5 stars experience with Spectrum of the Seas. Went cruise from 5 May to 9 May, and had a wonderful trip. Great service, good food (a few misses but okay) and fantastic shows. Shoutout to Jun, our service crew at Level 4 Main Dining area, for her remarkable service.

0/5 stars for RC’s operational team at HQ managing marketing, website and ops. Plenty of false advertising on their activities so you might want to read this review if you’re interested in booking Quantum of the Seas. We were so frustrated by Day 2 on the lack of activities that we went to Deck 4’s customer service to question them, who in turn are equally perplexed as they claimed the ship “never had those archery or escape room activities”. So guys really, temper your expectations or accept that this is capitalism at its best with a huge company getting away with false advertising. Folks, bionic bar IS NOT OPERATING, no archery, no water floats, no laser tag, no escape room, yes there is a pool table but “closed because of covid”. It feels like anything thats probably not convenient for operation or where they’re short handed would be “closed because of covid”. You need to pay for a lot of activities like air hockey and the arcade. Bumper cars is a joke because the cars are lousy. 5/5 stars for all of RC’s staff members who never failed to have a smile on their faces and ensured that we had nothing but the best experience. Poor folks have been on the ship for the past 2 years. If you’re an adult on the cruise, with no screaming children tagging with you as a burden, QOTS has a genius of a place called The Solarium where it’s an adults only pool section where people below 16 are not allowed. HEAVEN for people like me. I also enjoyed Sorrentos which dishes out crazy yummy Pizzas haha. Overall 2/5 stars for the cruise itself - food is not great, activities are limited but I love how quiet the room is and I do appreciate the getaway.

Great Cruise Never been on a cruise before. Voyager of the seas was a great start to cruising easy to find your way around we had a balcony room very spacious heaps of closet space. Cabin attendants great. The food was good and plenty of choices of where to eat. Plenty of things to do on board for every age group. The ice skating shows were very good. The parades were a big hit for young and old. Shows were good. My time dining worked well for us. Never had to wait. Left us with lots of good memories. The royal promenade was a great place especially the pig and whistle which we frequented often. A great meeting place for people to get to know one another.

Voyager of the Seas is a great pick for families with kids of all ages. Aside from a wide array of activities and attractions for young passengers – such as the rock-climbing wall, laser tag, and duo of twisting waterslides – the ship offers a well-equipped kids' club with designated spaces for different age groups. Unforgettable Experiences , that was my dream vacation to cherish while my life . I literally lived my life in those days . What an experience at night when Hindi dj was playing and I with my wife was on the terrace and were dancing our whole heart out . Rooms were so good and everything was just a class .

