First time we ate there it was fantastic. The next time no one took our order. We saw an associate deliver a meal to a car near us and asked him to let some one know we wanted to order. Still after about another 10 minutes no order was taken, so we left. Today we tried eating there one more time. Again no one answered our order call. I went inside an asked why we were not getting any service. They said all the intercoms were out of order on that side of the building. There were no sings. A young man took our order but when the food came, The meat was burned, fries were not fresh and the lid on my shake was loose and spilled. There were no napkins so no way to clean up the mess. I don't think we will try eating there again. Hope other people have a better experience.😒

The chicken is always over cooked! 🙄 Not extra crispy, but so overdone the little bit of chicken inside is tough and dry.. I don't see how they feel comfortable even serving this... Burgers are a hit or miss, mosty miss. The coney has a sliver of chile on a stale bun. They always forget something on my order, even with a small one. Drinks are good...when they get them right...

This sonic sucks !! Two girls came out to a car that was smoking a blunt in the parking lot chatting away . I had a online order for drinks and it took over 20 min just to get our drinks . I don’t recommend even tho it’s the only one in t or c ! Horrible service get it together it ain’t hard to make a few drinks .

Maybe it's just because I'm getting older, but the food all tastes the same. Mediocre at best. And the service could be better for sure.

Ordered a cheeseburger with no tomato and the patty was partially frozen in the center with tomatoes to top it off. also had cold fries so pretty much left overs from who knows how long ago.

Not fond of the drive-in ordering, but food and service are great and they do have a drive thru. Larger portions than other fast food places in the area.

This is one of the worst Sonic's I have ever been to in my entire life I normally love Sonic I spent about a hundred bucks normally on Sunday today was one of the worst experience at Sonic ever I will never be eating at this Sonic ever again one of the worst services ever the employees are rude and impatient and do not know how to make a burger to save their life you guys do not deserve to be called a Sonic you guys should be ashamed I love the way your employees make food

Every time I have come here it takes forever to get food. Yesterday was the worst. After being at the lake all day, My boyfriend and I decided to go here. We went through the drive thru and it took at least 30 mins to get to the menu to order. After that we waited in line for at least 20 more minutes and finally got to the window to pay.. After that it took forever I mean forever! We were waiting so long and even heard some of the employees fighting inside. 1 hour later a carhop not even the girl we paid with handed us only half the order. She didn't even confirm the order and only asked if we wanted ketchup and mustard. We took what was handed to us and left. We were tired and wanted to go home. After all of this I do not see this sonic being good enough to go back too! *I strongly suggest if you want to wait an hour for food this is the place for you. * I do feel they need to have a better crew or even a manager on staff that can help direct them for days like this. It is very upsetting as a past fountain/carhop that used to deal with busy days like that they should have it under control.

Worst food ever! False advertising, shakes are not hand dipped classic, warm, thick fake yuk with fake whipped cream on top. Onion rings are coated with sweet cupcake batter, awful! Sandwich bread is 5 times as thick as the burger, great if you like bread I guess. I can’t believe there are so many people who like this garbage, no wonder diabetes is so high in the US.

Typical fast food drive thru. Our order was correct which is rare. Our carhop came up & introduced himself and repeated our order to us before handing it to us. Thanks to them for getting it right where so many other places fail.

got there today at 9:15ish to get some milkshakes, the girl asked thru the intercom what we needed and my husband asked a question about the differences between a hot fudge and chocolate flavor, so she stepped out to our car window and said they weren't making any slushies, ice cream or milkshakes right now. I had my dogs in the car so they did bark once and as she stepped away back into the store, she kept looking at us ugly!! i even stared back and she kept looking at us....not sure whats going on here but the owner needs to check out all their issues. especially with high tourism, it shows lack of the business

Asked for no cheese got cheese with sticker on it that said no cheese got mayo when asked for no mayo. Fries nasty tots were supposed to be large got half full container

Ordered a green Chile cheeseburger with no onions and they put onions, took a bite and burger was cold thought it would be fresh considering i waited for 20 mins Second bite pulled out about a 6 inch hair. My wife's burger was cold to.

