My fiance bent her ring and I spent hours trying to find a repair shop that could fix it without a 3+ week wait. As soon as I connected with the gentleman working at this store, he said he could knock it out same day, and did so in 30 minutes. Now, that is excellent service but he didn't stop there. He not only fixed the ring, he cleaned it, checked the diamonds for cracks, ensured the prongs were tight, and double checked that it fit properly- all for free. We didn't buy the ring here, but regardless of that, they went out of their way to make us feel like we did. I'm not sure the next time I will be in the market for jewelry but if that's how they treated someone who didn't even buy from them, I can only imagine how they would treat a customer. I'll go out of my way to make my next purchase here and if you're on the fence shopping- this is the place. Also, the store was incredible on its own. 10/10

I am very pleased and satisfied with the outcome of my ring. Stephen customized a band for my engagement ring perfectly. He only had it for a short time before finishing it and soldering it together. Price was very reasonable and the service he provided was very personal and trustworthy. I will be and already have been, recommending him to anyone that needs customized jewelry. I had tried big jewelry companies before meeting him and was not pleased with their services or recommendations. Definitely will continue to use him for any and all jewelry needs in the future.

We were in town for my daughters wedding and they squeezed us in to resize and repair my wedding ring. I know he stayed late to do it so that I could have it the next morning! And when I went to pick it up first thing in the morning his lovely wife gifted me with two beautiful chocolates. My only regret is that I don’t live closer to use them all the time!!! Excellent work!

Steve and Carol are some of the most kind, helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable people that I know. They NEVER fail to amaze me. My now fiancé custom designed my engagement ring with Steve and I could not be more obsessed with it! As you can see I can't stop taking pictures of it haha!
