What a lovely, professional, and relaxing space Alta has created! I felt welcome immediately, and was absolutely at ease. Alta was very open and clear about what to expect during the massage session and had the space set up for my accommodation (I’m currently expecting). We went over my pertinent medical and therapeutic history and discussed a new injury which I had sustained since I had booked the session. The massage itself was lovely; it was very relaxing and rejuventating and I felt excellent when the session ended. Billing was so simple and I was provided an invoice immediately. I will return for further treatment and would recommend Alta to anyone in need of a massage. Thank you!

Alta has been providing my massage therapy with cupping for multiple years. I have seen her for now, for two auto accidents and preventative care. I have followed her from one location to her own business and I could not recommend her highly enough! On top of being highly talented with an extensive background, she is easy to speak to and listens to your needs. Her positive vibes and welcoming environment makes you feel comfortable and able to relax! Her online scheduling process is user friendly and also provides reminder messages 2 hours prior (for those of us with busy schedules who forget *coughs* "me"). Not only do I see her, but so does my husband. Alta goes above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met. Including but not limited to providing resources and materials to maintain healthy habits in between visits. She also has an amazing reputation with qualified specialists of whom she will refer out to! The only reason I wouldn't recommend her is to keep her all to myself! Just kidding, I'll share <3. 100% 10/5 stars!

During my first visit with Alta, she listened to my concerns and targeted the pain that I was experiencing. She also used cupping which was a great addition to the massage. She is caring, friendly, and very skilled, I would highly recommend visiting Alta.
