I
have
been
shopping
at
this
location
for
many
years.
I
also
teach
right
down
the
street.
I
went
in
today
to
grab
a
few
things
for
our
Valentine's
Day
party
and
for
my
personal
use.
While
I
was
checking
out
I
asked
the
cashier
if
I
could
have
or
buy
13
paper
bags,
for
my
class
Valentine's
Day
project,
and
said
multiple
times
that
I
would
pay
for
them.
I
was
told
that
she
had
to
ask
her
manager;
she
did
and
was
told
"No".
I
then
asked
to
speak
with
the
manager
and
was
told
that
I
could
not
and
that
I
needed
to
speak
with
someone
else.
I
told
the
young
man
that
I
was
speaking
with,
that
I
had
spoke
with
both
of
those
ladies
and
he
proceded
to
talk
over
me
and
assured
me
that
I
had
not
spoken
to
the
correct
people.
I
left,
as
I
did
this
during
my
25
min.
lunch,
and
was
over
time
and
had
to
get
my
class.
Publix’s
sales
for
the
three
months
ending
Sept.
24,
2022
were
$13
billion.
There
could
not
be
a
little
compassion
for
1
public
school
teacher
and
a
faithful
customer
since
this
location's
opening
in
2014.
Was
13
paper
bags
worth
losing
a
loyal
customer
and
worth
the
negativitity
that
will
come
to
shopper's
minds
as
they
read
this
post.
I
understand
not
losing
inventory
and
that
it
may
be
policy,
but
i
was
not
given
any
of
that
information.
Customer
service
and
community
standing
should
still
mean
something
even
in
this
world
where
rudeness
has
become
the
norm.
I
have
decided
to
no
longer
shop
at
this
location
and
I
am
thinking
of
not
shopping
with
Publix
at
all,
after
today.
