Yum! We weren't sure what to expect, but it was perfect. They accept cards, which was our first concern since we were outta cash. Everything on the menu looked great and we couldn't decide. When we asked for a recommendation, the lady told us the blue corn enchiladas would probably be her go to choice since it's kinda unique. So we did that. Each of us got the same thing but we skipped the ground beef on top and added an over medium egg instead. One of us got green chile (which did not disappoint in hotness nor flavor) and the other got red. We split them because we both couldn't decide which we liked better - the red or the green. The food was delicious, the service was great, and it's such a perfectly cozy spot! I will definitely be back here.

I'm a vegetarian and Carmen's was a good stop for me. The food was authentic, hot and delicious. I was stuffed when I left the place. The service was so good that it made me want to live in Truth or Consequences just so I could come back here over and over again.

Very Small Place, But Big on Taste! The fajitas were seasoned perfectly, came out nice and crisp on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Homemade flour tortillas were good. The tamale plate was good. The spanish rice was a bit soupy, but still good. The hot ham and cheese was on crisp and buttery Texas toast. We enjoyed it!

It was delicious. I had an omelette my husband had the juevos rancheros and he said the red sauce was excellent, not too hot. The menu said it came with beans and rice but he got beans and potatoes which was a nice surprise for breakfast. It had like four, four top tables and one two top in the center. Very small. It was freezing cold when we walked in but the turned down the air so it eventually became comfortable.

Love the burritos. I had the burrito smothered with the green chilie sauce. With just enough heat to get my taste buds a wake up call. Not enough to start my heartburn.

The best 'no-meat' lunch burrito in town. I always get red Chile put inside, too. Super sweet service!

The customer service there are very friendly. It was a nice little diner and clean. Their fried potatoes were very good. The green chile needs some help.

This is a small place. Food is amazing and so was the service. I am visiting T or C for the day so it was great to find a delicious place to nourish myself. Whenever I'm in town, I will definitely make a stop here again.

Had a smothered beef burrito plate with beans. It was excellent as well as the chips and salsa. The red sauce on the burrito had some heat to it.

Amazing green chile cheesburger! Very friendly as I walked in and ordered minutes to closing. Will definitely come again!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Johnny B’s is a β€œHoney, stop the car!” kind of place! You don’t have to be a local to be treated well. πŸ‘πŸ‘ Tony's is the best..! Today was my 59th Birthday so we had to eat there to celebrate. My wife and I had our first date there 14 years ago when it was still LaPinata. As a result we had them caterer our wedding. We just moved back to T or C less than a month ago and we've already eaten there 4 times....
