    Everyone was on point! I got the biggie bag with a lemonade (it's an extra charge but worth it). Tried the sugar cookie- it was pretty good and a shareable size. Even though it was busy, the service was great and they made sure my order was correct.

    When i pulled up i was told the drive thru is closed and if I want to order I could come in. Mind you it 10pm never heard of drive through being closed. I order a salad l had to wait while it was prepared. When I got to work I discovered it was old and nasty. I will never go again.

    With all the staffing issues that restaurants are experiencing, I try to be more patient when I eat out. That being said, I was NOT impressed with this location. There was a line of people waiting for food, one guy had been waiting for quite a while and I heard him ask to speak with a manager. I'm pretty sure the girl at the register was new, she didn't know the menu very well, and ended up ringing up the wrong sandwiches for us. When I walked over to the soda fountain, there was a HUGE puddle of soda all over the floor in front of the machine and all over the counter as well. As I navigated thru the sticky puddle, I overheard one employee ask another why they hadn't cleaned it up before they went on break. I didn't hear the excuse, but the puddle was still there when we had finished eating and left. When we got our food, 2 of the sandwiches were wrong, turns out the employee at the register put in the wrong sandwiches, she hadn't bothered to repeat back the order of course. Another employee very quickly came over and asked me what I needed and had them ready in about 3 minutes. The bathrooms were disgusting, I doubt they had been cleaned in a day or two at least. I understand it's hard to properly operate a restaurant when you're short staffed, but this one maybe needs something other than just more employees.

    It's a shame to work hard and have to deal with a bad attitude on your lunch break. The girl at the front counter was rude af, not only when taking our order, but also when she brought the food to us. I've never had somebody tell me to have a nice night, but roll their eyes & walk off. I was almost scared to eat the food. We all go through stuff, but leave ya personal problems at home, or don't work in customer service.

    Miss Karen and everybody in there was so friendly. The food is delicious. I order my fries with no salt because I have troubles with table salt and they did not mind fixing me some french fries without salt. I think they are awesome.

    The lovely lady working the counter never once greeted me and was extremely rude. Threw my bag of food at me, slide my drink over and walked away. I'm just passing thru from a school trip with my child and extremely disappointed I chose this place to stop. Hopefully those working there realize they work on SERVICE industry and being polite to your customers is important. Get it together people!

    9/30/23 My husband and I went into this Wendy's and the lady at the counter was taking her sweet time taking orders but ok. Waited 15 mins being second person inline, ordered a #1 and a #7 both combos, waited another 10 mins, cool, received our food and started home opened the #1 and the chicken was so burnt it wasn't recognizable. Turned around and drove the 8 miles back and the lady who prepared the sandwich obviously seemed like she didn't want to be there from the beginning, with a nasty attitude said it was the grease....so y'all don't change the grease, DISGUSTING! Mrs. Jackie told the cashier to give back $4 and change, don't know how much the combo was, didn't receive a receipt at the time of purchase and the menu boards are off. If you don't like you job find a new one. Customers pay for what they want not what you want to give them. The health department and some upper management really need to get down there before someone gets sick and sues them.

    Worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's!!!! Employees don't care about anything, employees messed up almost everyone's order in the store. Rude, did not talk to customers in a professional manner. I will never eat Wendy's again.

    I'm so tired of this place closing whenever they feel like it and the drive thru never being open. The food is usually decent, although you have to wait 15 minutes for a burger and fries. The menus is the only reason I come back at all! It's definitely not for the friendly customer service!

    ordered on the app. app says skip the line so i do and wait for the order. order is done, i can see it, she bags it up and puts it out of reach behind the counter. then she makes me wait while she takes 3 other customers orders, serves them fully, the plays dumb and asks if i had a mobile order. she saw me standing there it was obvious i had my cellphone screen facing her with blinking skip the line graphic... first and last time using wendys app. order was also incomplete.

    Highly disappointed. The staff was so wonderful and the drive thru was extremely helpful during the process even when they were short of products. Wonderful experience. Except I get my food and get down the road home and this. I just don’t understand. It was completely raw. Like not even cooked. I got super sick and threw everything away. Even my child’s chicken just in case. Please just cook it more cause that’s a health hazard and ruined my families meals and potentially gotten us sick from it. Besides that the employees I interacted with was wonderful!

    Wish I could give no star. completely a waste of time to go thru drive through. Did not get the order right. gave me somebody else order. went back through and they still did not understand what was going on. Ripped me off on money. Still got the order wrong again. Low IQ people work there.

