Honestly, I can't believe I am writing a revue about KFC. It's KFC, if you don't know what it tastes like etc. by now then no review is going to help. The chicken itself tasted fine, just like KFC. The issue was the size of the pieces. The 2 thighs were literally the same size of the tiny wings. I put a quarter in the photo to give a reference. I honestly thought the thighs were tiny wings when I pulled them from the bucket. Not large wings, but tiny wings because they were so small. Tasted fine, but not worth it. I've never seen such small pieces before in my life. The breast pieces were normal, not large or small. But the thighs....this chicken skipped leg day. Can you tell the 2 thighs from the wing?

I loved my Chicken and Mac and cheese here. I ordered a K1 but they misunderstood me and gave me an A1. They replaced it immediately and were understanding. My husband got a mashed potato bowl and said it wasn't as good here as most other KFC locations we've been to.

I was here yesterday. Someone said they think they changed thre oil from last year's oil. Unfortunately I have to report,. . it's the same oil. Nothing like a dirt charred drumstick tasting like ashes! Yummy!

KFC trying to hard. New wraps no need to add all of the condiments. Too many flavors. Chicken is still close to what it use to be. A bit smaller but ok.

We tried to use the app and get the $20 fill up box. Anyway we cannot figure out the app but they still gave us the deal at the drive-thru. Excellent customer service and delicious food as always.

The nuggets tasted burned but weren't overcooked. Maybe it was the oil. But the staff was friendly and efficient.

Mt. Dew shouldn't taste like carbonated water everytime you order it from one specific location. My word, Pepsi spells out the mixture.

The customer service is always horrible. You stand at the counter often 5 to 10 minutes waiting for someone to take your order. You can hear people in the back but no amount of shouting will make them come out. If you do finally get service, items are wrong, missing, burnt, or a combo of that. How does this KFC stay in business?

This is the closest KFC to my house (15 minutes drive), so we always order from them. Unfortunately this store often makes mistake. There are missing items in 3 out of 5 of my orders. First mistake - I ordered extra crispy but they gave me original chicken and they were extremely wet and soggy. Second mistake - there were missing 8 pieces of tender from my order. Today’s order which was the third mistake - they didn't give me the sauces that came with the tenders. Furthermore, the chicken was no where near crispy and they tasted stale. Not sure if I’ll be ordering from this location anymore.
