The owners are very friendly, helpful and awesome. The rooms are very cozy & clean. I enjoy staying here weekly sometimes.

Rooms are nice. Housekeeping staff is nice. But the owner of the place is rude. And definitely not a person who should be dealing with the public. If you plan to be in town for more than one night I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Very clean facilities. Friendly staff. Room was furnished with a microwave and a 7.5 cu ft refrigerator/freezer tv table etc… it’s out of the hustle and bustle of tourists which is nice because it’s very quiet.

Clean and comfortable rooms with convenient location. Low noise level. Nice sheets on beds, full size refrigerator and micro oven. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not function properly. Be aware smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of establishmen, $100.00 fine.

This place is in need of a major upgrade. For sure this place is over priced considering the destressed rooms they have available. If you can find any other available hotel in the area I say take it.

We checked in, service was good. Went fishing and came back in the evening. Smell of urine the room, bed was uncomfortable. We decided get a room at a different motel. Didn't get Expedia refund, we took to long to check out because we were out fishing.

We loved this Motel!!! Check in was easy. Very friendly and helpful staff. The owner turned on the AC in our room well before we arrived so it would be comfy. We were impressed with the room we stayed in. It was very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again. We loved the little room set up with complimentary items, (coffee, ice, fruit, milk, cereal, and more). The view was pretty great too!!!!!

It's comfortable and cozy, the owner is really nice. Clean rooms, fluffy towels and firm bed. Very strict about non smoking rooms, I'm fine with that though. I do wish we could make food in our rooms, but that is against the policy. For the price and place and convenience not a bad choice, just know you'll be buying food while here regularly.

We paid $109.00 per night. The rooms are tiny, no coffee pot, not even a cup in the rooms. The T.V. did not work, we were told that there was nothing they could do about it. We were also told to feel free in finding another place to stay, but we would not get a refund. I told her that was a poor way to run a business, she said I'm not going to argue with you and the office was closed and hung up.

Relatively quiet. Good place to stay. Don't care for the beds nor the AC.

Great people running this motel make u feel like u r welcome makes Shure all of there gest and tenants r happy to the best of there abilities amazing people I have to say only motel I can truly say I have enjoyed every minute of my stay and would definitely recommend any one to stay a night or a month

Services!!!! .You get clean towels etc. .don't expect it to be a Ritz .coffee makers. Etc .if you're staying longer you keep your own room cleaned.people do surprise you when they expect a little too much

It is easy to book a popular hotel and bypass the smaller motels but I am so glad that I read the reviews for the Rio Grande motel because they were spot on. As part of our anniversary weekend, I could have booked into another hotel but I can tell you, we would not have received the hospitality that we experienced at this motel. Very friendly and again very welcoming and just down to earth a great family feeling. They treated us very special for our final anniversary weekend stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I would give this place 1000 stars if I could get away with it! The owners are nice and easy to work with, the rooms are quaint and very very clean and the shower..oh the shower ... ~sigh~. The water was perfectly hot, and The pressure The pressure is INCREDIBLE!! 1000 stars just for the shower alone, much less everything else that this place has to offer. I highly recommend this place to everyone traveling south on I 25

Very nice clean place, wonderful service and very nice People who run it.

It's a very quaint and quiet little motel. We stayed in Room 41 and the only problem was the bed closest to the bathroom was so bad and made a loud noise every time I tried to get comfortable. It kept waking up my roomie too. I finally got tired of trying and got up. Now I'm dealing with hip pain on a 600 mile trip.

For the money you’re paying—this place is it! Very well priced and super clean. The breakfast bar was amazing! We’d definitely stay here again.

Have stayed at the Rio Grande on several occasions when in the area and will certainly continue to do so. A good clean reasonably priced location.
