Tony's is the best..! Today was my 59th Birthday so we had to eat there to celebrate. My wife and I had our first date there 14 years ago when it was still LaPinata. As a result we had them caterer our wedding. We just moved back to T or C less than a month ago and we've already eaten there 4 times. Our favorite server is Freddie, he always makes us feel welcome. If you want a great meal eat at Tony's... NOW..!

Was an amazing lil spot. Service was hand down amazing. Also everything we had was perfect. And the salsa was amazing. So good our lil one (7years old) was tearing it up. Even thought it had heat up front. Their red sauce is a must for any dish. And the Mexican burger I had , was so freaking good. I would come back , hands down.

Visiting T&C for 5 days and we've been pretty disappointed in most of the restaurants we've tried. Quality and Hospitality (or lack of) have been mediocre at best. On our last day here we decided to try Tony's. We arrived and ordered our food to take back to the RV. The place was very clean, inside & out. The staff were very pleasant and obviously enjoyed what they were doing. The food was fresh and made just the way we ordered it. Everything was great! They truly understand what it means to be in the "Hospitality" business. Thank you!

The restaurant is a bit shabby but if I could give 6 stars I would because the food is BAM BAM BAM!!! Stuffed sopapilla dinner and combination plate -red sauce and rice were some of the best I’ve eaten in New Mexico! Everything on our plates was cooked with excellent flavor!! Very few restaurants I’ve been to rate this highly for me. Our compliments to your chefs and wait staff!

Tony’s is awesome. We both had the Chile Rellinos with the tasty red sauce and Churros for breakfast! Our server Laura was super busy, but handled things perfectly, and was very personable and friendly the whole time. Anytime we’re in T or C we make it a point to dine at Tony’s. It’s always a treat!

This was a gem! We rolled into T or C kinda late by local standards and wanted a bite before we checked into our hotel. I'm a pretty picky Mexican cook worry with some really good family recipes. This place put a big ol smile on my face! First, it was packed but the single server handled all the tables without a problem... she was amazing. 2. The red enchilada sauce was the best I've ever had. Seriously. I want to hide in the kitchen and watch them make it! 3. Portions were generous and the beans (my personal test for authenticity) were fabulous. 4. The salsa (my other test) was fresh and tasty. Overall, highly recommended!

The food was amazing. The only reason i give it a 4 star is the fries. The oil used was a bit old, and the fries were cooked a little over, but they still had good seasoning and texture.

Food was good, wish I could say great. They were looking to close up early, so we felt a little rushed. Not a lot of choices in T or C, this one is worth the stop

Great lunch on a Saturday morning while passing through town. The front desk at the hotel recommended this restaurant over a few others I saw I google and I’m glad he did. The food was perfectly prepared at a good price. Service was fast and the setting was comfortable. Highly recommended.

A nice low key Mexican restaurant. The food was good and so was the service. No frills basic Mexican food menu at a reasonable price. The atmosphere was good and the service was prompt. We will be back again as we live within walking distance. A nice neighborhood place with a loyal clientele.

Breakfast was amazing, and that's saying a lot coming from a bacon lover. The Huevous Rancheros is wonderful. Judging by the number of locals, I presume the Menudo is spectacular. I plan to have it next time.

I got some of the best food I've had in years here, absolutely shocked me how cheap the bill was too. If you want a bunch of amazing food for a low price go here, you won't regret it.

The person that recommended this place had ate their quesadillas And very much liked them. We were going to go eat at One of the Mexican restaurants which I had eaten at twice before and liked but we were driving on the road where the restaurant is and saw it Passed by and turned around to go eat there instead. I am very glad we did. The chili relleno which had and smothered was excellent in taste and size. Wow! Very good. The quesadillas were also very good. Some of the best I have had from any restaurant in this country or out of from family or self made 🙂 I also liked that they gave chips and salsa which is a rarity now in restaurants. I gave them a five stars in all because even though a smaller hometownish restaurant They deserve all five with how handled prepared all well. We did sit inside to order and as waited some for our dinners so did experience the indoors and atmosphere and activity. I very much recommend this good local small hometown feel restaurant 🙂👍

Tony's has amazing Mexican food. It's really good. The service is great and very friendly. The restaurant is a little small so it's a tight atmosphere but a very comfortable one. You can special order almost anything. It's a great place.

Its a Wow!! Got the huevos rancheros green(chunky meat its beef) the beans, the meat the chile the potatoes! Coffe everything was so tasty! The price was really good! And the churros were delicious. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was unique. Close to river bend and in the main street. 10 out of 10 For the people that matter this issue the beans are made with soy oil and not lard!

Everything was really good! Carne asada was excellent, red chile was delicious, tamales were a little low on meat but still good. Had to ask for chips and salsa. Both were excellent.

Small and cozy restaurant, very friendly staff. The food is great and there are several plates to choose from. A little out of the way, but every time I head out to Northern New Mexico I make sure I stop by for some breakfast.

My husband and I at Tony's two times when we were in Truth or Consequences. Very small,but clean and great food. The wait staff were kind and friendly both times. I don't know how they could keep up taking care of all the customers, but they did a great jib.

Excellent Mexican food, friendly staff, Huge portions, and inexpensive! What else do you need? If you are looking for fancy, this ain’t it. But if you are seeking a local vibe and well prepared food, they have it in spades. House made fresh guacamole and salsa. The salsa has some bite. Both delicious. Homemade tortillas too. My very reasonably priced chicken fajitas was a huge portion. It could have fed two. The fixings were fresh and plentiful. My wife’s grilled tilapia was perfectly prepared. She cleaned her plate. (She never does that 😊) We were only in T or C for a couple of nights. So we only ate here one time. But I would go back in a heartbeat. One note: No alcohol.

A decent ambiance, and Fanta food. I'm sorry, but wait times and staff have to be considered in my review. Morning staff probably need to have their coffee before starting the day or. . . Something, but they are so lost to the world (at least in my hand full of morning visits). Afternoon, my goodness the wait time for food was awful. I can't honestly tell you the cause, but it took a long while to get our food. I am tempted to say worth the wait, but not quite.

When I come here to TorC, I stop here for the NM style enchiladas with the Hatch red chile and egg on top. La comida esta super! Muy sabrosa!

We had the Beef fajitas and the Carne asada quesadilla. Man these were some flavorful plates! A must try and a must come back! Quesadilla has 4 pieces I got ahead of myself. N these r pretty big plates. Good prices. Great service.

Excellent Mexican food at great prices. Best enchiladas in town by far, huge portions.

Delicious, I got the green Chile Quesadilla, a side of carne asada, and chicken crispy tacos. I enjoyed the food and service was excellent!
