Dr. Greywoode is genuinely great, as others have mentioned. He is easy to talk to and always helpful. It's worth noting that the base cost of ANY appointment is $252 before they do anything. So $400 for a quick nasal endoscopy put me at a bill over $600 for a 15 minute appointment! Seems excessive, but it was worth it to see Dr. Greywoode this time around. (Yes, I have insurance and they only paid for a small piece of it.)

I’m a black young 32 year old woman who left offended by Dr. Greywoode. I assumed that selecting a minority doctor will put me at ease and exclude me from the millions of women who are IGNORED by doctors. I went for a simple ear wax removal and was told by several people who’s been to this company before for ear wax removal to ask the doctor for a “deep clean”. He laughed and assumed that I thought it was a monthly thing, and I never asked if it was a routine thing. His tone was so condescending and belittling it is 24 hours later and I am still offended. I am so taken back by Dr Greywoode and I expected more from a black doctor. And, by reading the reviews below I see white woman get treated amazing

Beware of this place. This place did not update my contact information (previous client) and never contacted me about my billing. They will send you to collections in a heartbeat. Also, a simple 10 minute consult they did on me (no xrays) will cost you about $300. Ridiculous as a healthcare provider.

I would never go hear again. Although the other staff was amazing, Dr Greywoode was very cold and condescending. I felt as if I was just a number to him. While he was performing an exam he never told me what he was doing. He never made me feel like my symptoms were valid, he just straight up told me that he did not know why I was having the symptoms I was having. It took about 10-15 minutes and I left with no answers and no reassurance that we would get a solution. I intentionally chose an African American doctor so that I could feel seen but I left feeling bothersome. To make matters worst, I did everything to ensure I was fully prepared for the bill but was surprised when I received a statement for over $500 that my HSA paid. I don’t even know what we did besides look in my ears.

I don't write reviews often, but after seeing some of Dr. Gigliotti's reviews I would be doing a disfavor if I didn't give a review. He was an AMAZING doctor throughout the entire process. The consultation appointment was quick but thorough. He asked me a series of questions which he lead to the conclusion that I needed my tonsils removed. The actual turn around time to get an appointment was quick. He sent in my pain medication before surgery so I didn’t have to rush to pick it up or have someone else do it after surgery. Additionally, after the surgery Dr. Gigliotti and his staff were very responsive when it came to any questions I had following the procedure. My tonsils healed great and 10/10 would recommend him as a physician.

Dr. Greywoode was phenomenal. He was extremely gentle with such a delicate area on my face (inside nose). I appreciated how kind and patient he was with my questions and conversation. He did an excellent job correcting my deviated septum (open septoplasty) and I am pleased with the final results. Overall, a meticulous surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner.

I needed to have cosmetic surgery to fix my nose along with repairing my deviated septum. It was an extensive surgery and I was Very nervous. After interviewing several surgeons I knew that Dr. Greywood was the perfect fit for me. He was so patient with my questions, walked me through the functional and cosmetic side of the procedure, texted with my after my surgery to make sure I was okay and his staff was always available. I had been considering this surgery for 15+ years. I’m so glad I found Dr. Greywood. This surgery is life changing. I sleep and breathe better and my nose looks like the one I was born with (before my fall). It’s hardly noticeable but just enough to make it perfect. I’d tell anyone considering a deviated septum and rhinoplasty to make sure you speak with Dr. Greywood. I would trust him over and over again with my facial plastics and I’m so grateful for his care!

From the front desk gentleman to Dr G’s nurse Pam, to Dr Gigliotti …..hands down one of the better run medical offices with an awesome Dr that is great with educational info to patient, patient with stupid questions from patient, and actually uses the online messaging tool for instant responses! He just implanted my new Inspire device and I never once had any concerns and only confidence in his knowledge and skill! Total recommend!!!

The doctor is great but booking appointments and sorting billing is worse than nails on a chalkboard. I have attempted to book an appointment for three weeks to no avail, as the scheduling person only comes once a week and is not available through email or phone. The admin will hang up on you or not answer as well, leaving you in limbo for hours. It’s almost as if they don’t want your money! I will be considering other options going forward if this does not change.

Dr. Greywoode is the absolute man. My experience with him and the staff has been nothing short of excellent. Over the course of ~2 years they have been considerate of all of my needs and questions throughout the entire process. I had injured my nose pretty badly and it has turned out perfect thanks to Dr. Greywoode. Feels good to finally be able to breathe again comfortably and also not be concerned how my nose looks. Seriously great experience. Thanks.

Dr. Gigliotti, Thank you for helping me with my ear situation. I wasted time and money at urgent care, and I could have just seen a specialist to begin with. The waiting time was very short and the procedure took less than 2 mins!!! His assistant also exhibited friendless and made me laugh. Thank you!!!

Always an excellent experience with Dr. Greywoode and the staff. He along with Dr. Gigliotti have successfully helped me breathe better, and he has resolved other facial issues as well. They are all professional, informative and courteous. I highly recommend them.

It was hard giving two stars to this location. I had the secretary send a fax of my records (two weeks ago) to my new office and requested my allergy shots to be sent of. They said they sent it off, but my new office never received them. Someone that suffers from severe allergies and no shots for two weeks shows the kind of office this place is. No communication or documentation of when my vials were sent. I would not recommend. I will now start over with my allergy shots since they were sent late.

I went to see Dr. Greywoode because I was experiencing a thumping noise in my right ear that was not letting up and had been going on for over 2 weeks. It was causing me major anxiety. I received a hearing test that came back normal and once my husband and I were in Dr. Greywoode’s office, we had a terribly impersonal experience. He examined me, which took no longer that 1-2 min. He never told me what he was doing. Looked in my ears for literally seconds. Told me that my ear exam was normal so the next step was to get an MRI. That shocked me so my husband stepped in and started asking some follow up questions. Dr. Greywoode was giving one word answers and basically made us feel like nothing could be done because my hearing is normal and the “exam” that he did was normal. It was wild to me to go from “everything looks good” to you need an MRI. He asked me no questions other than what does the noise sound like. My husband asked him if cleaning out my ears was an option, he said that wasn’t necessary because there’s no earwax in my ear (that he looked in for seconds) I found that hard to believe since prior to experiencing this noise, I had been an avid q-tip user (not anymore) I left feeling defeated and had zero answers. Once home, almost immediately I asked my husband to put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in my ear (per the suggestion of a close friend) he did it, my ear got a bit foamy and I wiped it out. Almost IMMEDIATELY the noise I had been experience for weeks was gone. I felt sooooooo much relief from this home remedy. The really disappointing part is that I saw peroxide sitting right in my face in Dr. Greywoodes office. He blatantly told me that cleaning my ear wasn’t necessary (but honestly, what could it hurt) and that ended up being exactly what was necessary. I would not recommend him. Also, once I received my after visit notes, there was information and verbiage in them that he never discussed while my husband and I were sitting right in his office. It was a very disappointing experience and after reading some of the other reviews from Black women, I’m not surprised at the subpar care I received from Dr. Greywoode. Again, I DO NOT recommend him.

Front desk was professional, efficient, and friendly. As was Dr. Gigliotti, and his nurse. I would recommend them and CEENTA to my family, friends, and professional associates.

The staff is amazing. Every interaction I have here and I’ve had three thus far is professional and full of courtesy. I know I am in good hands and will be forever grateful to a friend that recommended this place. Hoping to get started on my facial paralysis procedures with Dr Greywood and achieve great results.
