quality was horrid. Better value from frozen pizza in any USA gas station So sad how they have fallen.since the mid 1970s till today.

Tried to get a delivery to our room only about 1 mile from the motel I was in. When I called,I got some foreigner not even in this state,took me 5 calls to get the local only one in this small town. I'm totally done with Pizza Hut!!!!

This Pizza hut is newly remodeled so it looks nice and clean. They do not offer a pizza buffet, only a salad bar. They are often understaffed and I have issues with my order almost every time, but they are quick to rectify any complaints. 🍕

Food, prices, and service were quite good, but do not go for the atmosphere. When I was there, the outside of the building was in terrible shape (no siding or even a sign) and the inside was dim and not exactly clean or maintained. That being said, if you like pizza hut pizza, then you'll eat well. Oh, but don't eat the parmesan on the tables.

They're going down the drain fast. Every time I order a pizza over the phone they first act like they can't hear me, then when I go get the pizza and bring it home to eat they don't put no tomato sauce on it are they forget to put the mushrooms on it they always do something wrong I just can't afford to eat there a Pizza Hut anymore I can't get what I want they act like that they don't care and they're trying to screw everybody they can, but why would they do that? It's far better Pizza to get a Red Baron pizza at Walmart besides a Red Baron pizza is more than 50% less than their Pizza.

You think for a 40 bucks the pizza would be warm and they'd give you the diet pepsi that you ordered instead of the Pepsi

Sad, very sad! There is a large sign outside this place stating they have curbside service. We parked outside and called out order in. The woman who took our order stated that someone would come out in 20 minutes. It was about 4:19 pm. We waited 31 minutes and pressed the text message stating they would be right out. Five more minutes I went inside. Finally got the attention of someone in the kitchen. Our pizza had been in the warmer. Meanwhile, the delivery guy had gone out twice and one of the kitchen crew had been out twice to smoke a cigarette. The pizza itself tasted like flavorless paper. Very bad business. We will avoid this "fast food chain" in the future!

We love going to Pizza Hut. The food is always delicious, My son and I ate boneless wings with medium Buffalo sauce and they were great and a large pizza we shared right out of the oven. The slices were so big we ended up bringing food home. The service was Great and the waiter was very nice, he kept coming back to make sure we were okay, in case we needed anything. I would recommend anyone in the area craving pizza to visit the Pizza Hut in Truth or Consequences, NM. 😊

Call center ordering was disorienting because I wasn't expecting it, however it is legit and our pizza got here a full 20 minutes before the estimated arrival time. The pizza itself was exactly as custom ordered, hot, and the delivery guy had no problem finding our RV park spot and was very nice. Highly recommend!

Terrible. Waited over an hour for our food. Ordered a pizza with pepperoni and ham and when I received it there was so little ham. Bread sticks were burned and wings were dry. During the wait I went up to the counter and asked how much longer on our order and the cashier looked around blankly like I wasn’t speaking English and looked around till she walked away to grab someone else’s order who arrived after we had and walked it over to them. She came back and couldn’t even find out order on the computer and just said it’ll be a couple more minutes. We decided to go there because it’s quick and easy. This Pizza Hut was neither. I really regret spending my time and money there.

I ordered almost $30 worth of food, with tips and delivery charge. The chicken alfredo pasta was moist and good, but didn't have any chicken in it. The pizza melt was dried out and had barely any substance to it. The cheese sticks that I paid additionally for were overcooked and uncut. The marinara tasted like mold. I really need to NOT order here again... :(

I had a great experience with this Pizza Hut delivery. The driver was courteous, friendly, and professional! The food was tasty and warm! A+

I haven't sat inside a pizza hut to eat since I was a child so overall it was a very nostalgic experience. Our server was very polite and prompt. The restaurant was clean. The food was what you expect of pizza hut

So i order over a $100 dollars in pizza for a family gathering. When i received the pizza i checked them and found one was not as ordered. When it was brought to the managers attention he said it would be awhile because he would have to make a new pizza. I advised i could not wait. I advised he could just add the topping and save me the time and not waste what was already cooked. He became upset and said i did not have to be rude. I advised him i was not being rude. I believed i was solving a problem for both of us. He the accused me of yelling at him. He continued this behavior attempting i believe into a confrontation. I requested a refund on the one pizza and left with the remainder of my order. I dont believe i will be spending as much of my money at this store. I live in a very small town and believe maybe i will be better served by someone who will welcome my business rather than act as if customers are an inconvenience.

The girl at the counter didn't hear the full order correctly, so after a twenty minute wait,we received an order of odd tasting bread sticks. A very expensive, disappointing trip for fast food that night.

Pizza was great this time, but there have been times when they aren’t great (random toppings we didn’t order or scant cheese though we order extra every time. Once again no marinara with the breadsticks, but overall everything is more or less as expected.

I placed an order online. Within 15 minutes, our order was ready for pickup. Meat Lovers large Pizza and breadsticks were delicious!

We stopped in today on our last night in the area until next fall. We hoped for a better expertience than previously. Our app still wouldn't work to order ahead for this location. The appetizer was quick, but my boneless wings were delivered 15 min ahead of my husband's pizza. Not only that, but 8 boneless wings included three the size of McNuggets. Our waitress said that they passed the "criteria" for a wing. The pizza "half stuffed" crust was nearly, if not over, a 1/4 of each slice. Pizza Hut used to be a favorite. We will be back here next winter, but we won't order from a Pizza Hut here or in our homestate, again.

Was not good at all. I know I ordered hand tossed and it was as thin as crackers. Should have got frozen. Would have paid less and better quality.

The call center phone ordering system is bizzare,redundant and time consuming. The pizza was eventually delivered by a very good driver and the pizza was fine just over priced. I cannot imagine how the local number you call being bounced around the world and having to talk to 3 different people all in different locations is efficient.

I usually like to order from Pizza Hut, but I don’t think I’ll order from here anymore. Last night I ordered a pepperoni melt, mild boneless buffalo wings, and a salad. I only ate the pepperoni melt, and 3 pieces of chicken before I started to feel a bit sick. I laid down, to rest my body and an hour later, hell broke loose and the flood gates opened. Everything hurt and was coming out both ends. I felt like my body fighting against a possession. After a grueling 8-9 hours I felt like a shell of a person. I felt weak, cold, and wished my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ would just take me to heaven, cause this was the most unholy thing to ever happen to me. Never in my 30 years have I cried and begged for my pain to stop like I did last night. I have 2 kids, and would rather have another one than to go through this again.

My wife always orders the same thing,,,, personal pan pizza with sausage, lite on the sausage(doesn't want much, which saves THEM money). But THE PRICE HAS DOUBLED! Used to be about $4.80. Now it is $9.20 for a tiny little pizza with about 8 pieces of sausage! REDICULUS! 😖 We are done with that! Will buy boxes of 4 from Walmart from now on for about the same price. Crazy bad!

Me and my husband went there last night and the pizza was awful there was Flys everywhere the bathrooms were dirty, I got sick from the food in general. Third time there and last time going never again