    We thought we could stop here really quick and get food for the kids after the parade. So, so wrong. Waited 23 minutes. Went up to ask about our order. Woman said "does it look like there are burgers in that bag? Guess that's not your order then." Where is our order? "Does it look like I know? Does it look like I care?" After speaking to 3 other employees, we finally got a refund. Everyone in the line behind us left!

    Absolutely the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in this entire country. The food is always horrible without fail. The people are rude and just don't seem like they even know what in the world they're selling or that they even care. I stopped going to this Wendy's about a year ago because the food was so consistently horrible and the service so bad. I stopped in there on a whim thinking it might have gotten better but I was wrong. The girl at the counter didn't even know they served grilled chicken sandwiches or what was on it. I had to tell her what it was and what came on it. And then I didn't get it the way I ordered it. The paper thin chicken was burnt the single small slice of tomato look like it was a week old it didn't have any lettuce on it. The baked potato was Brown on the outside and on the inside. Look like it was made a week ago. I will never ever go back to this Wendy's again. They need to just shut it down and put something else there.

    Went through the drive thru on a trip back home. Very easy access. The ordering process was good. The employee at the window was very friendly. I received my order quickly and was back on my way. The food was hot, fresh and really good. I would stop here again

    I had my first KAREN experience! We were passing thru Temple on the way to Say Antonio and we decided to go thru the drive thru at Wendy's. We got our order and got back on the highway. By the time we actually started digging into the food we were miles down the road. The whole order was wrong and were upset and still hungry. I called the store very upset and frustrated and spoke to the manager Karen. I explained to her that we could not go back as we were just passing thru the town and were miles away already. She tried to get me a compd meal in San Antonio but that didn't go thru. So since I could not go back to the store for a refund she said she would mail me a gift card for the balance of the meal that we bought. She was very friendly and helped any way that she could. Today I received the gift card that Karen promised. She even put it in an awesome Christmas card l, and wrote a nice note and signed it. That is freaking awesome. Karen I want to thank you for your professionalism and the way you handled the situation. And the thought that you went to Walmart or whatever and picked out a Christmas card for us is amazing. So with all that said, Karen thank you so much once again. I will definitely go back to this location if I'm ever in town.

    Poor customer service.. Place was empty.. Except for all the trash scattered throughout the store.. We are in a 'state of an emergency'.. Literally bc of sum infectious virus spreading for lack of sanitation(or sumn) and this food establishment is completely filthy!! All tables were dirty,haf to clean our own tables.. floor was littered with trash and spills that was never cleaned while we were there, even though cashier just stood at the register. Food took forever and manager kept complaining from the back that she wasnt getting help while i watched guys just look at her..smh

    The lady that helped me was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond, and I wasn't even needing anything special. Just got a salad, a Frosty, and 2 Jr Frosties. Without asking, she offered to sell me a Halloween coupon book, with 5 Jr Frosty coupons for cheaper than a single Jr Frosty, then took 2 of the 5 coupons out to pay for the ones I got. After I was leaving, she chased me down to give me another coupon. The name on the receipt said Chiquitta. I don't know if she was just a cashier, a manager, or whatever. If you come here, I hope you're lucky enough to have her working. It may sound trivial, but I left there feeling like I was special. You don't normally get that at a fast food place.

    I dont know what yall have done different about your fries.... But they taste as good as they use to when i was younger and yesss!! Please keep them tasting this good all the time! Even when they got a little cold from our travels, still tasty! Nuggets changed too, not for the better in my opinion. Chicken and lettuce always crispy here like they have a secret garden in the back. Customer service was above great! Normally not so well, but not bad. This time was super wonderful. Keep up the great improvements! We see you :)

    food sat on the counter getting cold because they do not put a name or number on the recipt. chicken sandwich is kinda dry probably from sitting on the counter .the shared restrooms were pretty dirty but that's just as much on the gas station. employees are friendly just need to be better organized .

    The most disgusting Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! When I ordered a bacon Nader breakfast sandwich, my egg was hard and sausage was old. I decided to take a bite anyway. The sandwich had a funny taste to it. When I went back inside the young lady offered to make me another sandwich. I was disgusted when I saw The cook cracking eggs and picking eggshells out of the eggs on the grill with his bare hands!!!!! No, you cannot make anything else for me. I will never come back to this disgusting Wendy’s
