Excellent food, super authentic. Great service and didn't have to wait long to be seated or to receive our food. Red chili beef is on point! Definitely will be back.

Really good food, excellent service. Marco served us and did a wonderful job at recommending dishes as well as being attentive to our table. We had some beef tacos and the chili rellenos, as well as some some of their burritos. My husband said it was one of the best chili rellenos that he has had, and we really enjoyed the fried ice cream for dessert. We will definitely be letting others know about our positive experience here.

Establishment is clean and cozy. Food is better than expected considering the location it's at. Could be better in certain minor things like using less canned ingredients. Yes, we Mexicans can tell when you don't use fresh ingredients. Overall service was exceptional and the yound blood that attended us was very attentive. :) Tip: Please make sure you heat up your tortillas for the burritos that are more saucy. They tend you get soggy super quick so the tortilla being slightly more toasty helps for those types of meat filled burritos.

Happened to be driving by with hungry kids. Food was great, service was fast with no wait to be seated. Burros are excellent. Would recommend.

The young man at the front was on his phone when I got there and didn't see me standing there for awhile so I found a table myself. He then had the audacity to tell me I was supposed to wait to be seated, I said I was standing there awhile but you were stuck on your phone I told him. He didn't answer me anything. He's a rude, and smart a** host. The waitress made me feel rushed. The tacos dorados filling lacked seasonings! The tacos dorados used to be good. The rice was very bland and looked pale. The beans were alright. The salsa was the best tasting thing out of everything. This place isn't the same. Never again.

I ordered from here because of the recent good reviews, but I don't know how anyone gave this place a good review. I ordered 5 meals to go and they all were terrible. Half my chimichangas was burnt, hardly any meat in there. If this wasn't to go, they wouldn't have served this. No way they could send this out on a plate. It's so plain. Literally meat inside, hardly any, and cheese on top. That's it. Just bad food, do not reccomend at all!!

Our family of 6 stopped in for lunch after we found the reviews on Google. Service was prompt and friendly. But, the food was mixed at best and largely fell flat. Salsa lacked a fresh taste and seemed heavy on black pepper. The carnitas were mushy and not the expected crispy griddled. The chicken enchiladas were average. To top it off if you pay by credit card be prepared to pay an additional 3.5% fee!

I had a relatively standard experience. My food was pretty good, and I am satisfied that the staff adhered to my requests and mostly left me alone. There was nothing in particular that stood out, but everything was reasonable between price, quality, service and serving size. In other words, if you want something that you can rely on, Ole is a good option even if you won’t get blown away I came back in summer of 2023. Had a pretty good enchilada/soup as part of their lunch special. Good price and pretty good food. Also quick which is nice to be able to get make to everything for the rest of the day

I've been here before years ago and wanted to give it another try. My friend and I came for lunch and first ordered the Nachos with Guacamole and Sour Cream. I think they forgot our order as they came back twice to confirm what we ordered. Once we received it the cheese looked melted but was cold and the chips were burnt. I would suggest skipping the app. Next we ordered the Ole Tacos and the Taco Dorados. The beans were the best part. They taste great! The meat was pretty bland as was the rice. I was hoping to drown the tacos with the salsa but that seems to have changed as last time I really liked the salsa. The service was ok but very nice and that's why im giving them 3 stars. I don't think we will be back.

I decided to try a new place to eat and decided on Ole’. They offered good quality, authentic Mexican food for a good price. The portions were a good size and overall I truly enjoyed the experience. The restaurant was clean and buzzing with people and energy. The chips and salsa were yummy and great while we waited for our food, which came in a timely manner. We ordered carne asada enchiladas and shrimp tacos that were both delicious.

Had a great little date night here! The food tasted great and the service was spot on. I ordered a mango margarita and it was delicious!! I'll definitely be coming back!