Reservation through RCI Web Quantum of the Sea was smooth. The episode came when received an email from RCI to change our staterooms to non connecting staterooms due to change of safety regulations. As travelling with young children who will be staying at another room was not an option, I called up the hotline numerous times with long wait time, rounds of explanation and the customer service staff was not able to do anything. It turned better when the team lead contacted me through email. After few rounds of communication, he managed to escalate and had gotten us a connecting room. The process is lengthy and hassle but it was crucial to have connecting room on board and turned out the vacation was a smooth and enjoyable one. As we have to makes numerous trips between the activity venue and stateroom, connecting rooms gave as the convenience of planning, coordination as well as monitoring the wellbeing of children more efficiently. PCR test was at Raffles City Convention Center. The insertion of the cotton swab estimated 2 inches deep. It was painless but ticklish & feels like sea water sip into the nose. Depend on individual’s pain tolerance, some may said painful. Test was carried out on both nostrils, row 10 count on each side. Once done, can head home and result will be out in 24-48 hrs. On sailing date, we brought our luggage along during check-in and to the room as luggage dropped off will take 3hrs to sent to our room. Passport was needed for immigration and check-in. Tracelet will be issued and expected to be worn throughout the trip. Once in the stateroom, suggested to make reservations for headliner shows and bumper car as they will be snatched out real quick. But will urge guests to reserve 1 slot for each shows, so that others will be able to enjoy the show as well since the seats were limited. If interested in North star and ifly (additional charges apply) do make reservation. Other activities will be first come first serve basis. Just queue at the scheduled time at the activities location but expect 45 mins to 1 hrs queing time for popular activities. Seaplex activities such as football, table tennis, xbox and pickleball reservation can be made in the morning. There were 2 main complimentary restaurants. Windjammer for breakfast and lunch and Main dining restaurant for dinner. Windjammer is buffet style served continental breakfast and lunch with different station served noodles, cold cut, Indian cuisine, vegetarian, fruits and etc. Main Dining Restaurant served sumptuous meal with great ambience. There were a few complimentary café such as two70, Sorrento’s pizza and etc. For those who like to try specialty restaurants, may make reservation near guest service area. It could ala carte or package meal. On board crews were very friendly and helpful. They were trying their best to maintain safe distancing and setup check in/out and temperature measurement stations. Windjammer waiters will served drinks and cleared the plates very promptly, main dining restaurant waiters will give good recommendation for the menu of the day. Our stateroom attendant were very professional and good in towel art folding. The headliner shows/performances were surprisingly good. We enjoyed the Gold Duo Art acrobatic show, Victoria Shryzhak violin performance and the BeatleManiacs the most. Very entertaining. If you wish to tip the main dining restaurant waiter personally, just placed the tip on the table before you leave the restaurant. For stateroom attendant tip, you may placed it in the envelope provided at last day of your trip. The rapid ACR test performed in MBCC during end of trip basically painless. The cotton bud not as deep into nostrils, felt more like digging the nose. Once sample was taken, can head home. Result will be out in 1hr. If no call received means negative test result. Rating: Hotline customer service, 1 star On board crews, 4 stars Food, 4 stars Amenities, 4 stars Performance, 4 stars Other activities, 3.5 stars due to long queue under hot sun. Ifly was bit too short.

First time experience with Royal Caribbean. Took a 4 days 3 night with Quantum of the Sea. It was a nice experience. The crew members were very friendly and helpful. Packed with activities. Only thing is some activities time slot were taken up very fast, such as surfing. Hope to have chance to try out next time...haha

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I paid >$4000 for a x'mas eve cruise on Quantum of the Seas. In the health questionnaire, I faithfully declared I had a sore throat as they asked for 14 day history (I did have abit of tickle in my throat due to Dec rainy season). Even though my PCR swab test came back negative, their app IMMEDIATELY flashed red after my declaration that I will not be allowed to board the boat and to contact them. I called up their hotline and this is when the nightmare began. After 2 separate calls to 2 different call center staff, they both couldn't decisively tell me when I can, or cannot, board the vessel. They both mentioned that i should go to the pier and let their medical team there make the decision on whether i will be allowed boarding. This already started creating jitters. I have a 1 yr old and 4 yr old with me and my elder child was already very hyped up and excited to go on his 1st ever cruise. I was wondering how will i manage his emotions should we not be allowed to board where we already arrived at the terminal. I wonder did they ever consider this when doing their planning on how to manage the customer experience here? I doubt so. Thereafter, 1.5 hours before my scheduled arrival time at the Marina Bay Terminal, someone called me on my mobile claiming that she was part of the team managing the boarding of the vessel and that she has just received the report of my sore throat. She mentioned to me that its non negotiable that I will NOT BE ALLOWED to board the vessel and not to turn up for the trip. I told her that everyone was already well and the sore throat was in fact before the PCR test and test negative. She said NO EXCEPTIONs will be permitted. So accepted, I did not turn up at the terminal. She mentioned that within 48 hours, someone will call me up to speak to me about my options for either future cruise credit or refund. Note i already PAID >$4000 to RCCL for this entire cruise trip. I bought their higher end tickets. I wonder will the lower priced tickets have an even more horrendous experience? Now, 4 days after the fact, I still have no call back. I called up their call center and enquired about the situation. The call center staff was trying his best to help me but mentioned "He did not have any data regarding my rejection to board'. "This matter has to be handled by their post cruise operations team and that the team has got no contact number". He gave me an email to email for assistance. I done that, but 24 hours later, 1 chaser email later, still no reply from that email. Royal Caribbean management team, I hope you read my experience above and reflect on your service offering. This is a horrible experience that i hope no one else if being subjected to. It just shows extremely bad process management and planning of exceptions when guests are not allowed to board due to covid related measure you have implemented. I still have got $4,000 stuck with RCCL. If they were any smaller company, i will already start thinking that i have fell victim to a scam!!!

