We slipped in here simply expecting a nice dinner. Instead we were fortunate enough to be whisked away into a unexpected dining experience. We were warmly greeted upon entry, and made to feel truly welcomed, valued and appreciated as guest. Our service was exceptional and we're were equally impressed by the quality of the food we were served. We found the seafood selections to be a excellent choice in both quality and price. Pricey but well worth it.

What a nice meal we had! Our server was so kind and and smiley. The cocktails were great and we loved the fried veggie platter! We got there before the rush and it was filling up quick! Green chile burger was amazing!!

Ordered the Prime Rib medium with baked potato loads of butter. Prime rib is "roasted/baked" , correct? I got a GRILLED very thin rib eye cut. 😒 with a large baked potato 🥔 butter extra cup and three stalks of broccoli on a small plate. Also plastic cup of adjour. The cost is $$$$$$$ to be so crammed on dinner plate. I know my cuts of meat as I am retired and gone to meat classes and in charge of meat department for many years. The way this place is advertised to be the best in this tiny beautiful town. It is very disappointing 😞 The server was understanding how I felt however its not her responsibility. It the management. I saw him chatting away to regulars . Totally not the status or quality of this place. THINK about it twice 🤔 before going.

As soon as you walk in the door, you feel welcome. We were greeted and were told it would be a 15-minute wait. We sat and looked over the menu since it was our first time dining here. We got sat at our table, and complimentary bread and butter were served. They were delcious! They have a wonderful selection of steak, chicken, and seafood. It was hard to choose what I wanted! We ordered Mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. They were some of the best I have ever had. For my entree, I decided to go with the Charbroiled Catfish (Cajun Style) with rice pilaf, brocolinni, and a side salad. My husband ordered the petite steak with a baked potato and soup of the day, which was Green Chile Chowder. Everything was delicious and tender. Our server Matt was very attentive. The owner was walking around, stopping at every table to check on things. Now we know why this restaurant is very successful and operates beautifully! Thank you so much for a wonderful dinner out. We will be back!

Sat on the patio. Our server was really nice. The outside patio/bar doesn't have the full food menu every day. Pictured is catfish sandwich. UPDATE: Went back again and sat inside in the bar area. Full menu available. I got the walleye and my husband got the steak special. Met owner and he was nice. Different server who was also great.

Glad that this establishment was open this Sunday for a special memorial Day weekend dining experience. We were able to find parking right away. Also we had our seating within 5 minutes. However by the time that order was taken we had to wait approximately 50 minutes for our meal. Our server was intentive enough to keep our drinks full and give us bread while we waited patiently for our meal. My chop sirloin was delicious and my husband got a petite sirloin that was a little overcooked but we chose not to say anything about it. Pricing is expensive so be prepared to have a full pocket full of moolah. A petite sirloin is approximately 25-26. My ground sirloin was almost 20. Ribs were approximately $36 and a New York strip close to 45 I believe. But I'm glad we shared this experience. parking is just not that great typically but I'm glad we were able to get here today without any issue.

Great food and drinks. Love the fried veggies one of my all time favorites. The Prime Rib sandwich will have you drooling and the Prime Rib quesadilla with Green Chile is no different. The Green Chile Chicken Alfredo was delicious. Great service!

Absolutely the best steak I have had in years. Prepared to perfection, and I feel it was a larger portion than stated. I also had the soup of the day a green chili chicken that I would have been happy just have the soup. You get what you pay for, so expect to spend a little. It's well worth it and would happily visit again.

I was in town with family for Christmas vacation. Los Arcos was recommended to us by our hotel. The dinner service was exquisite. From the moment I walked in with the family for dinner I knew it was going to be perfect. I enjoyed the selection on the menu and the prime was perfectly prepared. Our waitress took excellent care of our group and the owner even stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our food. I highly recommend them and I will definitely go out of my way to dine here again. Thanks for the great experience.

Los Arcos is an absolute gem & I would recommend them to anyone who finds themself hungry in Truth or Consequences. I ordered the 9oz sirloin, my son had the barbecue chicken, and my daughter had the “kids” cheeseburger (kid’s menu, real burger). My steak was FANTASTIC! It was nicely seasoned & cooked perfectly. It melted in my mouth. Both of my kids really enjoyed their meals too. Our server, Cassandra, was very friendly and I feel that she went above and beyond. Anyone who brings a bowl of extra cherries to go with my cherry coke gets a gold star, in my book.

