We waited at drive thru 18 minute while the jeep in front of us continued a conversation with his working employee friend. The employee not caring he had a line. We finally got out of line at drive thru parked and went in. Upon this another customer did the same tired of waiting while these teenagers finished their personal business. With this being said never again. Can't leave children unattended management.

About a year ago I had the same problem, I'm a senior citizen and I can't get the covid-19, SRV the flu ( influenza ) and I asked them if they put their mask on and I was wearing my mask and they would not. They said they don't have to if they don't want to. They cannot do one small courtesy is that for one person? So I can't get Subway sandwiches there anymore, I told them that and they said they didn't care at all.

I asked for turkey on my sandwich and the man behind the counter told me he can’t do that and that I need to leave or he’s going to call the cops on me. I haven’t eaten all day and your employee was the rudest person I’ve ever met. He made me cry and ruined my vacation. Other customers behind me saw what he did and left after how he treated me. I’ve reported this location to the better business bureau and expect that employee to be fired for treating customers so poorly. This was almost a year ago. I was ordering off the app like I usually did. I had stopped using the app after this incident. I had visited New Mexico location over the weekend from Texas. So when I was done with my order I didn't realize I ordered from the wrong location until it was finalized that I had gotten the old location from where I was in NM. I called and they canceled my order. And I called back to bc I forgot to ask how long is it going to take to get my refund. These people did not answer my calls. And when they finally answered it was nothing but a LOUD beeping sound of the toaster machine. The beep was so loud and unexpected and done on purpose. I never forgot about the rudeness I received from that Subway store ever. I never used the app again and still never gone to a Subway again. Hire young high school kids you get young high School behavior.

It must be nice to own a magic sea monster that charms every male boss you'll ever have in life so things like accountability, the ability to work, or even put together someone's sandwich in front of them because you've got a call in order you're deciding to put between me and my kids sandwiches. Can't even properly put sliced meat on a piece of bread. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The young lady who fixed MY black forest ham protein bowl fixed it " TOTALLY PERFECT WITH THE OLIVES, BANNANA PEPPERS, RED ONIONS , AND THE GRADED JACK CHEZ ALL WAS PORTIONED JUST PERFECT? SHE NEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING FOR SURE TORC ,NM SUBWAY IS A GREAT PLACE TO EAT WHEN IN TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES GIVE THEM A TRY??

Waited in the drive thru for about 5 minutes without any help. Drove up to the window and saw two girls in the back chatting. Didn't seem like they wanted to work. Drove away never got service

Pretty clear the workers had no interest in being there. Out of nearly everything. There are much better places in town.

Came here and got a couple subs for the family. Food was good and the sandwich Artist Angela was so nice and made the best sandwich. Will go back and hopefully She's there again to make my food.

Placed an online order for my daughter whom unfortunately recently moved to T or C .. called to change curb side pick up to drive thru... call was answered by a male and when i asked for his name to address him he kept returning the question with "what's your name " he ended up hanging up on me and when i tried to call back there was no answer. Very unprofessional attitude and from what Ive been told the few fast food restaurants in T or C have the worst customer service. Where is management??? Do they know what kind of employees the have hired??

Went for a dinner date. Service was good. There was a new young lady on her first day. But she was doing well. Keep up the good work ladies. I'll be back to visit.

CLEAN AND FRIENDLY! My favorite lunch spot. Not just any subway. Always fresh and precise. His the spot everytime.

The italian herbs and cheese veggie delite was the best sandwich in this town the tomatos olives the onions I don't think it could go wrong

Bread was so hard I had to eat it open faced. Store was very warm ,like no AC .

Server seemed angry. I guess having to make sandwiches could be a downer. Food is always good, just wish for a better interaction.

Went to Subway on Sunday 7/9/23 3:22pm Ordered 2 philly subs foot long When it was time to put on The veggies I asked for spinach, the young lady said we don't have anymore same with the onions the tomatoes look green not good this has happened to us a couple of times I am thinking that Corporate office needs to know how this place is being run. Or my be retrain

Little slow sometimes but, very friendly staff and ingredients are fresh not to mention, they aren't scared to actually put meat on the sandwich. I love this restaurant and visit frequently

Sorry to say I used to be a big Subway fan, but that is fading. Recent remodel of this location has it looking more like an antiseptic Apple store. Prices have gotten ridiculous. I used to be able to get 2 foot longs, 2 drinks and chips for me and my son for $20-25. Last time I went i ordered the same footlongs, no drinks and no chips and it was $43. I get that things are more expensive now but this is out of line. I'll eat at home from now on.
