Although I am not the purchaser of my stay at this place, I did pay my share to him. So I feel that I have a right to comment. I was impressed with the location. Tucked into a curve on Buck Springs Road, it was fairly private. I'm a birdwatcher and they didn't disappoint. However, one of the things we wanted was the pool. It was dirty. So was the jacuzzi. The wall between them was so heavily coated that someone had drawn words into it. The management said it wasn't their responsibility. Just what a guest wants to hear! They provide outdoor grills. Ours was broken and fixed the day before we left. So, I can't give a stellar review. 4 stars is being kind.

Do not trade your time share to come here. You will be treated like a second class citizen ! Those nice cabins...oh there not for you, you can go to the dorms and share a grill after you lug all your stuff up to the second floor. Yup carry all your cooking stuff and food a block away.

Can’t say enough good about this resort. Very affordable, very accommodating, customer service is outstanding - Janet at the front desk was very helpful, very clean, in the beautiful pines of Northeast Arizona. Will definitely be back and will definitely highly recommend!

This place is absolutely perfect and beautiful. The women at the front desk were kind and accommodating. Our cozy two bedroom deluxe cabin had a full kitchen to accommodate four or more. A grill on the deck. "Bring your groceries." They even provided regular sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, along with lotion in each bathroom. The beds were comfortable; extra blankets and pillows in the closets. There are many things/activities to do. It was more than we expected, and we couldn't appreciate it more. Quiet and peaceful. The weather was perfect! We will be making reservations for next year! Tip: Order out, from R&R Pizza Exress. Their food is fricken amazing! They deliver here to the resort.

The staff goes above and beyond my every expectation. The cabins were clean, spacious and modern. The grounds were clear of snow in the walkways and road. Maintenance man came to my cabin after hours to fix my wi-fi and the staff ensured my total satisfaction. I had other choices to stay other places and I will be returning to this location in the future for fishing and RnR. Thank you staff.

What a fun spot! Small, quiet resort with nice large units, wonderful kitchen, super comfortable beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Loved it!

The location is easy to get to and there are various activities available at the resort. The cabins are clean and nicely furnished and there is decent amount of space in all of the rooms. We were there recently and the weather was cold. The only complaint was that the one bedroom with the king sized bed and the attached bathroom was not well heated. There was a problem with the vents because when the heat was on in the rest of the cabin there was no heat coming out of the vents in that bedroom or the vents in the attached bathroom.

Booked here rather then much nicer air b and bs for the same price because after a long day of snowboarding a hot tub is a nice touch. Well apparently they have winter hours now that weren't listed until we got here and saw it on the door and the hot tub closes at 8 not 10. We won't be staying here again air b and bs are cheaper and way nicer.

The two bedroom cabins were spacious. We lucked out and arrived after a snow fall and there was thick powder all around for the kids to play. The indoor pool is quite large, and warm enough to swim in the winter. The jacuzzi is nice as well. The staff were friendly. The only thing I would have liked was a real fireplace, or even a fire pit. The cabin has a fake fireplace. Update: we returned again to this cabin in October with the leaves having changed to a crimson red. Still would like a fire pit outside, but otherwise it is great. The Jacuzzi is not working in the pool area this time, which is unfortunate.
