Location is very convenient, timely work orders are completed, all employees are great to handle business as well as conversation & some laughter. Speaking on my apartment, I’m very satisfied with location as well as the space. Surrounding tenants are pleasant; great place to live. Could use more greenery outside but overall excellent place.

The property staff makes this property the best! Tina is the most consistent manager I've had. Becca and Misty are always nice and quick to help with anything they can. Karla, Chris, and Chewy are always super friendly. It's more like family than anything!

I moved into Park at Summerhill in February. It is a very quite complex, clean, and well kept grounds. They respond immediately when called about an issue and the maintenance staff is the best! The neighbors are also very friendly. I would recommend to anyone!

Park at Summerhill is a great place. Good Neighbors, great location (close to interstate and close to town), great staff. The staff is one of the great draws of this place Becca, Misty, Chewy are some of the best people you'll ever meet. The Park at Summerhill to me is the best place in Texarkana.

I just recently moved from O’ahu, Hawai’i to Texarkana, Texas. The managers are so kind & welcoming, they will help you out with anything you need if you ask! The Parks at Summerhill is a very peaceful neighborhood with respectful residents. Anytime I needed a fixture, their handyman came knocking on my door within less than 24 hours of my request. The apartment, itself, is very clean, spacious, and worth the price of its monthly rentals. I am a current resident at the Parks at Summerhill and believe I’ve made the best choice!!! Highly recommend if needing a new apartment-living situation.

I'm an Optometrist who moved here about 4 years ago from California and I have nothing but good experiences living here. I've never had any problems with the office staff or manager (as a matter a fact I bought the office a gift basket for the holidays). If I could go back in time and pick another place to live I wouldn't. This place is great and it's got a really nice path across the street that I like to walk/run almost every day too.

If "Leasee of the Month" were a thing, it should belong to 1115. The dumpster was overwhelming full( do to what looks as if someone had moved out), and after waste management head emptied it, there was debris everywhere. This person acme out and cleaned it all up themselves. Sometimes it's the neighbors that make the place worth staying at.

Feels like home, the Manager and office staff are always friendly and helpful, the grounds are clean and well kept. Close to all shopping and restaurants. The apartments are well made and super quite. I would recommend highly.

Love the Parks at Summerhill. Staff is top notch and there are many accommodations for the residents. Fees are real low too. Hands down the best apartments in Texarkana.
