1. Good service and very friendly staff 2. The sad thing is the resto open at 6 am till 10 am and then 6pm till 10 pm 3. I remebered when the AC in my bedroom is broken they replace my room with the new one

This is the best hotel in town. The room was really good. There is no competition here so this is the best one. Everything is quite good. But if i can compare the price with the same star level in the big city something is lacking here. The food is ok but the variation is bad, so for us indonesian we will find something missing, because this hotel.main menu is not indonesia (like spagheti etc).. Maybe because the customer is dominant from out of indonesia. The pool is good but too small.

Space room is ok, bath room is using white lamp, but bed room is using yellow lamp, that i dont like it. Breakfast only a few menu. But staffs are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very nice and cozy with strategic location, near to Boom Beach and Pantai Kelapa. In the evening, there are many street food vendors in the proximity. The hotel also has swimming pool for kid and adult as well as the gym facility. I booked 2 deluxe rooms with connecting door. The rooms are clean and the facilities are sufficiently good. Each room is very spacious, including the bathroom. The hot water is available and working perfectly. The bathtub is also available. The wardrobe inside the room is big and additional table and chair are provided. My suggestion for improvement regarding the room is the quality of wifi. Food for breakfast is delicious but the options are not too many, which is understandable to me, considering the price. The staffs of the hotel are very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a pleasant experience to stay at Resort Tuban Tropis hotel.

Rooms are very comfort to stay a couple of night. But the parking area are very small for some vehicle

This is my favorite hotel when visit to Tuban since 2011, strategic location in city, clean room, good breakfast/ dining and good service. one lack this hotel is limited space for parking car.
