakfast. Enough plug sockets! Bus with many different connections and taxi right before hotel. Hotel only 4 km from downtown. We missed a water cooker in our hotelroom and there was no cupboard.

Little bit far from city. But Bus-Station in the near. It is a Hospital and Hotel. Rooms are Clean. But Housekeeping dont make a Good job somedays. But you have a amazing view

Nice experience to stay.. Delicious lunch buffet with a lot of sweet variety

the hotel is in the hospital. It is app. 30 min (on foot) outside of the center. Buses are in front of the entrance. They have a reception(24h) and a good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room is nice with a lots of space. I've got the mountain few in the 12th floor. I saw the aurora outside of the window dancing. There is a first aid Button next to the bed and a large tv.

There is a fridge in the room but no kettle, breakfast is included and dinner costs 245 NOK. The big downside is paid parking.

Talked with staffs in three different shifts, all very helpful and friendly Breakfast is absolutely great! Loaded with fresh produced and options Bus hub is in front of the hotel, very convenient transportation at all time to everywhere Rooms are clean, quiet, with superb view to the flojd Price to quality ratio is unbeatable in city of tromso

Good hotel. Parking not really far. Friendly staff. Good quality breakfast products and good assortment. Nice view from top floors. Rooms well furnished. Comfortable bed, fridge, cozy lightening. Really specious bathroom with the heated floor. Good choice for the value.

Hour walk from the town centre. Nice rooms, decent food and fantastic staff. Will be coming here again when I return next year