Large portions of authentic Mexican food in a laid-back casual setting. We've had dishes with the mole and red sauce and also their green sauce they call Aguirre. All were very flavorful without being over the top spicy hot. There is a small outdoor seating area with six tables. We were somewhat forgotten out there two different times so that's the only reason for not getting five stars. I'd go 4.5 Stars if Google let you.

It was ok. The service could use some help. The food was a little boring. Good portion size. I would possibly come back to try something different. We had the garlic shrimp w/rice and a Fajita chicken burrito Aguirre style.

Visited Ole while in town from the Phoenix area. Searched locations and reviews and Ole came out as 'the place to go for authentic Mexican food'. I have to say, they definitely hit the mark. The recommendation from Melina was the Red Chili plate. (not my normal go-to, but she was right). Flavor was great, tortilla was hot and tasty and the chips with Salas were delicious. The crowd was moderate at 2:30pm in the afternoon and appeared to be regulars/locals. Service was speedy and courteous. Drink was kept full. Thanks again Ole for sharing the taste of Sonoran Mexican food alive and the local vibe fresh. I asked Melina How long Ole has been around, nearly 20 years.... Impressive! Goes to show quality food and great service stands the test of time.

The food had amazing flavors and the ambiance was cozy. The staff was kind and attentive. They also have a great daily special to consider trying.

Excellent wait staff, had the $8.99 lunch special. Just the right size for lunch. Pretty standard tasty Mexican style food. Good place for a quick lunch.

Staff was great, prices average, chips and salsa, rice beans all good. Entrée not good. The fish tacos have some weird sweet sauce kind of like a watery thousand island and they use limp Lettuce instead of cabbage. my date had the steak tacos and also did not enjoy his Entrée.

Don’t waste your time, especially if you are going to order for pick up the food is very expensive for how little you get, placed an order for pick up for three burritos burritos that were very small. The tortillas are half cooked and soggy taste was absolutely disappointing and all this for 70 bucks you get more in an elementary school lunch definitely will not be ordering from here again

This has been my favorite place for several years and Has always been 5 stars. I just recently went by to have my favorite dish the Red Chilli Beef and its no longer there...what a disappointment as this was my main meat that brought me by! Sadly I won't be back. I'll miss this Red Chili Beef forever as I have yet to find it made anywhere else as good as here. Biggest Mistake in my book!! Bye PHX Burrito House...

Ole' is the best mexican food I have had in Tucson. Their salsa is delicious and the red chili burro keeps me stopping in ever time I am in town.

We have been going to Ole for many many years. We were prompted to go have dinner tonight because of a coupon we received in the mail and of course we forgot it at home before we left. Our food tasted great. Our service was very slow. My kids didn't get their drinks for a while and we waited for to go boxes. The real unfortunate thing is we mentioned the coupon we had left on our kitchen table that they wouldn't honor. That's understandable. I paid using my credit card for a ticket over $100. I noticed an extra fee added to my bill. I asked the cashier about the extra charge and she pointed to a sign near the register hidden behind a sanitizer bottle with a faded gray font saying they are now charging 3.5% fee to credit transactions. The cashier said they just started charging. I find it funny the extra credit card fee notice was posted using a light font and hidden from view but there are several bold notices on the counter in front on the register and on the wall saying coupons must be presented when ordering and will not be honored if presented at time of payment. As I don't typically carry hundreds of dollars cash when I take my family out to dinner so I will have to stop enjoying the food at Ole and take my family to restaurants that will appreciate their patrons and not charge extra fees.

Absolutely amazing food. I had the carnitas enchilada style with green sauce. So flavorful and not overly greasy like a lot of places. I tasted the mole it and it so flavorful and had very robust flavors that weren't over powering. The salsa is one of the best I've had. I would definitely say in my top 3 faves. I Would recommend coming here. Very friendly atmosphere and very courteous staff.

One's is my favorite place for Mexican food. The atmosphere is pleasant and service is spot on. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner the food is always hot and plenty. A to go box is usually in order. I highly recommend Ole' for everyday casual dining. Service is fast and very little time waiting for your meal. Thumbs up!

