This was a new experience for me. Calling a salon I had never used. My regular gal was on vacation and I needed a color touch-up. It turned out well for me. Ashley & her assistant Lillie worked together to give me a new style and update my color. I brought a picture in for a new style and the delivered. The atmosphere was a nice warehouse style vibe. I wish there was a 10 for rating! Paige is the sweetest and my most favorite hair dresser of all times. She listens so well and my hair is literally perfect. Cut and color are better than I could have ever imagined.

My facial with Ashi was incredible! Not only does my skin feel incredibly fresh and rejuvenated, Ashi made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I can’t wait to go back and see her again.

Suzanne is the best! She is so knowledgeable, and makes the whole experience so wonderful. I love chatting with her and learning about all the amazing things lasers can do to stop time.

Shaela Bernard is a superb hairstylist and gives a very good cut. I am almost 79 years but I leave the salon looking sophisticated and feeling attractive. I highly recommend this salon. When I was sick for a few weeks, they went out of their way changing appointments and rescheduling new appointments very graciously.

Every time I walk through the door at Tres Chic I immediately feel comfortable, respected, listen to and relaxed. I am truly amazed at how attentive, genuine and talented the entire staff is. They are a family and it's rare these days to feel included and cared about. I highly recommend supporting yourself and a business that cares about people's well being.

Ashi was great, enviornment however needs some work. Clock ticks so loud it drowns out the music. The music on a loop is lazy on the business, there are amazing choices available. The greeting at the front desk was fake and distracted. 2 stars for the business, 5 for Ashi

Olivia listened really well to what I wanted, and gave me exactly that. She helped educate me about how to achieve the looks I was after, and what products would be helpful. And, she’s very personable. I really enjoyed my time with her, and I’m very happy with the cut and style. I’ll definitely be back.
