Cute coffee shop with good breakfast options. Coffee was good, so was the omlette and the other dish we ordered (sorry i don't remember the name, it had egg, sausage, potato). 2 cappuccino, 2 breakfast dishes costed us around 42€. Service was also good. Cafe does not have a view like the others available around the area

Delicious, after ignoring the hotels recommendations for another cafe we came here. The staff, a small blonde girl is the happiest Norwegian I've ever met. Her recommendations of food were spot on. The coffee was delicious and the food was to die for. If you visit Tromsø and don't come here, you are missing out!

We had a wonderful way to start our day. Coffee tasted great, looked lovely with latte art. There’re enough of choices, like egg dishes, home made bread, croissants(very tasty!). The decorations was very scandinavian like, clean, elegant, at the same time cosy. I like the lightings as well. They have quite a numer of tables for a small cafe. Don’t miss it!

Cool atmosphere, a little skimpy on coffee. The portions were small. I read somewhere online that they have gluten free options. I didn’t see any. I could’ve missed something but I didn’t see anything.

Can’t recommend enough for a morning cup of coffee. Barista helped me select a coffee that I’d like. Warm, cozy place in snowy Tromso. 10/10 atmosphere.

Serving coffee/espresso the right way. If you are looking for a proper cup of cortado or latte, look no further. The staff here are trained barista, uses the right type of milk & temperature, not the usual acidic roasted beans that most Norwegian liked. And one of the few best cinnamon bun I had in Norway. The dough is a blend between brioche & donut style, soft inside, slightly crisp outside & not too sweet, perfect with latte or hot tea.

Great coffee and pastry, too bad the staff is too busy to actually pay attention to their customers when they wait at the order counter. Would be nice if they would add more sugar and more cinnamon to their "kanelboller", they felt quite "empty" Once you actually get someone to help you, the service is nice and the coffee is very good. The prices are reasonable and the seating is well placed so that you keep the obligatory social distancing. Overall this is a good place to have a coffee while passing through Tromsø.

Busy, but understandable so. Great coffee with a limited menu. But that said, the food being served looked really good. I can vouch for the toasted ham and cheese, excellent. They are, I'm told, renowned for they're cinnamon and YES they are excellent.

Simply the best coffee in Tromsø. Not bitter, not sour, like a lot of Norwegian coffee, but very delicious and flavourfull. The art on coffee is pretty amazing too! Their cinnamon buns and pastries are definitely a must - delicious, fluffy and just melting in your mouth.

The food is great. The place is quite small but cozy. Staff are friendly.

perfect place for breakfast, everything here is so good especially their croissant. we came here consecutively three days for their soft and fragrant sourdough focaccia.

Phenomenal cortado and delightful service. Special mention to the home made gluten free bread which was delicious. Very friendly staff, I highly recommend stopping by for lunch or a coffee!

Our experience at Riso was amazing! We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in the door and the kind person helping us gave great recommendations. We had two lattes (the best we have had in Norway thus far), a cinnamon roll, and the omelette with honey and walnut. All of it was delicious! We told him we were on our honeymoon and he surprised us with coffee art! Thank you Riso!

Nice, cozy place in Tromsø. The coffee is very good and the staff is nice. The place is nice, especially when you sit in front of the bar and you get to see the employees preparing the coffee. We bought cinnamon rolls (kanelboller) as soon as they were out of the oven and they were very nice and soft. I just wish they had that white sugary cream on top, for an extra taste.

Absolutely fantastic drip coffee from El Salvador and Honduras. Wonderful, lovely and welcoming place. Also, great cinnamon rolls, we were lucky enough to get there just in time to have them straight from the baking. 10/10

Very good coffee and very delicious cinnamon rolls (tender, melting in mouth, sweet in good balance). They bake the rolls themselves which makes it even more special. Despite of the crowds, personnel are kind and do their best to accomodate everyone. A strong recommendation.

Cozy coffee shop located in Central Tromso. The oat cappuccino is really good! They have a menu of savoury options for breakfast, but also few sweet ones. Nice vibe and very friendly staff.

We had a great lunch here. These guys know how to make coffee and cook food. We had the reindeersausages and the pytt i panne. Highly recommended if you love good coffee, good food and good humour

Must have their cinnamon bun! We got two. Crazy soft and pillowy texture, not overly sweet. Recommended by locals upon arrival, we are happy we made it here during our short stay in Tromso.

Fantastic coffee and great food, best cafe I went to whilst in Tromsø. You’ll find it can be busy but the service is great so you won’t have to wait long!
