Chi was able to get my large party in and was very welcoming. She was respectful to my mom and had a great sense of humor. I had my ombré dip nails done by Ann, literally the best nails I’ve ever had. Her artwork is beautiful and her attention to detail ensured that the contours were not too bulky and transitioned smoothly into my natural nails. She was quick but I didn’t feel like she rushed. Although I live further away I will be returning to request that Ann gives my nails a little spice!

Lake Oswego Nails is the absolute best salon I have been to across the four states I have lived in. Anh (Ann) is SUCH a talented artist and keeps up with all the trendy designs and styles. If you go in with an idea of what you want, she makes it happen, and will make it PERFECT. They are so friendly, offering complimentary tea/water/wine and are quick to help if you accidentally break a nail. They make an effort to make you feel welcome - as more than just a customer. I can’t recommend this place enough. I have been going for about four months now and will be a forever customer due to their consistency. It was about time to write a review. Hannah had amazing patience while.working with me! She understood what I wanted amd delivered! Happy with the service and the place manager also came by and assured everything was going fine, which shows great customer service. They offered drinks as well! I went here because of the good reviews, and after trying it out i can say I am happy & it's worth it!

I highly recommend going here to get your nails done! I live in Washington and make the drive here because the quality and service are SO worth it. Everyone is so nice and attentive. I go to Vivian, who has done a phenomenal job on my nails every time I have come in. I’m super hard on my nails/hands and my dip lasts for over a month without chipping. I honestly can’t say enough good things!

Absolutely amazing. My friends and I are on a girls trip from Washington. We decided we wanted to get pedicures. My friend B called ahead to make an appointment. The latest the owner/hostess could get us in was 4pm. We wanted an earlier time because we had plans to visit a local winery around that time. The hostess/owner said since we are close by to the salon she could get us in right away. When we arrived she was so nice and accommodating. Our chairs were ready to go all we had to do was relax and dip our feet in the hot water. We were offered something to drink. The gals that performed the pedicures were courteous and kind. They did an amazing job! I also noticed that when customers entered in the staff greeted them (customers) with a friendly greeting. The owner/manager was very busy, but still MADE the time to check in with everyone to make sure they were enjoying themselves at the salon. If I didn't live in Washington state, this would be my go to nail salon! Thabkyou so much ladies. We will be back our next girls trip!!

I usually do my own nails but with my freshly broken left thumb there’s no way I could paint my right hand so I decided to pop over here for my first time without an appointment. Luckily 2pm on an idle Monday in the fall happened to be the perfect time for a walk-in as there was only 1 other person in there. I had just given myself a sort-of manicure 2 days ago before breaking my thumb so I just asked for polish which they were happy to oblige. Needless to say I’m very happy with Anh’s perfect expert application as well as her speed and efficiency. Definitely will be visiting again anytime I don’t feel like spending the time to do them myself… or break my thumb again lol

I’ve been here a few times and the pedicures were lovely and I didn’t feel rushed. Polish stays on until it grows out. On my fingers, I have acrylic and had a fill. The tech listened to me and “nailed it.” The shape was good and she took care to make sure they were all even. I upgraded to a chrome finish and got so many compliments on my nails.
