Sales staff was very pleasant to deal with but finance department reveals the true nature of this company. Very unorganized and difficult to reach without being put on hold for 15 minutes minimum. After repeated attempts to contact someone because of them never returning my calls I finally get an answer and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. Regreting my decision to choose Sissy's Log Cabin because of the arrogant employees that you must deal with after the expensive purchase.

Yesterday my husband took me to Sissy’s Log Cabin to get me a beautiful Valentines gift. We were so amazed at all the beautiful selections. The service we received was amazing. Jared and Ben made us feel special. I will always remember their Southern hospitality. Thank you again!
