I’m really glad I found this place. All my friends like it. We had such a great experience here- food, drinks, the band, shots - everything was amazing. We arrived at around 530 and we got to see the most beautiful sunset in Bali. It is not a touristic place here, we had a very private and beautiful experience here. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great place to see the sunset in Bali.

Absolutely beautiful atmosphere and dining experience! Balinese dance show and local music group serenading at the table. Food was absolutely delicious and the prices were very fair. Service could have been more attentive.

Had an amazing dinner with my friends, the highlight were the fish and chicken satay. Sunset was really beautiful too. The lemongrass sambals was very fresh and delicious with a hint of spiciness. We also had the fried duck and it was tasty.

Beautiful Experience. I booked a romantic dinner here in advance via email, I showed up and everything was set up already and looked great for our anniversary meal. The effort the staff made was really nice, they even offered to take photos for us and checked up on us regularly. The food was also amazing, a seafood BBQ at Jimbaran is a must do when you come to Bali. This was looked and tasted amazing. The place itself was fairly quiet and not very busy, but I think Jimbaran in general is still recovering from a lack 9f customers due to Covid. Place is a little further away from the other restaurants but it means for a quieter and more peaceful experience. Some minor issues we have was that we were unlucky with the sunset as it was cloudy by that can't be helped. Also I wish the beach itself was managed and tidied regularly as there is a lot of rubbish and large rocks that could be removed to look more stunning.

I celebrated my 50th birthday at Bawang Merah as I wanted a traditional Balinese experience on the beach - right on the sand, and the lovely people at Bawang Merah made it happen. We ordered the seafood basket, it was very fresh and for the kids (teen) we ordered the chicken set menu which they enjoyed, though the satay chicken was a little spicy for my son. Menu was a little difficult to read in the dark (we arrived late) but what a beautiful location, great food and kind, friendly service. Very memorable experience. We also asked for pillows for our chairs as the table was a bit high, and we received these in an instant. The Balinese dancers added a nice touch and the fireworks in the distance made it an extra special night. My only suggestion would be that some background music would add a nice ambience.

Feb 2022: Found this place on Google, a tranquille restaurant with a spacious beach. Were seated just in front of the ocean. Cool. Had a big and tasty seafood package incl. one glass of wine at 350k. Reasonably priced. Also cheaper packages available, even many non-seafood options (duck, chicken, vegetables). Good experience!

This restaurant is located on a beach very close to Jimbaran. As in Jimbaran, there is a wide variety of fresh fish and tables on the sand. In the sea in front of the restaurant there are many boats. We tried from the suggested menus the seafood variety, which had lobster, crab, prawns, mussels, fish, rice and two glasses of wine. Fantastic taste, fresh fish and great grilling. It was definitely the best meal we had in Bali. In total we paid 1,500,000 rupiah for the two of us, which is expensive, but 100% worth it!

We were spending our last night in Bali at a small hotel by the airport and booked this based on the location and reviews, wanting one night on the beach. Little did we know a horrendous storm would come in and ruin our beach plans! However, all the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly and the food was delicious. They allowed me and my daughter to share a seafood platter and I'm glad they did, as there is no way we could have finished it ourselves! The seafood was fresh and tasty and portion sizes generous. After we paid, we weren't able to get a Grab taxi back and the employees helped us and allowed us to stay inside for shelter. They even covered us with an umbrella when we finally were able to get a taxi! Although we did not get to see a gorgeous sunset, we will remember their hospitality and hope to dine here again should we return to beautiful Bali.

Had the famous lobster dinner for us. We love lobster very much and we can say this one is fresh. Sauce was amazing, side dishes were tasty too.

Our Rayunan seafood package was amazing! 700g lobster, 6 king prawn, 300g calamari, 8 clam, 600g fish and a 500g crab, plus soup and vegetables, 2 glasses of wine. After 20% discount and applied tax we paid Rp 1,200,000. Basically a steal given the beach location and good taste of the food!

Definitely a tourist trap but it will still leave you satisfied. A romantic dinner by the beach watching the sunset. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all. Food was awesome! Definitely pricier than the alternatives but it’s for the experience. The seafood was fresh, and the duck was cooked perfectly. They also have traditional Balinese dancers daily. Also have vendors selling fireworks if you want to further brighten the mood

This place was amazing! Our server was excellent, friendly, and polite. My Fiance got the white snapper and I got the grilled king prawn. Both dishes were delicious! The fries were some of the best I've ever had and the ranch dressing was super creamy and flavorful. The ocean view we had was absolutely spectacular. This was a restaurant I would definitely visit again and again!

Just excellent. Taxi driver tried to trick us to go to ‘aroma’, but we trusted the reviews and visited here. It’s in a quieter part of the bay, but service, view and most importantly the food were excellent. Reasonably priced under 70 USD for two. Definitely visit.