Ate here 2 times now. Both times they gave me a nasty tasting milkshake. Idk what was in it but I got largest I could and paid about 6$/ ea shake just to be disappointed and disgusted. My wife has ordered 2 ocean water slushies and also both times came melted. I know you are wondering why we came back, well its because we were hot and wanted to give it a second chance. I get the same order as I used to get in Arizona. And it tastes disgusting here. Both times. Separate months. So it's just how this place does it. The employees are nice and are only doing their jobs. Won't be back for the drinks that's for sure. (maybe they intentionally make them bad so locals don't come back not accusing just genuinely not sure why their drinks are always nasty. ) also 10$+ per person for meals is a bit expensive for nasty fast food.

It's the second time in as many months that I've pulled into Sonic and didn't get waited on. After sitting in the stall for five minutes or more without any acknowledgement or service, I left. I probably won't go back again.

Food was edible but not tasty. Waitress was friendly. We sat in parking lot. Shade available. They have a defunct fountain which had several birds around it

I think they lack on changing their fryer oil alot of the times the food is super dark and over cooked on the outside and still cold on the inside. I would recommend the drinks

Ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon. Unfortunately the bacon was burnt. Tip for the chef: bacon doesn't have to be that crispy all around. Pull it out a bit quicker, or cook it at a lower number on the grill bud. Eggs were perfect. Cheese was fine. Just not the bacon.

Food was warm. Chicken club toaster was chewy and all sides were warm at best. Only hot item was the cookie bites (which are delicious).

For this small-town it is a good option for fast food. I've got it like 5 times the past few weeks and the food is always good and the staff are nice.

tried to give this place a chance but they are gonna get shut down like the sonic in Las Cruces. Car hop handed me a dirty cup asked to replace it and recieved the same cup nasty as cup. Now this time ordered almost 40 bucks straight in the trash. Manager doesn't care about the place... It's sad

We were moving cross-Counyty, East back home to West and missed Sonic as there was none in the area we lived in back East. Decided to stop on the road and this was one was easily accessible. Food was great, have loved Sonic for years and this one did not disappoint!!! The service was great, the employee that helped us was so sweet, I wish I had got her name because she definitely deserves a shout out. Definitely a great stop to make forlunch!!!

The burger was good not excellent but it was good. The tots well they left an after taste in your mouth I think they needed to change there oil. But service and the burger gave it 4 out of 5 stars...

Received our meal quickly and accurately. We already love the sonic Coney dogs, grilled cheese and iced drinks, and the service really puts a cherry on top. Thank you for caring for customers so well today.

Seems much more lately Sonic has been much slower service if any especially when just ordering a soda at that. They take at least 20 minutes (for a soda) or completely forget about your order. It has happened numerous times and drive through is not much faster. Some car hops as well need to practice math skills when handing correct change back as well. The food seems fresher earlier in the day compared to later evening. Unfortunately not many fast food places in town so we'll just deal with the lackluster Sonic here in TorC.

Most elaborate landscaping I've ever seen at a Sonic, especially in T or C, I would say the food is pretty consistent with the franchise overall, not the best but fine.

I had a bacon double cheese burger and got food poisoning. It was terrible and I was very very sick. I wont ear at sonic ever again.

One of the very few places open in Truth or Consequences on Christmas day. Service was nice and food was good. Grateful to get something yummy on the holiday.

My food has been barely warm and/or overcooked every time I've been here... but you can't really mess up shakes or slushies!

We stopped at this sonic after fishing and we were pretty hungry, well they weren't very busy, like three cars in the stalls and two ahead of us, it took thirty minutes to get to the order speaker, and another twenty to get our food ( 4 corn dogs and two burgers,one coke and one fry), and then they forgot my fries, probably won't stop there next time we visit Elephant Butte/T or C😬

Was a simple online order. The stall I pulled in to didn't work. Angelica answered phone and did a great job with her positive additude. Brought my stuff right out with a smile on her face she was happy to help.
