Ideally located near Double Six street but in a very less busy lane. Staff is happy to help with a smile always. Booked a two bedroom apartment and it was way better than expected. Bathroom, pantry and dining area is also included. An averaged size pool is available for a dip when required. Worth the price due to all the facilities available. Bike rentals and souvenir shops are available close by. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Seminyak.

It is a good quiet location but close to bars , restaurants and the beach. The staff are very helpful , especially Jony, Yoko and Kadek. The rooms are spacious and the cost is very reasonable. Ideal for people that wish to self cater . We do not want to leave Bali and would definitely like to come back to this hotel.

Lived here for more than 8 months and I have to say that this hotel is very nice. When most of the hotel near double six is loud and busy, this little gem is very private and quiet. The staff have been very helpful. They also have laundry service and it’s very cheap. Most of the people here are living for long term, therefore they don’t usually write reviews. It’s VERY SAFE! Seriously this little villa was my home in Bali for 2022. It’s close to anywhere in Seminyak and Kuta. They also have bikes that you can use. Good bye my little home ❤️

Small hotel with immaculate rooms. Great service and the pool was very clean. Highly recommend this place. Only a 10 min walk down to double 6 beach.

Location is great, easy to walk to Double Six beach. No breakfast, rooms are clean, small pool, lack of parking lot. Host is great! This place is semi apartment, microwave, fridge and kitchen utensils are provided.

Very quiet and cozy. The unit has everything we needed including private parking. Service was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Should note there is some kind of smell in the bathroom, but they do provide odour neutralizing spray, so it was not a problem for us. The price was reasonable.

We had the downstsirs room and was rather dark but great size. Short stroll to the beach and close to shops like the Bintang Shopping centre in Seminyak. Yet most important it's tucked away and quiet. The managers provided great service. Pool is kept well and wished they served breakfast and matbe do a deal with a local warung to provide it.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool facing rooms are better . The others are street facing and don't have any view. The Seminayak local market and beach are at a walking distance. Great value for the cost .

This is our 4th stay at Niramaya Villas and I must say, we were disappointed. We were charged more for less this trip. In February 2023 we were in the upstairs 2 bedroom apartment which is truly the best one. This stay in November we were given the 1 bedroom upstairs - we hadn't been shown the apartment previously as there were always long term guests renting. The apartment is showing its age and real need for renovation. The sink was disgusting - it looked like a chemical had been spilt over the entire 2 sinks and dish drainer. One if the sink plugs was full of mould. We went and purchased stainless steel and vinegar and spent some time scrubbing to get it usable. The air-conditioner is noisy and leaked into the wardrobe and into my belongings. The sink cabinet outside the bathroom is rotting and the walls need a good fresh coat of paint. The pool was full of green mould and moss. My husband ended up asking if he could scrub the floor of the pool. Next morning there were swirls of green floating in the pool. We paid less for rooms in Sanur, Swiss Belinn Seminyak, lembongan and in Tuban that each included breakfasts. Previous stays have not been as disappointing. The villas need some attention and some renovations if they want to keep their reputation. Personally we will be looking for alternate places that cost less and offer more. There are also some long term residents who aren't very welcoming nor friendly.
