I
was
disappointed
with
my
experience
here.
The
lighting
was
very
nice
and
I
enjoyed
plunging
into
the
river
but
I
was
expecting
a
relaxing
atmosphere.
Instead
it
was
a
social,
party
like
environment.
There
was
a
woman
face
timing
from
the
pool
and
two
of
the
tubs
had
noisy
groups.
The
water
never
got
very
hot
so
it
felt
more
like
hanging
out
in
a
regular
heated
pool.
I
love
a
good
bathhouse
or
spa
and
frequent
them
in
NYC
and
anytime
I
travel.
I
don't
mind
conversation
but
this
was
really
obnoxious.
If
you're
staying
there
then
I'm
sure
it's
fine
as
you
can
come
and
go
as
you
please
and
avoid
the
noisier
crowd.
But
paying
for
one
hour
at
$25-35
is
not
worth
the
risk.
They
have
private
tubs
for
a
higher
cost
which
might
be
a
good
option
but
there
are
plenty
of
private
soaks
in
the
area
for
way
less.
The
one
I
used
at
the
Charles
was
very
nice
and
way
hotter.
They
also
provided
towels.
I
suggest
Riverbend
implement
quiet
hours
so
hourly
paying
guests
can
also
have
a
relaxing
time.
Or
give
guests
a
larger
window
of
time.