What a wonderful place to eat and have a date night. Burt our waiter was fun, kind and attentive. Bobby the owner for 50 years was making his rounds checking on the patrons. Food was 5 stars all day long.. my first experience with catfish and it was great. DO YOU BEST TO SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT 🍨

Los Arcos has been one of my favorite restaurants to dine at for years. The food is excellent and the staff is always professional and friendly. It has a great ambiance and the owner makes it a point to personally visit each table. My personal favorite is the prime rib.

We stopped here after a lovely day trip. I ordered the petite sirloin. It was so thick, and yet, the perfect medium rare. The broccoli in bernaise was a bit bland. The pilaf was delicious and had mushroom pieces in it, the slice of kiwi was even good. I had no room for dessert, as I chose the onion soup to go with dinner. The beef onion soup itself had very tender little beef bites and the onions added great flavor. I would have caramelized them a little, but it was very tasty And funny, this restaurant opened in 1970, so it's as old as I am. The decor was cozy, but still 70's ish, which made me laugh. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. I wished I could have done dessert, but that was a LOT of food. Maybe next time, would definitely be back.

Stopped here one night to grab a bite to eat, and find a hotel for the night in Truth & Consequences New Mexico. Surprisingly, we were able to grab two seats at the very small bar. Got a couple of drinks, looking over the menu, ordered dinner. The fish sandwich was delicious. Hardly any wait for our meals. The bartender was great, and even changed the channel to the hockey game, which was great. He was helpful in helping us to navigate the local hotels as well, gave us some good advise. Great atmosphere, quiet, casual.

Great food...We were pleasantly surprised! Had some calamari and drinks, at the classy little bar, while we waited for our table. The ribeye and lobster were amazing. We will definitely return here when visiting the area.

I've been to Los Arcos twice in the last six months. The service, cocktails, and food are consistently fabulous. Bobby and his crew do a fantastic job. The service and attention to detail is always on point. The old fashioned is one of the best I've ever had and not to be outshined by the Caesar salad, green Chile corn chowder, and blackened prime rib. I've had the good fortune to eat in some really amazing places all over the US, but this is one of my top favorite meals. Highly recommended.

Came for a birthday dinner. Initially sat in the bar to wait for a table & had a bit of a rough start from Eddie, but the bar was totally slammed, so I understand that. When our table was ready, Eddie took care of moving our app plates & was very patient. Burt served us the rest of our meal & was top-notch. The prime rib quesadillas were great (get au jus and salsa to dip), and the filet with the green chili mornay sauce topping was awesome - cooked perfectly. Broccolini cooked perfectly as well. The lemon blueberry cheesecake was bright and refreshing after the heavy steak & potatoes. Also, their bottled wines are ridiculously cheap for the type of restaurant it is; we were really happy to see good, affordable options to accompany our meal (Malbec ftw). Overall, we were really impressed with the quality of the food here. It's for sure a boomer-era steakhouse, but the quality is absolutely worth the money you spend. We came from ABQ to spend the weekend in TorC and are so damn tired of being price-gouged and ripped off at restaurants that charge high prices for garbage food in ABQ. It was really refreshing to get quality food and service in such a small town, so we would happily return.

Absolutely a 5 star restaurant! Greeted by friendly people, wait staff was at table before we could get jackets off. Ice cold brews, shrimp wontons, soup, salad and the best salmon ever! Beef kabobs were also fantastic. The bomb…. Grasshopper for dessert!!!! Also recommended by Holiday Inn Express and Raymond’s Bar.

👍👍 Johnny B’s is a “Honey, stop the car!” kind of place! You don’t have to be a local to be treated well. It was our second stop while looking for breakfast in Truth or Consequences driving from Las Cruces to Sante Fe. We were not disappointed by any means. I highly recommend stopping here if you’r...

👍👍 Tony's is the best..! Today was my 59th Birthday so we had to eat there to celebrate. My wife and I had our first date there 14 years ago when it was still LaPinata. As a result we had them caterer our wedding. We just moved back to T or C less than a month ago and we've already eaten there 4 times....
