Never go here! My fiance and I had put a deposit on my wedding ring here then a couple months later paid it in full and we were told they would be contacting us when it was finished in about two weeks...well after a month and a half went by we decided to stop by as we were shopping to see what what going on... they informed us that we had not paid it off and our last payment was only $0.09. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND MAKES A 9 CENT PAYMENT?!? We did not have the receipt on us but showed them our bank statement showing the price paid in full. They said they would look into it and call us the next day. They NEVER called so two days later, I called and they told me that the person that was going to handle it went on vacation but the store manager would look into it and call me.... Two weeks later NOTHING. Anyways after I had called MANY times (because they never once called me... not even to tell me that they were working on it), they finally said it was ready to be picked up. This was almost a full month after they told us we had only paid 9 cents. When we went to pick up the ring, I asked what had happened and we were told they did not know.... this was the WORST customer service I've ever had... Thank god the ring was the right one and the right size because I will never go to this jeweler again! Only reason I'm giving two stars is because it eventually got resolved otherwise a big fat one star.

Red did an amazing job changing the battery in my watch! He also went above and beyond and adjusted my watch band for no extra charge. I felt like he treated my watch as if it was his own and now I will only go to Fred Meyer for watch repair for the rest of my life. This was an amazing experience. Thank you!

I was unable too get my battery is replaced because th clerk was tunable to get the back off. He said I needed to go to the Gresham store where the watch repairman could do it. But he isn't ther3 today, only Tue to Sat. 8

Just received my Bulova and it's fantastic, the lady dealt with me being extremely picky, wish I knew her name she was great, reminded me of the East Coast girls im used to. I'll be back!

Despite upheaval store rearrangment, it appears that the new interior will be great. Staff is always pleasant and helpful; especially Gary, who went out of his way to return the money I forgot in the self check out cash return. Produce needs to check fruit better for rotten pieces. Fred Meyer would also do better to do more local fruit.

I love the remodeling they did. Yet with three children, i avoud this store now. No shopping kids for more than one kid, the took awaythe one Reason worth paying more for my groceries and household items=childcare available. Havent and can not shop there now.

For truckers delivering Starbucks, you want the docks on the northwest corner, the outside of two facing North. Hope that saves everyone some time.