Fast and friendly service. Food is ok. I ordered the tamales enchilada style. The sauce was super red as if it came out of a can, or they added food coloring, and it wasn't very flavorful, just spicy. The salsa was good. The best part of the meal was the meat on the cheese crisp. I would go back for that. And they did get our complicated order right.

Had a good time and the food was great. Authentic southern AZ Mexican food. Ordered a taco salad with out onions. The server went above and beyond to make sure my food was onion free. Definitely going back for a margarita.

We haven't been here in months, we have always enjoyed the food here, always have excellent service, BUT the prices went up, I get inflation but 20$ for a chimichanga with sauce?? Then on top of that if you get a drink then they charge extra for debit card use. We definitely enjoy the food but that is getting to be to much. Also, very noticeable for a Friday evening, definitely not as busy as usual. Getting harder and harder to eat out even with family of four. Hope all continues to go well.

Food was good, I had the chicken enchiladas. I would come again for the food although not sure if I would come again after the service. It took some time to even give my order after being seated and I had finished my drinks and it took a very long time for my server to come back to my table to ask if I wanted more drinks. I was already more than half way done with my food but I agreed so I can’t have something to drink with the remainder of my food. It took forever for her to bring my drinks to me that I had already finished my food and didn’t need them anymore. It also took forever to forever for her to finally bring my check to me. I saw more employees at my table than my actual server. The prices inside the restaurant also don’t match the prices online. They said the prices online are from years ago and they would t honor them.

I was impressed with the service, but the food not so much. Carnitas were bland, the ceviche was beautiful but didnt taste day fresh. Honestly nothing blew me away. It's a perfect place for children and the elderly in my book. Wont be back in another 40 years.

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch. The smoky salsa is so freah and tasty. I enjoyed shredded beef tacos, while my sister loved the tamale and enchilada. Friendly staff. Great service.

This one was very hard....we just stopped in for a snack. The service is so-so, not bad but not great either. The margarita was one of the worst I've ever had but the queso fundido aka cheese dip was off the chain. Might get take out but probably wouldn't eat in again.

Very fast and friendly folks. I thought the red chile sauce was kind of plain possibly from a can. It just had that not so authentic taste to it. Also no kick to it. Hate to be pickey but some good ole boiled up and blended hatch red chile pods could send this restaurant over the top.

So, I know my picture of half eaten food is horrible BUT hear me out. This was hands down the best tasting Mexican food my wife and I have had since moving here from CA. It was so good I forgot to take a picture before devouring half of it! They were super busy but service was fast! Salsa had a little heat and good flavor. Chips weren't too bad either. My only gripe is that the coke seemed a little off. For the sake of this review, of course, we tried a few more refills. All yielding the same result. Still drinkable though. All in all I highly recommend going here. I had the chili Colorado (bomb a$$ food) and a cheese enchilada; very tasty as well. Rice and whole beans also had great flavor. My wife also agreed that this is the best Mexican in Tucson so far. So, what are you waiting for? Go get some grub! :)

They gave me the wrong order for my tacos and instead of giving me the refund since I couldn't get the correct order due to an appointment. They said it was our fault and refused to refund me for the tacos after I had spent almost $50

If you want some awesome Mexican food, this is the place. My wife and I have been looking for a spot since moving to Tucson and we found it. Dyanna was our server and gave us wonderful service. The Margaritas are great and in big mugs with just the right amount of alcohol. You won't go wrong checking out Ole Mexican Grill....OLE!

Went for an early dinner. It was pretty full even at 4:30 But we were able to snag the last booth. They had every other table unavailable for social distancing. The service was good and the food arrived quickly and hot. I had beef and chicken enchiladas. Enjoyed it a lot. Stuffed when we left. Nice experience. I'll be back.

Disappointed that employees don’t wear masks. Colorado beef was great and worth coming back. Don’t get the taco salad..no beans and wasn’t comparable to others we have had. Asked for suggestions on the phone but could have been more helpful.
