Old fashioned charm. We had a very comfortable corner room, with a very large bed. Slept very well. Room felt Zen. Excellent location, 5 blocks from the central square and the hustle and bustle of Trujillo, yet without the noise. Personnel were attentive and friendly. Child friendly breakfast room. Good value for money.

Very Bad experience! I and my family couldn’t stay more than one day, because The hotel was very old.The WC didn’t work very well, The air conditioner was broken, the tv didn’t work, the mattresses were so old that we couldn’t sleep. We make our complaint and they didn’t show any interest to help us.

Smells moldy, showers need to run for 8 minutes before getting hot water, steps to in the bathroom not safe for seniors, bath tub has a wall of 2 3/4 feet to go inside and take a shower, flies go into tour bedroom when you open the main bedroom door. Lunch room looks like a dungeon...cold, dark, no views. Everything is obsolete dirty and ugly...even the chairs sink down when you sit down. Supervisor never replied to my concerns and none of the staff gave me her name.

I think its a nice hotel. The staff is super friendly and helped me with taxis and such. Most speak decent English. Breakfast is pretty good.

Good sevice and cleanliness. Really a clam place.. In some rooms a.c is not working. I had to shift room. So make sure before u select the room
