    Edit: The fact that all you do is give a generic reply to each review shows that you do not indeed care about the results of the orders coming from this restaurant. Skimming ingredients and still charging full price to consumers via Doordash, online delivery through website, and in-store orders is fraud and a scam. You open yourselves up for lawsuits. I will begin to look in to legal matters if you don't shape up your business model. Be transparent. Cancel orders if you don't have enough ingredients, properly notify customers if a product cannot be fulfilled properly, hire workers (yes I know there are shortages) that actually care about working, and address issues appropriately. If you don't care then neither do we. Shame on you. Also if you are replying claiming to be the business owner in google but attempting to transfer us to a website saying "we would like to notify the business owner of this issue", then what good are you doing anyways? Get with the times. Wake up. Tried to order a sandwich through door dash. Received a phone call from this location by someone who appeared to be mocking me. They adamantly stated that they cancelled my order but never did. The order is stuck on preparing order. Called back and spoke with another person there. They reassured me that they did indeed cancel. They did not. Cannot contact help because it only gives the number for the store. What a joke. What a shame. What a ripoff. I demand reparations as i paid quite a bit for extras on the sandwich.

    This location is open but they've purposefully made it look as if it's closed. The neon signs are off including the open sign. The drive thru is closed with a sign that says they are “closed today due to staffing shortages”. Today is every day apparently. The place looks vacant until you go inside and there are five staffers sitting on the counters staring at their phones. Unbelievable. What gives at this location? It’s wack. They are rude and condescending when you phone in. They sit around doing nothing until someone enters and then they scramble to look busy. They clearly don’t want to work, haven't a modicum of customer service, and have s h i t management that is nowhere to be found. Get a grip.

    2nd day in a row, completely disappointed. They were out of bread yesterday. How was the sandwich shop out of bread? And today the dude made me wait at the driveway intercom for 10 minutes before taking my order. He said he had to “catch up” I was the only customer in line when they opened. What were you catching up on dude?

    Went through the drive thru and the speaker was broken so had to go to window to order and after ordering it took 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and then when we got home they were incorrect. Order number 14's and there was no turkey on them, they were just roast beef sandwiches, yuk. I understand being under staffed but putting out a wrong product is a no go for me, I do not care if they are new, someone needs to be quality checking their work then.

    Extreamly slow and poor customer service at this location, went for my lunch brake and went in to order. When I got inside there was one girl standing behind the counter on her phone (with 2 cars waiting in the drive through) and when I asked if I could order she said she had to go get someone. She came back with another employee who took my order right away and then went and started working drive through, she continued to just stand there looking like a lost puppy. I waited for him to come back and he made the sandwich.

    We had a big order for a groups of people attending a conference. We called the day before to make the order. When the food did not arrive, we called and they said they were in the way. We waited 1/2 hour, and called again. They said it’s in the way. We called again, they said we gave no order. I said they were lying. Then the person said they had it and forgot and they had the order set for Monday. NO APOLOGY. The manager could not even be bothered to come on the phone. Did not care- and this is a huge local organization and people in the community. There will be a large conference this October and we will be sure not to use you and tell the 500+ members attending the 2 days not to go there as well.

    Previously had a normal JJs experience at this location, everything was quick and fresh, but went in today and were told it would be 20 minutes before they would even take our order and held up a ton of tickets they had to get through first. I assume they were online orders because there was only one other customer in the store. Ridiculous! It would take 5 minutes to take our order and make two sandwiches. You should always help the customer that’s standing right in front of you! We left and went to a different location and will never be back.

    It’s ALWAYS something with this location in Gresham. It’s terrible. One time they were out of lettuce, another time the power was off, then a different time they charged more than what was posted on the menu and the kid working shrugged and said “We just raised our prices, we just haven’t updated the menu.” Today their credit card machine was down and when we paid cash they took forever to make the food. The staff were messing around, were being unprofessional and rude. It would be one thing if one or two of these things happened. But, every time I visit this location there is something wrong. It’s clearly very poorly managed. If I were Jimmy John’s I would shut this location down because it is ruining their reputation. To the owners of this location, just get it together!

    Placed an online order for pick up. Got to the store and says they’re closed early due to short staffing. Why is online ordering even an option? My credit card was charged. If you try to place online order again, of course it conveniently says the location is unavailable for online ordering.

    First time trying this location. Soooooo slow in the drive-thru. 2 cars ahead of me, and I think I waited for nearly 10 minutes before hitting the window. And, then had to wait some more. Food was ok and wasn't horrible or anything. It was just the unfriendly, slow service.

    Super disappointed in my experience tonight! To be honest I am not one to do a bad review or take the time to do a review at all, but it was necessary. I come to this location regularly and they are great and always super fast. Tonight, not so much! There was no one inside nor in line ahead of me, yet I sat for 10+ minutes waiting on my 1 sandwich....all while I watched the 2 girls working just played around, talking, laughing, looking at a cell phone and have a good time together. No consideration for the customer in the car. I had 4 sick kiddos sitting in the car, fussing and anxious to get home. I am down for having a good time at work, as long as it doesn't compromised your customer service. It was super unprofessional and very frustrating!!!!

    Excellent customer service. I ordered an Italian Night Club on line. I picked up sandwich which was waiting as I walked in. Walked out to my car and unwrapped it. At first bite I knew this was wrong sandwich. Opened it up and it was a Turkey Sandwich, with lettuce, no tomato, no Mayo, nothing. I checked receipt on the bag and sure enough it was mine, my name, my order for Italian Night Club. I took the sandwich back in with receipt. They were super-apologetic, quickly made me the correct sandwich and I was back out the door in less than 5 minutes. Again, as I left I was apologized to. Ate the sandwich and it was great, well made, lots of meats and all the condiments. Thanks for a great experience.

    Place is always out of something, mixes up my order, or closed early. Can't put too much on the employees since its been in this state the last few years, obviously upper-managment/owners are sub-par in leadership & creating an environment people want to work in. Please don't bother with a canned response.

    They got the order almost totally wrong, even though I was very specific, and everyone was standing there listening. They also did not seem very friendly in the least - disdainful looks, no smiles. I won't go back to this location.

    Ok I love Jimmy john’s but this store is no longer “ freaky fast” my orders have been wrong consistently, online orders took hour, sat in the drive thru for 15 min with no one in line, get to the window every one is just goofing off.

    This is the first Jimmy John’s I have ever seen with its own drive thru. Seems as if this used to be a gas station. Really kind of a cool layout for this Jimmy John’s! The employees were friendly as they always seem to be at other Jimmy John’s locations. They once again delivered freaky fast as they promise. By the time we had finished paying they had half our order ready to go. Very cool atmosphere with it seeming to be an old gas station. Not overly loud as some of their other locations seem to be.

    It was her third day and she was very smiley and polite. I have no complaints even though I didn't end up with the sandwich I intended to. 🤣 I mean really? They make good food and there are bigger issues in the world than whether or not there was oil and vinegar or bacon on my sandwich. Thanks for a positive experience.

    Didn’t deliver half our order after we waited for hours, offered free meal to make up for it, went to order said free meal another day- shocker, there’s no record of this happening and they will not honor it.

    The caprese salami pesto is the perfect sandwich. I did add Dijon mustard and took off the onions, and seriously this is a great sandwich. Highly recommend!

    This Jimmy John's is one of my regular lunch stops when I am on the road. This location has a drive through which is super convenient. Great Sandwich!!!