+ Big shout out to hospitality & housekeeping staff for the excellent service delivered with a smile always. Good food options. Stunning views from balcony. Luxurious cruise experience. - Paid internet service went down. Activities requiring reservation were often fully booked, bit surprising when cruise on half occupancy. Long queue for unreserved activities.

Just went for a 4 nights stay at Spectrum of the Seas. Overall experience was satisfactory, with some areas that could've been improved. Pros 1. Myriad of activities onboard the ship to try 2. Food at Windjammer (buffet hall) was excellent, seats are usually available 3. Staffs are friendly 4. Magic shows and performances were extraordinary, especially the one by pang fei and the show girl 5. Room service was very frequent (2-3 times a day) 6. Bedroom was very cosy and comfortable. Nice soft bed with clean sheets, curtains were thick which helped with the sound proofing Cons 1. Check in process was more tedious than regular airport travel, documents were checked repeatedly at least 3-4 times and it was not clear which documents they were checking at each station, which makes me think only the last check was necessary for vaccination documents, passport and booking before boarding. 2. Guest services rendered for registration for disembarking to Malaysia was a nightmare. There was a problem registering with the app, but the staff were unwilling to resolve it and blamed it on the Malayisa app which was not within their control. I had to fill and upload my documents 3-4 times and finally one last time on my friend's phone when the registration was successful before they gave me the card to allow passengers to disembark. I would expect Royal Caribbean to find a workaround for this. Otherwise, many passengers will be stuck trying to do admin work for a good 30-60 minutes. 3. Water coolers were sealed off at the gym due to covid measures. The counter staff nearby should at least provide water for people using the gym if we are prevented from using the water coolers. Drinking water was only accessible through the buffet or dining halls, which was on a different level. 4. Coffee was terrible, I'd advise anyone to bring your own 3 in 1 coffee if you need your daily coffee 5. Queue for all activities are generally quite long and the ship felt slightly overpopulated. Sometimes, even the lifts took more than 7 minutes to arrive

Unfortunately having to write a overall negative review of RC's Quantum of the Seas Alaska cruise. On plus sides, my cabin attendant and the service in the dining room were outstanding (hence not 1 star). The North Star was also fantastic! The negatives unfortunately outweighed the terrific staff. First the engine problem that prevented cruising thru the glaciers was a major bummer.. Second, after getting food poisoning then being quarantined / stuck in my cabin) for 2 DAYS (1st I ever heard of it being contagious! ) took away a 3rd of my time for enjoyment. The voucher for a cruise in the future since I won't be using RC again! The food was good overall if rather boring, same basic "Classics" every night with only a couple Specials added. Food at Windjammer (Deck 14) was okay but ultimately very boring as choices did not change at all for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Third, port times were limited to less than 6 hours again lessening the enjoyment of seeing Alaska. Lastly, while smoking is not a good habit, we paid the same price as other passengers. Note from the pictures that while non-smoking sections are lovely and include tables for playing cards, setting a drink down etc no such basic amenities are offered in the smoking areas. Such a simple basic item that could have easily elevated the area - instead you have to put your drink on the deck. Overall at this point will have to do a redo to better enjoy Alaska and see Glaciers but with another company - something I'm doing on my last "cruising" day 😉