We've been many times in this restaurant and during this visit it was raining heavily, we must move from the beach up to the terrace. It was so convenient, spacious terrace, over-viewing the sea and listening to the waves. Food was fresh and delicious. The sambal was excellent. We were two and chose the Rayunan package which was amazing and we had more than enough meal. Good value for money. While having the dinner we watched the Balinese dance, so beautiful. I really recommend this restaurant for having value dinner for groups, family or company dinner.

Very highly recommend. My most favourite restaurant. The level of service is impeccable. Food is equally as amazing. Fresh seafood and meat. Amazing menu with a variety of seafood, meat and vegetarian options. Wine menu also extensive and impressive. Great views of the water.

Our driver Efendy took us here for a sunset seafood dinner & we had a great time. We actually came here twice & ordered the same thing but had it cooked differently. The staff was very friendly, on our first visit they set up another table up for us so we could have a front row table of the sunset (our driver gave us that hook up). The the rice of course was included but we left untouched which was the only reason we were able to finish all the seafood. The lobster & muscles/clams were delicious. The beach vibe is good there are other restaurants close by & a lot going on but still relaxing & enjoyable. This place is a little pricey but worth the splurge, especially during sunset.

Very disappointing. $200 for 1 lobster thermidor and 6 prawns. Our “800 gram” lobster Thermidor was filled with chunks of onions and mushroom and barely 50 grams of lobster, if that. The staff were very aware and sheepish and almost immediately took 10% off the bill without even advising us while we were paying, even though I didn’t really complain or ask them to, they were claiming they were discounting “because you weren’t happy with the meal”. They were expecting us to be unhappy because they knew they’d ripped us off. I only chose this place because of the Trip Advisor reviews. They also have the Trip Advisor logo prominently on their sign. Bali is doing it tough right now and I have been tipping like crazy everywhere we go, but this place took their own tip. A dreadfully expensive meal that was not even pleasant to eat. Very disappointed. Please take your tourist dollars to other more honest restaurants. Trip Advisor needs to review their ranking system.

It had good seasonings on it though, but barely any meat 2) only one piece of calamari and one pineapple per stick. Its aight 3) the fish was good 4) lemongrass Sambal was good but too oily The spicy sambal was good Overall it’s an okay place. I don’t regret going here but I wouldn’t come back

The resto is beachfront. You can eat while watching sunset , nice view. Food is pricey (IDR 350k) for a package of grilled fish, squid, and prawn - portion for 2 or 3 people. Food taste is quite bland, the fish is also not fresh. If u want to see a nice view, worth to go. Value for money, might want to try another seafood place.

Me and my fiance arrived at about 16:40 and sat by indoor . 1 .Our waiter (lady in black kebaya) barely know the product knowledge. We have to point to the menu to show her what we want. 2 . I ordered the green bean juice and the gentleman (maybe spv) said loudly , that it was long time you guys dont have it, sow what was the point? Why not delete it from the menu. 3. My fiance order BEBEK BAKAR, and it comes out as BEBEK GORENG. yes they take it . but served the same food just with a little Bakar marks!! , very tricky thank you.. 4. We dont even have an offer of a side dish or which rice we want ( as it says nasi tiga warna) . And the condiment. So tottaly you guys just choose what we want or based from what kitchen have ready. 5. No farewell yet thank you , i am not appreciation freak but, a slight thanks from the staff will nice

Really enjoyed a long lunch here today. The service and food were outstanding .. we didn’t need to look around for a waiter once which is rare these days and my main meal was outstanding, I had the fresh king prawn from the menu.

We were picked up from our hotel and dropped off after dinner. We booked last minute on Christmas eve and we were still blown away by the incredible service we received. The food was on point, nothing to fault on. We were also blessed to view some fireworks as well. Staff were pleasant and friendly. If you ever in Seminyak please do ensure that you visit.

AVOID this place. I don’t get all the positive reviews for this place. The food was not that great and the options do what to order were limited. The only somewhat redeeming part of the experience was the 5 min dance show. I would suggest everyone to stay away and explore other options closer to the main area of the beach.

The staff was really nice and accommodating especially for tourists. But I would say the food wasn't particularly exceptional. I wouldn't go back specifically for the food. I went at night so I didn't see much of a view but on good days when it doesn't rain, they set up tables on the beach. They had a dancer during dinner also who did a few numbers for all the guests. We had the duck (crispy), Lobster (tasty and tender), vegetable soup (had shrimp in it, wasn't that memorable), calamari (good but again nothing great), chicken and some fried fish (don't remember much about these dishes). They had wine and different beers but bintang wasn't available.

It was okay at best. It's reasonably priced (but not cheap by any standards), the taste is decent by Jimbaran standards but honestly you can get much better seafood elsewhere in the world. I won't recommend anyone eat seafood in Bali (food is delicious in Bali but seafood is not one of them). But if you really have to because you hear people say that Bali is a good place for seafood (it's just a tourist trap in my opinion), then this would probably be a good place. Service staff can be more attentive though.

We were sooo full and were ready to leave when out waiter brought out a complimentary dessert for us of their house made profiteroles and some pretty delicious ice cream.
