Buen lugar para hospedarse en la ciudad de Trujillo. Cuenta con cómodas y elegantes habitaciones, además de tecnología adecuada para las necesidades del huésped, incluyendo un sistema calentador de agua con infusiones/cafe y caja de seguridad. Su ducha me pareció muy buena, así como el ingreso con tarjeta a la habitación y para habilitar las luces al ingresar. Mejoraría un poco la variedad de platillos del desayuno, pero igual fue una buena experiencia. Servicio de atención muy bueno; son amables y atentos a las necesidades. Volvería a hospedarme en este buen hotel.

Me hospede en la habitación 205, el televisor era antiguo sin internet y el cable solo local, la ducha no tenía agua caliente, la piscina no estaba habilitada, el bar tampoco, me cobraron los impuestos a pesar que en la página que pague , expresamente decía que ya los había pagado. El servicio: los chicos de atención muy amables y trataban de hacerte sentir cómodo en todo momento a pesar de las falencias que dependen de la administración, a toda hora se comportaron muy amables. La ubicación del hotel muy buena, cerca de todo .

I was so impressed with the quality of the room and staff for my stay. The facility was clean, had a great room, the location is amazing and the value is really hard to find. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling

Rooms are a little small, even for two people with lots of luggage. Has good heating and cooling. Cleanliness passes OK. The staff is friendly. A small refrigerator is in our room (with no freezer). No bar soap for the showers and I wished I would have brought my own instead of using their liquid soap. Beds and pillows are comfy. Breakfast is good with scrambled eggs and fresh bread, but they don't keep the eggs warm. They serve warm milk for cold cereal, which is really odd to Americans. Now for the not so great: they need to have folding racks in their wch room to place luggage on. Luggage on the floor isn't great and the closets aren't big enough to hold all of our clothes. The hot water in the shower takes 5 minutes to get fully hot. They only gave us two big towels for each day, no hand towels or anything like that.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was very clean, and cozy, well laid out room. also fast check-in. Thanks we enjoyed our time

Had a great 4 day stay at the hotel. Great location. Had a very good breakfast each day. Such warm and friendly service. The room was clean and modern. All front desk interaction were very friendly and professional. We will be back in a few months and look forward to our stay

great hotel in one of the best part of the city like the golf. It is a brand new hotel and we really enjoyed the pool and thr gym. Cable tv was not the greatest but they offered netflix.

We were happy to make this hotel our home base for a weekend getaway. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with very comfortable beds, a large sitting area and big flat-screen TV. Thanks!!

My husband and I stayed for a week and could not say one bad thing about the hotel, it was in a great location and the view from our room was amazing. Great service for our family. Our stay at the qp Hotels Trujillo was all around pleasant, Check in was easy. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Lobby is beautiful.