I'm currently aboard Quantum of the Sea and as much as I don't like to leave a critical review, I must agree with Caleb Liu's earlier post. In fact, I feel even more cheated when I came to understand that the activities (simple stuff like Merry-Go-Round) they placed in their website are generic and it is not available in all the ships. Seats to shows were limited due to safe distancing restrictions. The app only showed that all the shows were fully booked when we board the ship. Prior to boarding the ship, the shows were not available for booking. While I understand the need for safe distancing, they should organize more shows times to make up for the limited seats. Can you imagine how disappointed and devastated my little girl is when she knew that we cannot even catch the shows. Not only were the activities were limited in spaces for activities, the only sustainable (other than pools) kids' activity (Adventure Ocean) is only limited to 3 hour per kid for the entire cruise! I'm here on a 5 days 4 nights cruise and my girl only has 3 hours at the Adventure Ocean?! I feel cheated by Royal Caribbean. To every other potential customers, please consider carefully before you book. If u would like some time away from home, I would recommend staycation locally in Singapore than to be stranded aboard the ship feeling cheated.

Really upset for receiving false advertising via email for Black Friday and Ciber Monday, specifically the 40% off deluxe drinks package. The discounts are not reflected on the website and after calling and being on the phone for more than an hour and half in two different occasions and send multiple emails, the customer service team doesn't give me any solution for this problem. Very disappointed with how unprofessional they are and how they send lies via email to thousand or customers.

(Translated by Google) Voyager of the Seas - 4 Night Penang & Phuket Cruise - March 2019 Our first and last cruise. Neither relaxing nor worth the money. Chaos with every meal. In the buffet restaurant hardly possible to get a free table. Had to share a table with others. Food partly cold. Loud & hectic. Breakfast in the main restaurant similar. Long waits that some could not have breakfast before their shore excursion. Announcements that you should leave the restaurant when you have finished eating. Smoking is allowed on the pool deck. Shows were good. Crew made service by rule - mostly lust and dispassionate. Ship old. Partially locked 2 of 3 pools. Emergency Exercise total chaos. 90% Asians who had no plan where to go. No quiet area on the whole ship. Rake Tables on the Royal Promenade. Beverage package including mocktails? 4 non-alcoholic cocktails on the menu. 2 of them with Redbull, one from the first day and a sprite with syrup. Drinked only coke for 4 days. Overall, a more expensive 3 star vacation as in a bad club hotel. (Original) Voyager of the Seas - 4 Night Penang & Phuket Cruise - März 2019 Unsere erste und letzte Kreuzfahrt. Shows waren gut. Crew machte Dienst nach Vorschrift - überwiegend lust- und leidenschaftslos. Schiff alt. Teilweise 2 von 3 Pools gesperrt. Notfallübung totales Chaos. 90% Asiaten, die keinen Plan hatten wohin. Kein ruhiger Bereich auf dem ganzen Schiff. Wühltische auf der Royal Promenade. We were aboard Quantum of the Sea. The overall experience was fantastic. We spent 4days 3 nights on the cruise. Due to safety measurements by government for Covid-19, the cruise practices a very strict rule for safe distancing, contact tracking and alcohol restrictions on board to ensure the safety of every passengers. The cleanliness of the room was well taken care of by housekeeping staff. The on board facilities are sanitized and the basic safe distancing are well practiced. The buffet food was good enough if you don’t set high expectations. Otherwise you may look for other options. They have restaurants like Jamie’s and Wonderland for your selection, the price is at average of USD 65 per head. We also got ourselves alcohol and internet packages, which cost us average about USD 70 each person per day. The down side for the package is that you have to purchase for all the occupants of the room for every single day on board the cruise. So example, if two occupants in the room for 4days 3 nights. You have to pay $70x2personx3days=$420 There are plenty of shows and activities on board that you can participate. For example, rock climbing, magic show, dance class, bumper car and lots more. Check out their schedule and book from their apps! The instructions given on board was very clear to show you safety, on board map, cruising details, boarding and disembarkation, food menu and etc. I’m sure you will have a hassle free trip because the crews are super friendly in assisting!

