We had a room for 4, only provided us with 3 bath towels. When we request additional towels we were told there weren't any. Our room hadn't been properly cleaned, there was food on the floor, an empty beer bottle on the WI dow sill, a cup with ashes in it on the window sill, and some one else's ID on the night stand. I called the front desk and was told she was the only person there to clean it so it would be a bit before she could get us there, it was only about a half hour that she brought someone else in to vacuum and wipe things down, that was reasonable to us. We are Diamond members and spent $240 for a one night stay, I do not think it is unreasonable to expect clean conditions when we arrived.

We called ahead and made sure the pool was working. They told us 3 time it was ready to go before we got there . When we arrive, we got to our room that is supposed to be as suite but actually was just a couch that had a pull-out mattress and 2 queen beds😬😬😬 So we got to the pool and it says it's closed we talk to front desk and they say the person that was cleaning it had to leave to go to Albuquerque for eye appointment which is understandable but there's nobody else there that could clean it? We were there for 3 days, and the pool was never ready. It had a nasty film on top of it. Plus when we went to make coffee with the coffee machine in room it had old coffee grounds. My 3-year-old kept bringing me dead bugs. Breakfast was the only really good thing I like the little cereal boxs Spent $421.27

the bed skirts were dirty with questionable stains. this was communicated to the staff member at the front desk after we checked in and looked at our room. the staff member informed us there was nothing he could do and said "i don't know what to tell you" about our concerns with the dirty bed skirt. the curtains were also stained. there was a quarter left behind on the floor and a used disposable cup on the floor in the bathroom - details showing how well the room was cleaned after the last person stayed. we were not supplied with enough washcloths for the three of us that were staying, there was only one however the reservation was made for two adults and one child. breakfast the following day was disappointing so we went to eat elsewhere; there was no cream cheese for the bagels, the waffle maker was broken, and the only other hot food was sausage patties that ran out and scrambled eggs. we didn't come for the jacuzzi but this too was not working properly. Plus, restroom shower no contain, I asked the front desk receptionist and she said is the only one working here, and also she stated will bring me a towel to mop the floor my self. The toilet was so nasty, dirty and Floors with hair and insects dead behind it. Carpets dirty as hell. The swimming pool with green water and dirt in the bottom of it. I can’t wait tomorrow in the morning to see how the breakfast will be, but my expectations are not good anymore. I really want my money back. Honestly do not waist your money paying for something is offered and is a lied.

BEST hotel breakfast EVER! Clean rooms. Friendly staff. The kids LOVED the pool. We will certainly stay here again!

There was Mold in the room. Breakfast was terrible milk, sour eggs. Horrible, no fruit, no yogurt, no orange juice. No ice at all in the building was waiting to speak to the manager. Cause our bike was hit in the parking lot. She was outside smoking when we reviewing the camera.

Well, not as advertised. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a while and was filthy. Used towels were hanging in the bathroom. No soap (they were out). The bathroom exhaust fan screamed and couldn't be used (but, so what). The hotel lacks in both housekeeping and maintenance. Now, with that said, the bed was just fine and I slept well.

Comfortable nights rest. Nothing fancy but definitely comfy and clean. Right across the road from the superchargers. The breakfast offered some hot food and lots of breads and cereals. We slept well.

Check in was a breeze. She was very pleasant and had everything ready and waiting. Rooms were comfortable, nice hot water, lots of pillows, good heat. Breakfast was good, alot of variety. I would stay here again.

Very nice staff and nice rooms. Business trip for 4 nights and plenty of restaurants and accommodations nearby. Only problem was the poor ice machine. It was usually out of ice other than that it was great for a business stay.

This was the best hotel/ motel we stayed at on our cross country road trip. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast selection was nice. It also had a workout room and pool. The Denny’s across the street was also very convenient.

Comfortable bed, good location. However, one thing was very disappointing. The hotel is listed as pet-friendly, yet they provided no comfortable place for our pup to walk and do her business. I was directed to a trashy patch in the back which was filled with sharp rocks and burrs (and an empty poop bag dispenser). Our dog tried twice to go there, but limped out and refused to go back. I understand that this is in New Mexico and grass is not easily available, but every other place we stayed on our two-week southwestern trip made some EFFORT to provide either smooth gravel, sod, straw or even dirt. We had to walk down to the Motel 6 for her to find a spot where she could eliminate. Maybe local dogs are used to the sharp rocks and goatheads, but this is a hotel (with comfort in its name) and ought to be able to provide better for its four-legged guests.

The TV didn't work, the Wi-Fi was down, there are two vending machines and both of those were broken. The refrigerator basically fell to pieces upon opening it. All of this and we were still charged full price for the room. I'll never stop at a Comfort Inn & Suites again.

Clean and comfortable. A little older building but price was reasonable. Just off the freeway. Manager was very helpful. Breakfast was good and adds value.

The employees were helpful and friendly. They gave me a coupon for Denny's next door. The beds were comfortable. Thete are freshly baked cookies in the front daily. Will be back.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were good. The room however was a different story. It was very musty smelling, there was still coffee in the coffee pot from the occupant before us and the room was warm. It wouldn’t cool enough even with the AC on as low as possible.

The cleanliness of this room was not good! Dead bugs on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom floor, questionable stains in the carpet, wallpaper was peeling from the wall in the bathroom and when we got up there was a live bug walking around our room. I would recommend new cleaning people and possibly a exterminator. I will say the front desk person was very nice and helpful.

Like other reviews state the rooms are a bit dated, however, I was pleased with the cleanliness. The beds were very comfortable to me as well as the pillows. I enjoyed staying here. Denny's is right next door and walmart is right across the street. I liked the location. I would stay here again.

Clean updated comfortable and quiet room. Friendly staff. Most comfortable bed I have slept in for a long time. They thought of everything that a guest might need. Down to a bottle opener installed on the wall. Plenty of outlets, great lighting options, great HVAC, nice furnishings, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, extra towels, pillows, and more. I was impressed because it was so reasonably priced. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as nice as this one. I highly recommend.

This was an excellent find. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff friendly. We were traveling with my terminal mother and two 8 week old puppies on a cross country trip. The pet fee is minimal and they do not put you in a downgraded room like many of the hotels do. We actually stayed an extra night for my mom to rest because the rooms were so comfy. Direct tv with plenty of movie channels. And shout out to Trevor at the front desk for helping us get on the wifi from our iPhones, he took ok about 10 minutes guiding us old folks through it!! Also prime location to the state park and hot bath district, as well as Geronimo trail. Will definitely come back if we are in the area.
