With
all
the
staffing
issues
that
restaurants
are
experiencing,
I
try
to
be
more
patient
when
I
eat
out.
That
being
said,
I
was
NOT
impressed
with
this
location.
There
was
a
line
of
people
waiting
for
food,
one
guy
had
been
waiting
for
quite
a
while
and
I
heard
him
ask
to
speak
with
a
manager.
I'm
pretty
sure
the
girl
at
the
register
was
new,
she
didn't
know
the
menu
very
well,
and
ended
up
ringing
up
the
wrong
sandwiches
for
us.
When
I
walked
over
to
the
soda
fountain,
there
was
a
HUGE
puddle
of
soda
all
over
the
floor
in
front
of
the
machine
and
all
over
the
counter
as
well.
As
I
navigated
thru
the
sticky
puddle,
I
overheard
one
employee
ask
another
why
they
hadn't
cleaned
it
up
before
they
went
on
break.
I
didn't
hear
the
excuse,
but
the
puddle
was
still
there
when
we
had
finished
eating
and
left.
When
we
got
our
food,
2
of
the
sandwiches
were
wrong,
turns
out
the
employee
at
the
register
put
in
the
wrong
sandwiches,
she
hadn't
bothered
to
repeat
back
the
order
of
course.
Another
employee
very
quickly
came
over
and
asked
me
what
I
needed
and
had
them
ready
in
about
3
minutes.
The
bathrooms
were
disgusting,
I
doubt
they
had
been
cleaned
in
a
day
or
two
at
least.
I
understand
it's
hard
to
properly
operate
a
restaurant
when
you're
short
staffed,
but
this
one
maybe
needs
something
other
than
just
more
employees.
