This
is
our
4th
stay
at
Niramaya
Villas
and
I
must
say,
we
were
disappointed.
We
were
charged
more
for
less
this
trip.
In
February
2023
we
were
in
the
upstairs
2
bedroom
apartment
which
is
truly
the
best
one.
This
stay
in
November
we
were
given
the
1
bedroom
upstairs
-
we
hadn't
been
shown
the
apartment
previously
as
there
were
always
long
term
guests
renting.
The
apartment
is
showing
its
age
and
real
need
for
renovation.
The
sink
was
disgusting
-
it
looked
like
a
chemical
had
been
spilt
over
the
entire
2
sinks
and
dish
drainer.
One
if
the
sink
plugs
was
full
of
mould.
We
went
and
purchased
stainless
steel
and
vinegar
and
spent
some
time
scrubbing
to
get
it
usable.
The
air-conditioner
is
noisy
and
leaked
into
the
wardrobe
and
into
my
belongings.
The
sink
cabinet
outside
the
bathroom
is
rotting
and
the
walls
need
a
good
fresh
coat
of
paint.
The
pool
was
full
of
green
mould
and
moss.
My
husband
ended
up
asking
if
he
could
scrub
the
floor
of
the
pool.
Next
morning
there
were
swirls
of
green
floating
in
the
pool.
We
paid
less
for
rooms
in
Sanur,
Swiss
Belinn
Seminyak,
lembongan
and
in
Tuban
that
each
included
breakfasts.
Previous
stays
have
not
been
as
disappointing.
The
villas
need
some
attention
and
some
renovations
if
they
want
to
keep
their
reputation.
Personally
we
will
be
looking
for
alternate
places
that
cost
less
and
offer
more.
There
are
also
some
long
term
residents
who
aren't
very
welcoming
nor
friendly.
