Personally I love little Caesars But today I had the worst Experience I went in & the worker ( Hazel ) said they only had the $5 pizza or a 10 min wait , I went ahead & looked at the pizza they had already made You could tell it was old & burnt I said that’s fine I can go ahead & wait the 10 min she proceeded to tell me it will turn out the same way & so did another worker named ( Josh ) “ there was no dough but they went ahead & made there people who where picking her up a pizza I kept saying that would be fine I’ll wait the 10 minutes. She starred to get so much attitude like it made her mad to do her own job ? I waited 5 minutes for them to hand me the same pizza they put in the oven , I received a burnt pizza hard as a rock as crust I couldn’t believe it. As I proceeded to walk off she thought it was necessary to say ( it’s on my tag my name is hazel like girl. It isn’t hard to do a job you get paid for I’m more then upset with not only there service but to receive food in that kind of way. Tomorrow I will be going in to get my money back when they open.

Yesenia went above & beyond with the customer service even though they were already getting ready to close. The team did a great job with the pizza, definitely coming to this Ceasers from now on !

So not only does this pizza tastes gross they changed their pricing. It used to be a one topping pizza was $5. I always order a pepperoni, which I hate but my son loves and a mushroom for my daughter and I. The total was always a little under $11 cuz of tax. Now if I don't want to eat pepperoni, my mushroom pizza that used to cost $5 is now $9. My other choice now is to order a plain cheese pizza which used to be $4 but is now$5. Apparently anything other than their greasy pepperoni is considered "custom" so the base price, dough, is $7 and each topping that isn't pepperoni is $1.99 on top of that. This pizza has become so disgusting that if it wasn't for my son liking it, I'd never buy it. I'd rather pay more for Peter Piper Pizza and know it'll be worth the money I'm spending because at least it tastes good never again.. its so gross.

Ordered two extra most bestest and one came out correct and the other is very poorly made and it seemed like they ran out of ingredients while making the pizza.

We called and ordered, 3 pepperoni pizzas, and 1 peperoni, sausage, and jalepeños and 2 crazy breads, with sauce. And they said it was around 28 dollars. Then when we went to pick it up, they said it was one pep pizza, and one pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeños, and two crazy bread. So obviously who ever answered wasn't listening to the customer. They need to listen and repeat the order. This is unacceptable!

My 5 year old son loves Little Caesars, what can I say. Been going to this location for 3 years. Consistently clean. Good service. Love using the app for ordering. Especially when they get slammed on busy nights.

Dont you hate it when you walk into a business and no one says helo just look at you and go back to talking and then wait 10 minutes for some girl to finally put up with your order

Broken equipment and terrible service. I ordered through the app and when I got there and entered my code the door wouldn’t open to give me my pizzas. I told the lady at the register and she just looked at me (or in my direction) and said “okay” and kept taking orders from the people in line. After several minutes I was finally able to flag down someone from the back when they happened to look my way for them to come up and give me my pizza.

Fast service for a large order, however, the pizzas were not sliced throughout, at moment of serving was hard and very messy.

Everything tastes good the only downside about this little Caesar’s is they never cut the pizza correctly have to do it at home.

The pizza was Hot but not Ready as the sign stated. Tried to order the slices and sticks advertised but was told the bacon sticks were only available online. Waited about 20 mins for order which is usually kept stocked. Girl who took order was not friendly and had no customer service skills. Pizza was light on toppings and heavy on sauce.

I like this location cause I love the crazy bread sticks! Every time I come here I always get the bread sticks and sometimes the pizza but I prefer the bread sticks over the pizza usually. I think their staff is usually rude even when I go thru the drive thru they are always distracted and very unprofessional. The girl who was working the drive thru was acting weird and kept laughing with the coworkers and just being obnoxious. She didn't give me the right amount of change back so I had to go back thru again and make sure she got it correct. She obviously doesn't know how to handle money, she shouldn't be working the register she clearly wasn't educated or prepared for a customer.

I have only been here twice, but I haven't had a problem yet. Yea there is a wait, but that's what happens when you order "made to order".

There's something to be said about a good value. Not the best pizza in the world, but not the worst for half, if not less than half of the price of other big chains. Lots of food for the big family but not lots of cost. Great choice when you don't want to cook, but you don't want to break the bank on dinner.

I mean, it's Little Caesars, you know what you're going to get. We love this pizza though, great value for the product. The line can be long at times depending on current demand. The last few times we have gone we have stood in line for around 10 minute's but it's well worth the wait.

This Christmas photo really sums up why little Caesars is great. They skimp on the pomp and frivolities but pay attention where it counts.

Definitely a clean and friendly location most of us know what Little Caesars going to taste like I mean come on crazy bread? Can't go wrong. But I highly recommend you order ahead because they're a little automated machine is fun...

Food portion of the order is always great (accurately made, hot, tasty, etc) but regularly don't receive ordered beverage(s). Not sure if the fault lays with drivers or staff but orders obviously need to be double checked for completion before going out. Asking my delivery drivers where ordered drinks listed on the receipt are got old a while ago. I hate that I've been paying an extra $3-6 for literally nothing nearly every time I order and none of the drivers have ever gone back to correct it when the mistake is realized (which of course they wouldn't because no one in a gig job is going to trade the next timely order payment for 20-30 min of wasted time to correct a less than $10 mistake that was likely made by shop staff) I called in a few months ago concerning this and I was simply offered a free drink on my next online order but not given a code or any info on how to redeem this "offer". We will either be making a point to go buy our own drinks elsewhere before placing an order from now on or simply start ordering more from other places that actually deliver everything that was paid for more reliably.

I had surgery, not allowed to drive. Went online to LC to get delivery to my home. Tried three times, couldn’t get to the pay and deliver screen. I called the restaurant. A very nice lady tried to walk me through the online procedure. I did what she told me to do, but could never get to the final instructions on screen. It was VERY frustrating! I finally ordered my pizza from a different restaurant. Sorry Little Caesar, but I found your online site too formidable!
