The doctor was late abt 30minutes, made the patient waiting for 3-4hours, because they open registration since 8-9am, but he showed up at 11,30..no guilty no sorry! And the worst was after 4hours waiting, He rejected to checked on me because I said I have coughing, He simply said that this hospital not for coughing, fever or any other illness! Just for check USG and check the baby. I said, I am pregnant as u see, 32weeks now..really bad condition and I just want you to check me to give me prescription so I can Have medicine or treatment which is suitable for pregnancy, but he said NO! We can't help you without any hesitation! I will never comeback to this hospital, really bad services!!!!

Actually I won’t give any stars for this , It’s just so bad experience for my wife , it’s her first pregnancy and first time in the hospital, the doctor was late for around 30 minutes , and she had such a bad attitude. Everything went so quick. We didn’t even have a chance to ask things about what we should do or don’t do , what a shame , we are so disappointed.

My son was born here via c section. Dr. Adib speaks English very well and did a great job. All the nurses, doctors and other staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definetly choose Permata Hati again to give birth in the future.