The advertisement on Royal Caribbean is fantastic and 5 star services. But is very disappointed that Royal Caribbean quality is not up to 5 star service! Just cannot imaging a huge group of guests (2,000 pax) to have lunch at the same time in one coffee house only. And the food variety is almost the same for 3 nights. Felt like vomiting after ate for 2 nights. Furthermore cannot understand the English spoken by the China employees! Has advised friends not to join this cruise holiday.

Sailed 4 times with them stayed in (quantum) J4, (spectrum)J1,. Golden balcony, grand suite. There is differential in service attentiveness, smoothness in day to day activities, check in/out and quality of food HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO TO SKY CLASS and ABOVE if you like to be taken care of, down to the little details Some curious thing that happened - crown and anchor seems to have merged with my travelling partner. My C&A had to be issued manually every single trip. This was resolved by Wang smoothly. - in gold dining, we did not order chargeable item nor present sea pass card but were mysteriously charged during the period 5-8pm. Issue was resolved by Mei Lan and izzet smoothly.

My family and I have been onboard RCI cruises for years & member of their Crown & Anchor society. Impressed with the service of crew members and onboard experience, but with how they deal with customer bookings due to the latest pandemic I will NOT consider nor recommend to family and friends for future travels. We are frequent travellers btw. Firstly, due to the T&C, one cancels early to prevent forfeit of $600 deposit (I paid full when made a booking for Jun cruise). Additionally, senior and young children will be travelling with me. The suggestion for a full refund was put forth to the CSOs in Mar, but this option was unavailable then, & CSOs were rigidly putting forth a standard response. On a check sometime in early Jun following opting a FCC in May, they now have an option for a full refund. CSO had suggested in May and asked me to appeal for fun. WHAT A JOKE! Why, as this option to have a full refund is NOT APPLICABLE to those who had opted for the future cruise credit much earlier, and our refund had not started to process as there was no credit card details given to the staff. For those who waited out till near the date or perhaps last minute of their cruise date, they benefitted as they will get the full refund for their trip. During the initial stage of the pandemic, nothing was communicated to us with a confirmed booking. No email on the steps taken by RCI. Even when email or pm via Facebook were sent on 19 Mar I had to follow up on 2 May the progress, as RCI later is no news. Please do not tell me you are overwhelm as I have dealt with a bigger international company, hassle free, and with much more flexibility during this Covid pandemic. What to improve: rigidity in policies during a serious pandemic (there are people who opted to postpone trip or full cancellation), follow up on comm., turnaround time to respond, dealing with customers during any pandemic.

My trip which was supposed to depart from Singapore on 9 April 2020 was cancelled earlier on 12 March 2020. Sufficient communication regarding the cancellation had been pushed to affected passengers about the refunds being credited into their credit card statements before 14 April 2020. To date, 22 April 2020 (when I am writing this review), the communications between Royal Caribbean Cruises and myself have ceased. My multiple follow-ups have been ignored and I have no renewed expectations on when I will get my money back. Last when I called in, I came to an understanding that globally refunds are managed out of the Miami revenue office. Whilst there are high volumes of cancellations/refunds during the pandemic period and the Miami office might be overwhelmed active communication needs to be in place as an assurance to disgruntled customers of their money back. Speculation (opinion): The delayed responses and the withholding of communications suggest the company is facing liquidity issues and customers might not actually get their money back. Hence my 1-star review for the lack of follow-through, horrendous customer service and lack of transparency on Royal Caribbean Cruises in general. I would not recommend anybody to take this cruise line due how irresponsible my experience has been.

