Very responsive to maintenance requests, someone is always at the office doing business hours, so you will never have to worry about not being able to reach someone. I have not had any rodents or roach issues. Within walking distance from Safeway and other restaurants. Well lit walkways, so you will feel safe when walking to your apartment at night. The pool and grill area are always clean.

The staff in the front office add the perfect touch of home, they greet you with warm smiles and genuine questions. Maintenance does a fantastic job with keeping the property clean and responding to maintenance requests. Susan is the mother of the property in my eyes. All of my neighbors are respectful, it’s just an all-around pleasant place to live and experience.

I love living here and it’s so close to everything. 10 minutes commute to work. Management is responsive and they will go out of their way to help you. Apartments are great and the rent is affordable. I can hear noises from neighbors inside and outside. It’s quiet most of the time. Also, there is some road noise. Utilities are included aside from water and cable. The A/C during the hot months was inexpensive and not even close to what other apartments stated during my apartment search. I have recommended this to my coworkers. Thank you!!

Recently was apartment hunting, the office staff was very attentive. I had the pleasure of speaking with Veronica over the phone, she was very attentive and answered all my questions with patience and was very knowledgeable of the apartments and floor plans, she explained prices and commodities very well and i was pleased with the service i received. i will definitely put these apartments in my top 3 for my apartment hunt. more than any other apartment office staff i’ve spoken to while searching.

Just recently got approved to move into this apartment community. The entire process was smooth and easy, my wife and I had to expedite the apartment application process because of our situation. All the ladies, took our deadlines seriously and did all they could to get my wife and I in our apartment in less than 2 days. So just wanted to give a big thank you to Veronica, Susan and Kyley y’all are the best! ( P.S. They lay all the requirements for the apartment process right in front of you, they will move as quickly as you do so keep that in mind.)
