😠 Avoid this place, take advantage of tourists and try sell you expensive things you don’t need. Judging by other reviews this is common for this store. I highly recommend you to stay away from this place as a tourist. Just like everywhere I go, they overcharged me here too. I went in yesterday and as I am pretty sick, I was not focusing on researching before I entered. A lady was serving me, I bought a Zovirax cream, a strip of Valtrex pill and two strips of aspirin. She charged me 660k which should be no more than 350-400k. My bad, right? I hope the owner reads this, as I am going to post this at every facebook group, every app I use.

Massively overpriced. They charged me 45 euro for some probiotics and some stomach pills which should have been max 10 euro. Would definitely not recommend! When I realized I went back there but they wouldn't give in. Go to a local pharmacy. Just a shame taking advantage of you when you're not feeling well.

Avoid this place, take advantage of tourists and try sell you expensive things you don’t need. Judging by other reviews this is common for this store. I went in as I have an ear piercing that is infected, a rude woman was trying to force me to buy an expensive spf moisturiser for it??? And claimed the ingredients in it would help. When I refused she was angry and tried force other ridiculous and expensive things onto me such as baby oil and vitamin C tablets?? None of these things would help an ear piercing she was just trying to make us buy the most expensive things. When we told her we didn’t want any of that she got extremely angry and started calling us names. All I needed was a saline solution. Shame on this place for taking advantage of tourists, I’m sure lots of people have fallen for the rubbish they’re trying to sell. I would avoid at all costs.

Ms Awik at the pharmacy desk was most helpful and didn't direct me to making an overpriced appointment with a doctor as previously mentioned in some of my less than supportive reviews. She explained that my sting had become infected and most likely given me a virus and prescribed me some oral pills and topical cream. She seemed to know what I had and with a little effort on my part with my broken Indonesian and pleasant demeanour I got offered cheaper medication alternatives on offer. Other international brands are available yet not necessarily better. Be nice and sometimes you will be happily surprised. Now to see how long it will take me to feel normal again 😊

Excellent explaint and warm pharmacist, If you are a tourist in Bali, I suggest you go to this pharmacy if you need medicine for your problem because the pharmacist is friendly and understands your needs and you have to be smart to directly ask the pharmacist inside and not the girl at the door,, Thats what i do💪🏻

Do not go here if you are a tourist. It’s overpriced and they will give you things you do not need at all! Shame on them to take advantage of the sick!