We had an amazing experience at the Quantum of the Seas. This was such a unique experience. We had a luxurious grand 2 bedroom suite which had a wonderful balcony. The amenities were nice by Loccitane. The ship has some awesome Restaurants. The service and the food is excellent. The staff really go out of their way to help you. We loved the overall look and feel of the ship. The activities on board are quite nice and we really made the most of it. The coastal kitchen was our favourite restaurant. We also took full advantage of the concierge club to relax in the early evening over some snacks and cocktails. We were looked after very well.

Took the Royal Carribean Voyage of the Sea. A good holiday options compared to ground tour. No hustle and bustle morning call. No packing and unpacking into tour bus. Relax and have unlimited meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper round the clock. Lots of activities, shows and singing sessions on board.

While the experience on board the cruise ship was good, however their customer service call agents are horrendous to deal with. Before travelling, we already had issues with our booking, I had to escalate to resolve it. During the cruise, one of my travelling party got diarrhoea on the ship. I called the customer service to lodge a complaint and we only got high-handed treatment and standard template replies with agents throwing protocols and contracts at me. No one is interested to resolve your issue post cruise. They are only interested in taking your money and they don't care about anything post cruise, customer well-being and safety. No apology or followup from them even after requesting for callback.

**Review is based on pre covid experience.** Went on 2 cruise trips with Royal Carribean and both experiences were amazing. The most recent trip was on board the quantum of the seas. Booked for a balcony room and we got a free upgrade to a suite! Was even gifted gift vouchers due to promotions during that period. Just to note that although it's a suite, there's only 1 King sized bed. We are a group of 4, and the other 2 can only sleep on the sofa bed. As we have the gift vouchers, we went to explore places that aren't free. Went to a Chinese restaurant to try out their asain delights, and we got a huge shock. 4 of us ordered wanton noodles, and the noodles are American size. (since this is an American cruise line) 1 bowl of noodles can probably feed 3 people. Sad to say, we totally can't finish at all... And the noodles wasn't that nice either... We should probably just stick with the free stuff as they are much more delicious. (Eg windjammer restaurant) Other than that, all the other experience are fun and entertaining. Like the bumper cars, laser tag, rock climbing etc. There's not a moment of dullness while on the cruise. Just eat play sleep and repeat. 👍🏽

Just went on the Quantum of the seas. Honestly staff and service was friendly and great! Cleanliness was excellent as they kept sanitising places and temperature checks to make sure everyone was ok moving around the boat. Food was honestly not great. We had to eat at the same restaurant for 4 nights straight. Wanted to book other complimentary restaurants but all full. If you are ok with mass catered food, you might enjoy the cruise. Entertainment was really really bad. only had 3-4 shows for 4 nights on board. Some performance was really bad that my mum (which is normally easy to please) wanted to leave halfway.. and the show is only 30mins long. Basically comparing to Dream Cruise the quality and quantity is way way off. If you are there to just chill, sun tan and daze on deck.. You might enjoy your trip. Most Activities have to be book way in advance if you even want to try some of their main 'Attractions' if not the guest services will just say sorry its full. And because of the covid situation it is only running at 30% capacity. Can't imagine if its full capacity.. Will be a horror. Casino is really small too. Games are limited. They dont provide any drinks. EVERYTHING is chargeable. which is rare in a casino. It is my first Cruise on Royal Caribbean amidst many times on Star Cruise and Dream Cruise. But i might dare say this is my last time on Royal Caribbean. And yes.. to top it off, they only give you 1 Bottle of Water per pax to last 4 nights. :)

This is a scam. Tried to book through the website and it took payment but no booking confirmation. Called the phone line and the man would not give an email or any further info. In hindsight I wish I’d read these reviews here first. I hope this review prevents others from making the same mistake as me. :(

Experience in cardibean cruise is outstanding. 3 days tour also perfect. But I suggest management of cruise to keep non veg and veg counter different. As it will become difficult for vegetarians to eat food with non veg. Visitors. Otherwise, everything is soo good. Also team members are also very much supportive. Great memories 😍🙏🏼🤝🥳

Amazing cruise! Didnt regret in paying for the unlimited dining. Love the solarium that allows only adults giving us a quiet time to chill. Every staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable even when asked questions that probably not in their area of work. Kids have tons to do. Ship is very stable and could hardly feel it sailing. Love to go again.

Friendly crew and the stateroom is impeccably clean. The facilities looks new and very well maintained. Great shows and activities too. Food is pretty okay; and there is good range of vegetarian food as well. We really enjoyed our vacation! Thank you to all the crew members for making this vacation a great one.

I was browsing the EU website while in Europe and talked to my US friends, apparently the price of my Europe Cruise I paid in Singapore website was inflated and more expensive than in the USA website. They must have increased the price of the exact product upon discovering IP address is from Singapore? I am very frustrated.....

    Very consistent quality, unlike Norwegian.

They have a lot of activities on hourly basis that keeps you busy and you don't really feel you are stuck in water and can't go anywhere. FREE PIZZA, sweets and a lot of stuff at pizzeria. All 3 meals which are inclusive in your package and they have variety of cuisines. Activities related to music, dance, brain quiz, tambola, Harry Potter theme quiz, ice skating show, magic show n many more things. There is a casino that moves only when the cruise is moving and not accessible while it's on shore! All in all a good experience!

I can't redeem my future cruise credits. Calls to the hotline fell on deaf ears, and no action is made even after 72 hours. Horrible customer service.

Just returned from the Opening Cruise on Quantum of the Seas. It was incredible! The staff were amazing and ensured all physical distancing, mask wearing and hand sanitising protocols were followed. The food was amazing. Everything was served to us on a plate - even just a banana! to minimize touching. Not a huge range of vegetarian options, but still more than enough food to eat. Main dining room service from Pritesh and Malcolm was great! They remembered all our names and our preferences. Really good selection of vegetarian/vegan food. Our stateroom was cleaned well and the attendant- Aris was amazing. We had a 7yo and an 18m old with us. They had a great time. The 7yo did 1x 3h session in the kids club and really enjoyed himself. Wish we had picked a longer one, 2 nights wasn't enough. We even saw a pod of over 20 dolphins swimming along with the ship.

Awful service. Have spoke to their operator twice. Emailed 6 times. Mis information galore. Stuck in a situation where the operator mentioned a cancellation fee of x value. When I received the email confirmation it was 10 x. Since then all written communication has been ignored.

it was supposed to be a smooth holiday trip in a difficult year and turned into a nightmare. I don't recommend Royal to anyone, we booked 4 people connected rooms, same reservation paid with the same card, since then we haven't had a peaceful day, they separated our rooms claiming to be singapore rules but we met several people in the same situation who were not separated , modified our rooms several times, changed our check in times. Finally they put us in rooms side by side and with separate check in times, we are a group, we live side by side, we intended to spend all moments together, including going. E-mails were needed every day, most of the time with no response from royal, several phone calls with long waiting times. If you expect a peaceful holiday this is definitely not the best option

😐 A small mall, but will surprise you with a nice ambience and choice of food. The only disadvantage is it is not well connected to other parts of Sengkang / Hougang. Other than food nothing much to do here. There is a giant outlet at the back for the neighbourhood hdb’s.

😠 Very irresponsible seller. Ordered 2 boxes of week old crickets, sent me wrong item (4 weeks old at least!), admitted sending wrong but avoided to bear responsibility to exchange or resend. Go suck thumb better. $30 you can’t get fat la.

👍👍 I’ve been to their old place near Bencoolen and they used to serve hot food like sausages and pork knuckle, now the menu has very limited options probably because of the pandemic hit.
